Good value for money, friendly, helpful night staff, no language problem, easy and trouble free foreign friendly. The feedback is based on my room and my overall experience. The room was very clean, newish super clear, bright lights bathroom, with very nice shower. The beds are a bit hard but nothing major, very quite, small but manageable parking space, despite my car being a big. It was one night experience, short but pleasant with lots of food option but the front doors of the hotel. Which very convenient. Definitely recommend unfortunately, I forgot to take some pictures. We wish to give our deepest gratitude to all the staff especially the front desk ladies in this lovely hotel. The moment we entered the hotel we were greeted with warm hospitality and welcoming smiles. The lady assisted us with our travels by giving us tips on getting around using the public transport. Upon checking into the clean, spacious and comfortable room, we requested for two pairs of bathroom slippers. We are deeply moved when the aunty cleaner lady came back with two pairs of new rubber slippers. She was assigned to go to the nearest store to buy the two pairs of slippers. Thank you again. We slept very well for three nights here. The laundry room has two washing machines and two dryers, perfect for hotel guests. The breakfast was superb. For three days continuously, they served a variety of food. Another perfect💯 score for the kitchen staff as well as the hardworking staff in the dining room who ensured that the food served is always sufficient for hotel guests. The location of the hotel is also great as it is easy to move around using public bus as well as taxis. The surrounding areas also have lots of eating shops and restaurants. Thank you to all of you in this lovely hotel for making our stay in Zhongwei so memorable.

Staying in a tipsy dreamland at the foot of Helan Mountain – this guesthouse was the most pleasant surprise of my Yinchuan trip! It's located right in the Helan Mountain Eastern Foothill Wine Region of Ningxia, and you can feel the rich wine country atmosphere just by looking out the window. I booked the 'Cloud Dye' King Room, and the decor was incredibly stylish, especially the tea room setup. With the afternoon sun streaming in, sipping tea here and gazing at the scenery outside made time feel like it slowed down. The smart room control and Serta mattress made for an exceptionally sweet night's sleep. The most noteworthy highlight has to be the complimentary wine tasting and winery tour! As a complete beginner to wine, this was a real eye-opener. Not only did I get to taste delicious wines, but I also took many beautiful photos. Plus, there's a pick-up and drop-off service, which is incredibly thoughtful for travelers with luggage – no need to worry about transportation at all. The butler service also gets full marks; their response speed was super fast, and any request was resolved immediately. Coupled with a hearty and abundant breakfast, it was a truly complete accommodation experience.

An absolute gem of a hotel! From the moment I walked in, the warm hospitality blew me away—the front desk staff remembered my name and went out of their way to make sure every need was met. The room was spacious, immaculately clean, and boasted stunning city views through floor-to-ceiling windows. The bed was cloud-soft, the rainfall shower was heavenly, and the blackout curtains ensured blissful sleep. The location was super convenient, with metro access and great eateries right outside. Excellent value for money—this place truly felt like a luxurious home away from home. Can't recommend it highly enough!

This is a good modern hotel that provides comfortable accommodations. The breakfast bar is great, and the hotel location provides easy access (by Didi or taxi) to the train and bus stations, as well as Guyuan's outstanding museum. Only problems were having to overcome receiving two room key cards (one of which stopped working after a day), problem with the standard wifi authorization (room number and name). The night latch was broken/ non-functional. That wasn't a big problem, but reveals poor attention to facility maintenance/repair. An oddity was that each elevator ride was punctuated by a loud noise that sounded like a dog's bark. I'm not sure what that noise reveals about the elevator mechanism. All options taken into account, I'd definitely consider staying in this hotel on any future visit to Guyuan.

Facilities: The hotel facilities are complete, spacious, clean, and fully equipped with smart home systems. Cleanliness: The hotel rooms are cleaned promptly, with attentive service and excellent hygiene. Environment: The hotel has a good environment and a great location. It's very close to the Drum Tower, within walking distance, and there are many restaurants nearby. Service: Special praise goes to all the hotel staff. All staff members were warm, friendly, and attentive to detail. I was extremely satisfied with my stay! I will definitely come back next time!

A very artistic homestay with a very tasteful decoration style. Every decoration is just right, and even the breakfast is so exquisite. There were only two breakfasts originally, but we brought children with us, so the boss made a special breakfast for children, which was so thoughtful! There is also a beautiful souvenir. Although it was opened in 2018, the whole homestay does not seem to be old, and it is still as new. It is a great experience. I recommend it to friends!

The room was cleaned and the bedding was soft. People like me who recognize the bed sleep super fragrantly. I will stay here next time. I felt comfortable from the beginning of the door, the front desk spoke softly and softly, and there was no cold alienation at all. The room space is much larger than expected, the sound insulation is particularly good, the bathroom is dry and wet separation is in place, the spare parts smell very good, and two bottles of local mineral water were sent when checking out. The details are too intimate and must be given full marks!

The biggest surprise of my trip to Zhongwei was staying at the Xiang Tengger Desert Hotel. Deep in the Tengger Desert, far from the hustle and bustle, the dedicated shuttle service made check-in hassle-free, saving us the trouble of driving into the sand ourselves. The rooms were clean and dry, which is quite rare for a desert environment, and the facilities exceeded our expectations. During the day, we enjoyed playing on the sand dunes, with plenty of activities like sandboarding and other desert adventures that kept the kids entertained. In the evening, we waited for the stunning desert sunset, and after dark, there was a bonfire party and fireworks. Looking up, we could see the brilliant Milky Way – the atmosphere was absolutely incredible. The staff were warm and attentive, quickly resolving any issues we had. Overall, it perfectly blended wilderness adventure with comfort, making it ideal for a family trip. If I ever return to the Zhongwei desert, I'll definitely stay here again.
