A Night of Comfort and Hospitality at Jingli Hongyizhan Hotel (Beijing Dongzhimen Sanlitun Branch) I recently had the pleasure of spending a night at the Jingli Hongyizhan Hotel (Beijing Dongzhimen Sanlitun Branch), and I must say it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. Location The hotel's location is truly unbeatable. Situated near Dongzhimen and Sanlitun, it offers easy access to some of Beijing's most vibrant areas. Whether you're looking to explore the trendy bars and restaurants in Sanlitun or need to commute via public transport from Dongzhimen, everything is just a stone's throw away. I was able to quickly reach popular attractions and business areas, which made my trip extremely convenient. Check - in Process Upon arrival, the front - desk staff greeted me with warm smiles and professionalism. They were efficient in handling my check - in, providing all the necessary information about the hotel facilities and services. Any questions I had were answered patiently, and they even offered some great local tips on where to grab a late - night snack, which was very thoughtful. Room My room was a haven of comfort. It was spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable, with plush pillows and high - quality linens that ensured a restful night's sleep. The room was equipped with all the modern amenities one could ask for, including a flat - screen TV, a well - stocked minibar, and a powerful air - conditioning system that maintained a perfect temperature throughout the night. The bathroom was spotless, with a great shower that had strong water pressure and provided a refreshing experience. Service The service at this hotel is top - notch. The housekeeping staff made sure my room was in perfect condition, and the concierge was always available to assist with any requests. I needed some help with printing a few important documents, and they took care of it promptly and without any hassle. The hotel staff also showed great attention to detail. For example, when they noticed that I had left my water bottle empty, they quietly refilled it for me during the evening turn - down service. Value for Money Considering the prime location, excellent service, and comfortable accommodation, the Jingli Hongyizhan Hotel offers great value for money. It provides a high - quality experience at a reasonable price, making it an ideal choice for both business and leisure travelers. In conclusion, my stay at the Jingli Hongyizhan Hotel (Beijing Dongzhimen Sanlitun Branch) was exceptional. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Beijing. Whether you're in town for a short business trip or a long - awaited vacation, this hotel will surely make your stay in the capital city a memorable one. I look forward to staying here again on my next visit to Beijing.

We are a family of 6 including the elderly and kids. We enjoyed the stay in Lezai very much. Lezai is very responsive on the queries we have even before the stayed. They help us arrange transport and even book the tickets for Forbidden city when we cant get thought the on line purchase. We would like to thanks to 小闫 where she always check on us and help us purchase some necessity even in the midnight. The location of the hotel is great where we can walk to a few famous itineraries like 南锣古巷 and 鼓楼. Train is within walking distance too. Breakfast and tea time spread is good and delicious. Highly recommend this hotel to those want to explore the city with the kids and elderly.
Orange Hotel

Yansha Commercial Area
Have stayed for a total of 5 nights across 2 bookings. The experience didn't start off well - the check-in took more than 30 mins although we were the only ones there. The front desk rep persistently asked us to cancel the booking on trip.com as they could offer us a better rate with free breakfast. We turned down the kind offer as we had plans to have breakfast outside, did not want to deal with the hassle of a credit card refund and the price difference wasn't that much anyway. This went on for more than 15 mins despite us telling him definitely that we just want to check in and rest after a long day. Room - cleanliness can be better. The room had a really musky smell. Gaps of the sofa were SO dirty with hair, dead skin and all kinds of stuff. Floor of shower area was grimy. Might be a personal preference issue but the electrical circuit of the Family room was really odd. While the family room had 2 bedrooms + 1 living room, there were only two light switches in total. The lights for one of the rooms (twin bed room) are connected to the living room. Only the queen bed room has a standalone switch. Please only book the family room if everyone is going to sleep and wake up at the same time else it's going to be torturous. We had checked with the front desk - it's apparently like this for all the family rooms except one which does not have a living room. Network connectivity - free wifi is provided. If you're a non-local trying to use vpn or sim that can connect to networks that can allow you to access social media platforms, good luck :) according to the front desk, ”too bad” as connectivity to some network providers at the hotel (e.g. china unicom) is just bad. House-keeping & Amenities - daily housekeeping was done (mainly throwing of trash and making of bed). Amenities (e.g. shower gel, shampoo, toothbrush, toothpaste, comb, etc.) are provided. There's also free self-service laundry & drying available. Location - generally ok if you're intending to take taxi / didi everywhere. Metro is a distance (>15 mins walk) away and the station is on Line 10. You would need to change at least once to arrive at popular tourist attractions. Not much good food around. There's a 7-11 about 7 mins walk away. Front desk service (2 males) - on top of the bad experience during check-in, most requests (other than one) were not attended to too. For example, requesting for one extra floor towel as the toilet is always wet (it never came) and requesting for help to book a taxi (the guest officer disappeared after agreeing to help and asked us to wait).

Renjoy Hotel

East Second Ring Workers' Stadium Area
This hotel is located within the old streets but the main street is about 5 minutes walk with food choices, very accessible from the airport also as the nearest station is linked (station about 8 minutes walk). My elderly parents wanted to rest after a night flight, and the hotel staff were very kind to offer a room that is already cleaned (subjected to availability, got to hope someone else checked out early). Anything you need, you can ask and they will do their best. Pleasant stay.
Ji Hotel (Beijing Sanlitun Workers' Stadium East Gate)

East Second Ring Workers' Stadium Area
The hotel is located near Tai Koo Li with 10mins walking distance. The hotel is rather new and clean but soundproof is rather bad as I can clearly hear the noise from both outside and movement from upstair unit. What surprised me was I noticed the same two persons sitting at the lobby with their phones for daysss with their luggage next to them which i find insecure staying there TBH.
Summer House
4.9/5102 Reviews
Universal Beijing Resort and Sorrounding
This is the first time staying at this hotel. It is about 10 mins from Universal Studio and they have a free shuttle to take you there (7am and 8am) and one free shuttle back at night about 9:30pm. I do not speak Mandarin and paying with my WeChat and Alipay without a China phone number was not working for me so calling taxi and ordering food was difficult. Thanks to the hostess (园儿姐) things went smoothly. She sent her contact, shuttle bus info and the hotel passcode via WeChat. When I need to order food, she allow us to order food via her phone as she waited patiently for us. When we reimburse her for the food, we gave her a bit more money because she waited for over half an hour for us to order but she insist not a penny more. On our last day out, we left the hotel very early in the morning as we tried to get a taxi ourselves since the hostess was not in yet but we ended up having to WeChat her for help. The hostess told us not to worry because she can order a taxi for us. We told her we were waiting at the same spot where the shuttle bus to Universal Studio picked us. She actually ran all the way from her home ( she lived approx. half an hour away) to where we were and waited with us until we got on to the taxi and she spoke to the taxi driver in Mandarin so he knows which airport to take us to.Honestly, where do you get this kind of service? The hostess speaks a bit of English ( she is taking courses to improve her English) but if we don’t understand each other, we use Alipay translated or the translation app on her phone. I definitely will come back again. Oh, FYI, the hostess do not enter your room to clean unless she have your permission which is great because I do not need cleaning everyday. They also provide disposable face and bath towel which I don’t mind because you know it is sanitary. She also greet you with a nice big plate of watermelon even when our plane was delayed by 4 hours and we did not arrive till approximately 11pm (she waited for us). I think if we would have set up our WeChat with a Chinese SIM card life would have been easier. We only got a Chinese SIM card after we left Summer House. After that, ordering food, calling taxi and making mobile payment was possible. I am grateful that the hostess went out of her way for us else we would have no idea how to order food. Hope this info help.
M Hotel Meridon Beijing (Sanlitun Tuanjiehu Subway Station)

Yansha Commercial Area
I had the absolute pleasure of staying at the M Hotel Meriton in Beijing both at the beginning and end of my 10-day visit to China. The courtyard hotel was incredibly adorable, updated, and well-kept. The interiors of both rooms I stayed in were beautifully appointed and classy, the bathrooms modern and in outstanding working order, and every space -- from the floors to the counter tops to the bathrooms and beddings -- clean and hygienic. I loved that it was a small hotel -- indeed not a monstrously huge highrise--along one of Beijing's historic hutongs. It was quiet at night and my sleep on the comfortable beds with the luxurious sheets was very restful. I was also amazed at the thickness of the bathroom towels, nothing thin or threadbare. I enjoyed my early morning coffee (bought at the Seven/Eleven across the boulevard) in the ground level garden (there were at least three outdoor areas with gorgeous foliage and decor). And the cats! They added so much warmth to my stay, one of them keeping me company when I was in the garden, another perpetually lounging in the lobby. Small restaurants lined the busy street around the corner from the hotel and there were large coffee houses that any western traveler would find familiar. I especially liked Le Maison de Xiong for the friendliness of the staff, ambience, and the delicious passion fruit/green tea drink and scone. The service at the hotel was pretty wonderful, everyone at the desk warm and eager to help. The housekeeping staff was also friendly, and when I had trouble figuring out the washer/dryer, one of the staff did her hardest to get it working properly, which I deeply appreciated. I docked one point from the quality of the service only because it was difficult to communicate because I speak no Mandarin and staff spoke no English so I couldn't make inquiries about places to visit and how to get around the city. It was no one's fault but it would've added a bit more convenience and help for me. I honestly can't say enough good things about the M Hotel Meriton. For me, it was nearly perfect in every way. My thanks to the hotel staff as well as the owner for having created such a perfect and lovely place for my first-time visit to China.
COFFIZZ HOTEL

Tian'anmen Square and Wangfujing Area
We are in the USA and visited Beijing, China, to see the Great Wall. I found a reasonable price and English-speaking staff at the COFFIZZ Hotel.  Crystal was my contact point. She was very friendly and helpful. Whatever we needed, we just texted her and got a reply quickly. We didn’t know where the good place to eat was, and she provided all the details. The hotel room is nice, clean, and spacious, with many places to eat. I recommend the COFFIZZ Hotel and Crystal if anyone needs a hotel and an English-speaking staff member.
