The facilities are complete and the stay was very pleasant. The front desk staff was very attentive. The shower was excellent. It's very close to the train station, and getting a taxi is convenient. There are also a few snack shops nearby. The breakfast is abundant, and the price is affordable.

The lady at the front desk upgraded me to a King room for free when I checked in. The room was pretty good, though a little on the small side, perfect for a leisure trip. The window faced the street, so it was very airy, and the bed was comfortable. There was also a big TV. Breakfast was really convenient, as the restaurant is just inside the hallway on the second floor.

The location is very near the train and bus station. The standard room is big enough. The staffs are helpful. Breakfast is good. A nice auntie server is nice and attentive. We are able to use the microwave to heat food we buy. There is free tea at the reception. The morning market is a must visit which is walkable. Must ask along the way as is behind housing estate, not visible along the road.

I stayed in a standard room on the first floor, and the experience exceeded my expectations. The room facilities were cozy, the bedding was comfortable and clean, and there was air conditioning and an electric blanket. The hotel is very close to the scenic area, making it super convenient for getting around. Parking is right in front of the hotel, which is very convenient. The front desk staff were warm and helpful, and parking was convenient. Overall, the hotel was clean and comfortable, offering excellent value for money. This is the top choice for visiting Qinghai Lake.

Good hotel, very modern and clean. The room was spacious and comfortable. Staff were extremely helpful. For the price it's great. However, we couldn't enjoy the breakfast much as it starts at 7:30, which is already fairly late for a hotel, and by 7:40 not even half of the breakfast was prepared and we had to leave, would have liked to try it especially considering it was included in the room and what we ate of it was fairly tasty. The curtain behind the bathtub doesnt sit in line with the wall so there is a bright light throughout the night from outside. The hotel was a bit difficult to find especially finding the Correct parking area for the building. The elevators are shared elevators and took over 10 minutes to go up to the 25th floor . And took 5 minutes of waiting to go down one floor to the reception, before we decided to take the stairs(which are very dirty) Apart from the above the hotel was very good and comfortable, clothes washing facilities were clean, coffee in the reception, and a cool fish tank along with very friendly helpful staff.

Great location and very good service from front door and the cleaner Warmly asked us for anything we need and try to fulfill our requirement at their best We requested water for drinking and hanger to hang our clothes after washing and dry with dryer and the hotel management helped us with it. The room is big enough for 5 pax and clean Breakfast provided for every day too.

The hotel is near Mojia Street, and it's a 15-minute walk to Xiaguan Night Market! Breakfast was incredibly rich and varied! It's a shame they are so strict about the start time though. The door was locked until opening, so we had to stand outside and wait. We even missed breakfast on the first day because of this and had to leave hungry. It would be much better if they offered packed breakfasts for guests going on early day trips or catching early flights!

Located on the western side of a city area bus station and a 5 minute walk from the train station, this hotel boasts modern amenities. It markets itself as a 'coffetel' under a James Joyce franchise label. The room is replete with a copy of Joyce's famous Dublin based novel 'Ulysseus' The faux literary quality aside, the reception does indeed possess a commercial level coffeemaker and grinder but sadly offered no coffees (June 26). Nevertheless the hotel provides a comfortable stay with a quality bed, towels, smart lighting and good responsive hot water pressure in the shower cubicle. The one singular point if complaint relates to the climate control - there isn't any and without a window the only source of air circulation comes from a desk fan

She even proactively reminded me of nearby attractions, breakfast times, and travel tips, her gentle and caring tone instantly relieving my travel fatigue. The room was even more reassuring. It was reassuringly clean, with every corner neatly arranged, free of dust and odors. The bed was soft and comfortable, incredibly relaxing, and the soundproofing was excellent, providing a quiet and restful night's sleep – the most restful night's sleep of the entire trip. The room facilities were all new, the hot water and air conditioning worked perfectly, and toiletries were provided. You could feel the hotel's attention to detail everywhere. When I needed anything, I contacted the front desk, and the staff responded promptly and patiently, without any sign of impatience. The overall environment is quiet and elegant, and the public areas are spotless. Staying here makes me feel incredibly safe, unlike some hotels that feel cold and impersonal. Instead, it feels like a comfortable temporary home. The price-performance ratio is truly exceptional. It's perfect for solo travelers, groups of friends, or families. This is the kind of hotel you'd want to return to and genuinely recommend. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time, and I wholeheartedly recommend this gem of a hotel to everyone. A stay here is guaranteed to be a safe and comfortable experience!

Super satisfied with this business trip! The room was clean and tidy, the facilities were complete, and the bedding was comfortable and sound. The front desk service is super good, the check-in is patient and thoughtful, and the initiative to share local travel and food guides, intimate and enthusiastic.
