3-Star Hotels in British Columbia, Canada

As others have noted, there is a club next door that is open Fridays and Saturdays. You don't know this until you arrive and the ear plugs they give you are not the best. It didn't really bother us as we were so tired from travelling across country and exploring Vancouver all day, but to anyone just coming in, you might not be getting the best night's sleep.

A very good medium-sized to large hotel. The architectural style of the entire hotel is typical Canadian national style, rough, heavy and grand. The room facilities are simple, and the hygiene and mattresses are neat and clean. The downside is that there is no kettle in the room. You have to go to the front desk to ask for it.

Every time I'm in Vancouver for a business trip, I stay at this hotel. They offer a free airport shuttle, and there are tons of Chinese restaurants and supermarkets nearby, which is super convenient. It's about a 30-minute drive from downtown.

This is the most romantic cabin in a small forest I have ever lived in. I really like the black luxury interior decoration and all places are very careful. I especially like the modern kitchen, bathroom, and then the bedroom has a TV, and then the living room has a TV. The mirror is very beautiful.

I had an extremely satisfying stay. Even though the room rate was high due to it being peak season, I still considered it good value for money overall. Our room featured a private bathroom, and it was also convenient to have access to the shared toilets.

This accommodation has a strong Airbnb feel rather than a hotel that is probably a remodeled old building. So there is a kitchen and you can freely use it (I did not use it). Entry is done using a number key, and since it is sent via email, it can be used without having to meet face-to-face. The accommodation was clean, and in my case, food and drinks were provided for free in my room. The host was friendly. However, since it is not run like a regular hotel, it does not mean that you can always see the manager. I plan to use it again next time if the price is right.

It was fantastic to stay in a newly opened Air B&B suite where we enjoyed a high-level privacy and a very tranquil neighborhood. The owners were very kind and always tried their best to facilitate our stay. If this suite appeared earlier in the list, I'd definitely booked all my stay in this place. The location has an easy access to King Edward Ave by using a staircase at Puget Dr & W 24 street. All-in-one with kitchen, laundry and parking just made it so family friendly and homy. For a motel, it's decent. As is common with many hotels in North America, they don't provide disposable slippers or dental kits. The hotel is located in North Vancouver, which is a bit far from downtown, but parking is extremely convenient.

Our studio came with a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, oven, dishwasher), a little lounge/sofa area, and a bathtub in the main room. The room was a bit dated, but everything was clean and worked well. The bathroom is well stocked with toiletries and towels. Location is great, in the heart of Whistler Village and within walking distance from everything you need, including the lifts.

We loved this place, very friendly and caring owner and manager who made sure we were taken care of before we moved in and after check out. The condo is very strategically located in Vancouver, easy access to all areas by public transport or walking. Good view from the condo. There is a very big oriental supermarket and Costco nearby. Great for grocery shopping; we had everything in the kitchen for home cooked meals too. Chinatown is within walking distance, plenty of food in the area from all international cuisines.
