3-Star Hotels in Jilin, China

Traveling from Shanghai to Changchun, I had a high-speed train to Changbai Mountain the next afternoon. I saw this hotel had good reviews, so I booked it for one night. It's a 15-minute high-speed train ride from the airport to Changchun Station. The hotel is very close to Changchun Station, with many restaurants nearby, and it's just two subway stops from the Puppet Manchukuo Palace. The room was clean, and the breakfast was good. They even upgraded my room type and allowed for a late check-out.

Facilities: Excellent! The location is super convenient. It's right next to Seomun Market, and only about a 10-minute walk to the Water Market. The famous 'Instagram wall' isn't far either, so you can easily stroll there. There are also well-known restaurants nearby, like Hanjeong Samgyetang (Ginseng Chicken Soup). Hygiene: The room was very clean and tidied frequently. Service: The service was truly outstanding. They would escort us to the elevator when we left, and helped us with getting water. They even gave us frozen pears and frozen persimmons to eat, and the persimmon and frozen pear juices were delicious. Breakfast was also very hearty. I'm genuinely impressed! The room was spacious too. I was traveling with my mom, and they remembered that she likes hot tea and coffee, which was a lovely touch. I was so pleased. We initially only booked for one night, but decided to extend our stay immediately after arriving.

Cleanliness: The room was clean and smelled fresh; the lobby was tastefully decorated. Amenities: The heating was excellent. Environment: Very close to the entrance of the West Slope Scenic Area, and there's an Eurasia Supermarket right next door, making it convenient to buy daily necessities and snacks. Service: I recommend the guesthouse's breakfast; it was delicious and plentiful, giving us plenty of energy for our morning hike up the West Slope! Finally, Tiezhu is so cute! ☺️

This guesthouse is conveniently located right at the end of the Daquan River rafting experience, making it super easy to head back after your adventure. The staff is really helpful and will arrange taxis for you if you want to go out for food or other activities. They even organize carpools for longer trips to places like Yanji or Xue Ling. The owner is a great person! Our room was very clean and tidy, and we had a really comfortable stay. You can even step right outside and play in the snow, offering a truly immersive experience.

Montchill in Changbai Mountain is an absolute gem and easily one of the best stays in the area. The surroundings are breathtaking, with beautiful mountain views and a peaceful, cozy atmosphere that feels like a true retreat. The rooms are stylish, spotless, and extremely comfortable, making it perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. This stay was a complete delight! I booked the Songjin Scenic King Room, and the 46-square-meter space felt incredibly bright and airy. The natural wood decor was warm and soothing, and the smart home system made everything super convenient. But the absolute best part was the view outside the window. Waking up and opening the curtains, I saw a large snowman with a red scarf standing in the courtyard, and window decals of 'Five Blessings to Your Door' on the glass. The pristine white snow, paired with the cozy, festive atmosphere of Chinese New Year, perfectly brought the beauty of winter to life. The room's comfort was exceptional. The plush bed and sofa allowed me to completely relax, and watching a movie on the projector at night melted all my fatigue away. Breakfast was also incredibly thoughtful. Served individually, the presentation was exquisite and hygienic. The soft corn pancakes, the warming millet porridge, and a bowl of hot noodle soup with a delicious broth – every bite was a comforting treat on a winter's day. From the quality details in the room to the thoughtful outdoor decorations and the comforting, homely breakfast, this place truly excelled in every aspect. If you're looking for a getaway here, this is definitely the place to choose!

The family room is very spacious, all on the 32-33 floor, the scenery is good, exceeding expectations. 2 1.5-meter beds are very suitable for families with older children. The breakfast buffet has tofu brain, soy milk, millet porridge, noodle soup, wontons, hot and cold dishes, sausages, pastries, fried rice, etc. Although it is not luxurious, it is enough to eat very comfortable. You can walk to this scenic spot such as the mountain, the Changying Former Site Museum, and the transportation is convenient. Hotel service is warm and thoughtful.

After the Mid-Autumn Festival here, the moon cakes were very sweet, and I saw the fireworks, and the surrounding scenery was beautiful. I brought my parents to live for 3 days and the whole family was very satisfied! In the homestay, quiet in the middle of noisy, there is a small yard at the door, and a small vegetable garden planted by the boss himself. It is very warm and clean. My parents can drink tea and sunbathe there every morning. The boss was very patient and helped us plan a slow tour route that was not in a hurry. The location was simply excellent and it was very close to our attractions. The room is quiet, the layout is warm and distinctive, the furniture in the comfortable room is not sharp corners, the hot water is stable for 24 hours, and the water temperature is also suitable for elders. The hygiene is done carefully, and there is no dust in the depths of the wardrobe. My parents said that it is more comfortable than living at home! No matter the facilities, sanitation, environment, and service are impeccable in all aspects, it is simply the best choice for travel!

first of all the room is ok, very good view, but you will see like the wall is like scrap or old glued. amenities is there. but what make me feel my safety is not insecure theres those kind of ADULT MASSAGE ADVERTISE PAPER stuck in between my door!! how can you like this kind of thing into a hotel? I travel to many parts of china this is my first time seeing this kind of stuff. I dont know is culture or not, but this is supposing to not appear in a hotel. And secondly, when i lock my door, the chain lock is not there, the in door lock is like shakey. than the toilet cover is sooo dirty luckily the second cover is clean. other than that, the view is very nice and the attitude of the worker there is good, sorry for not directly speaking to you guys about this. its my fault. Please do improve your hotel security . And i ask for a non smoking room, the first thing i enter the first room i was suppose to live, the smell of smoke is strong. than i ask to change to a second room, thank god is better. Thank you hotel receptionist. I appreciate it alot. Please do read what the customer ask for. I want a nonsmoking room. not a room i first entered smell of smoke everywhere. other than that everything is ok location good, bus station just infront of the hotel. 5mins walk to the rrt.
