This was my second stay at this hotel.
The first time... the room was mediocre and the service was pretty bad. But this time it was spectacular, with an incredible view of the city! The reception service was unmatched.

The hotel is quite old and in dire need of renovation, especially in the rooms and bathrooms. There was a strong odor from the carpet. The bathroom had an old bathtub that you had to step into to use as a shower. On the bright side, the breakfast was good and offered everything one might need.

Nice designed hotel.
Small but cozy room with a refrigirator.
Close to Luz station.
We stayed 5 nights.
On the second night the a/c failed so we had to change the room.
Than until the rest of our stay we had no hot water and i had to take a shower in a different room.
The staff was very attentive and did their best but when I asked to talk to PR fir a compensatipn i was ignored.
It is not a nice area after dark.
Many homeless people and a lot of garbage in the streets next to the hotel.

The price and location were good. Also, the whole room was new and clean, and the noise between the rooms was not a problem (if someone was talking in the hallway, it was very loud, so there was a big difference in the thickness of the walls between the hallway and the rooms).
So overall, I think I would stay here again if I come to São Paulo, but here are some disappointing points and things to be aware of.
- Check-in is a hassle. You have to fill out a lot of forms, which takes time. There is a high chance that the reception will be crowded and you will have to wait a long time (I witnessed such a scene). Since I was already in São Paulo, I arrived at 11 and checked in, so it was smooth.
- Some people wrote that the internet was not available, but it is available. However, it may not be stable (it may cut out intermittently). I was able to watch Amazon Prime. Although it sometimes stopped.
- Cleaning costs 50 reais, and towel replacement etc. are free. However, they will not tell you unless you ask them on What’sApp. I did not do it because I was staying for 2 days.
- If you leave the shower running for more than 10 minutes, hot water will come out. Wait until it is hot.
・I was given a pot for kitchen utensils. I didn't have anything else. I was also able to borrow a hair dryer.
・It is expected that there will be many problems. Shower, kitchen, etc. By the way, even though I was given the key (the number), the door never opened... (´∀`) When I wanted the door to my room to be opened, I had to message them on WhatsApp from in front of the room, which was a hassle.
Still, the room was perfect, and I would recommend it for the price and location (convenient and seems safe).
As for the problems, I thought so...! Don't think of it as bad luck (because everyone seems to think the same when they review it), but just accept that the price includes that.
It is convenient to walk close to Paulista Street. Overall I am satisfied. Sao Paulo is a big city, so it was a hotel I chose where the park was close and green. The people at the hotel were kind, the room was larger than I saw in the photo, and it was nice to have a kitchen and dining table. I don't use it, but the gym was large and fulfilling.
The downside is that the water quality of the pool is not good and the taxi from the hotel to the airport introduced was twice the price of Uber taxi. Also, the hotel feels older than the photo.
The English at the front desk is good and it is convenient for foreigners to communicate, but the breakfast is a bit poor and there is too little choice. In addition, the room is quite large and there is plenty of space, but there is no hot water boiler that Asians want, which is a pity.
It exceeded my expectations! I'd read a lot of bad reviews about this place but actually there's nothing wrong with it apart from having weak wifi but aside from that it serves its purpose. Check in and check out was smooth (if you arrive from the airport on the shuttle bus you will experiencea wait) , breakfast is good, the spacious room was clean, modern and comfortable with a small balcony and staff are helpful. There was a nice garden area with a pool where you can relax if you have a few hours spare before a flight. We had a long wait for our flight so walked to the nearest mall 20 minutes away....uber is very cheap if you prefer. Despite the hotel location being close to a busy motorway the hotel is remarkably peaceful. This is our 4th stay near GRU airport and this was my favourite mid range hotel to date. From now on this will be my hotel of choice. One thing to bear in mind...the hotel shuttle bus service to GRU does not operate on Sundays.
I have stayed at this hotel many times in the past half year. The hotel is located in the city of Inda Yatuba. The room is very clean, the cleaning is very diligent, the breakfast is rich, there are many big supermarkets nearby, and shopping is convenient.

GGuest UserSo I liked the restaurant. breakfast and dinner, buffet, the staff of both the kitchen, and the very efficient reception, thank you and even the next.
AAnonymous UserThe rooftop scenery is very good and the surrounding scenery is very good. The surrounding community is safe, there is a cafeteria downstairs, it is convenient to eat, there is a gym on the 13th floor. The facilities are complete, the fly in the ointment, the hotel does not provide breakfast, you need to buy it yourself.
GGuest UserThe room was a good size, and the breakfast spread was very generous. The airport shuttle service was also excellent. Luka at the front desk was incredibly warm and provided attentive service. Much appreciated!
AAnonymous UserThis stay at Gran Villa was great! The room was clean and elegant, and the facilities were complete and thoughtful. The food was rich and delicious, I really recommend it! There is an Italian food street next to it, which is very good.
SShenJessievery pleasure experience with Allure Moema Apartment. I am here for the Sao Paulo Expo, and THIS APARTMENT HOTEL IS AMAZING.
First, the location is very great, the neighborhood is very quiet and clean, you can easily shop within 5 minutes of walking to a very big shopping mall.
Second, the room and hotel are super professional. they have a gym and working zone that can quietly work inside. and all hotel are very clean and no noise during my trip.
Third, I love the staff here. and they are sooo patient and soooo nice. If I can back to Sao Paulo again, I definitely will choose this hotel again.
At first, as foreigners, we don't have local currency to pay the bill and they are willing to give us time and solutions to solve the problems. And, unfortunately, my backpack was stolen in a restaurant and I lost all my belongings. They were very concerned about my condition and comforted me thoughtfully. They even helped the kind people find my passport and help me return to my country as soon as possible.
I am so grateful I chose this hotel and I am so grateful that I met all these great people in Sao Paulo.
Definitely, a Great choice if you want to visit Sao Paulo Expo!
GGuest UserExcelente ubicación enfrente del shopping y cerca del aeropuerto de Congonhas.
Muy buen desayuno y habitaciones grandes y comfortables.
No tiene servicio de transfer al aeropuerto.
XXiaolanI have stayed in this hotel many times on business trips. Among all the hotels in this area, I am generally satisfied with it. Its price is quite good and its location is also OK.
DDiegobrasDespite the recent power outage in São Paulo, the hotel managed to provide satisfactory service, even with a very slow reservation system.
The location is ideal for those traveling to Congonhas, it couldn't be better.
