Annie, the front desk staff, has a very good service attitude👌. It's a warm stay. The hotel is very clean and tidy. I like the decoration style inside. There is not only a restaurant on the third floor but also free laundry and drying. I have never had such a good service attitude in a hotel before. I like it so much. My family also thinks this accommodation choice is very good. I will book this hotel again in the future!

Bravo to the lady who was cleaning my room. She cannot speak English at all but made a huge effort to ensure she communicates in English using translation software. She is very intelligent and offered great service. The location is great. Very beautiful near the river. Near Marco Polo and Italian street. And the room is great value for money. You can see the sunrise and beautiful view of the city through the bedroom window.

The staffs are very nice and friendly. They always greet to everyone when the people come in and out of hotels. They helped us a lot,especially when we arrived in mid night a couple of times. They explained and replied the questions with their patience and knowledge. The hotel room is very clean and comfortable. The location is convenient to go anywhere. We really enjoyed staying here.

Hotel service is great only if you found the right staff when you needed help , a guy on the front desk was willing to go extra mile to help with my needs which includes heat not working. but at the same time, the other girl would just sent me a portable heat and got this over with. room was clean, big and comfortable except I could smell cigarette smoking all the time either from central air or outside of my room. People here tend to smoke everywhere including elevators and bathroom which really bothers me. Then the chef in the kitchen used his hand with working gloves (not the vinyl one, but the cotton one) to scoop wonton from another bowl to me. The hygiene there was not so good. The laundry machine and dryer were a great plus but we need to share 2 laundry machines and 2 dryers with some staff there too which was kind of strange. I wouldnt stay there again because I need to turn off the heat at night when i smelled cigarettes which is a deal bummer for me.

We didn't bring swimsuits, so she helped us contact several friends and asked where to buy swimsuits in this season. It was very considerate. This was before I checked in, I felt the warmth. After arriving at the store, the white walls set off by the warm light in the evening made people feel a little surprised. The store lady had already put water in advance for us, and the heating in the room had been turned on. It was really thoughtful and considerate. The style of the whole homestay is what I like, petty bourgeoisie and smart, the basic facilities in the room are smart, and the two lazy sofas on the pedals in the room are also my favorite areas, and the makeup mirror in the bathroom is also warm light. By the way, especially the wash and care set, it is very useful, and conditioner is also prepared. I like this point too. The bed is very comfortable. I travel a lot on business trips and have high requirements for beds. The bed is very comfortable and the pillows are not that high, just right. The hot spring is very clean, and the small courtyard is also very clean. It doesn't make people feel that they are fooling around. It was my first time staying at the Lavande Hotel. The experience was great. My parents were satisfied and my children were happy. Advantages: Service: good, attentive, quick, and strong in problem solving Room: Twin room, 1.35 meters, high bed, comfortable Area: large enough to put down 3 large suitcases and walk around in the aisle Breakfast: 69 yuan for membership, can be exchanged for two days of breakfast, good, many foods were out at 9 o'clock, and they were replenished immediately after feedback. Facilities: Mineral water is supplied every day. There is Tianjin Medical University General Hospital nearby, 300 meters away on foot. My child went out for gastroenteritis. The doctor was professional and had a good attitude. The water was quickly improved. The subway is closest to Xikang Road, 6 minutes on foot. Disadvantages: The sound insulation effect is poor. The big brother next door does not sleep in the early morning and can hear his words clearly. At night, the bath water is small. On the same day, I saw that the room rate was cheaper when I opened other platforms. It's annoying! ! Who to blame?
