The location is very good, within three minutes walk, you can reach the Submarine Museum, the Climate Museum and so on. The entrance to the hotel is the downtown square, with theaters and several restaurants and coffee shops. The hotel goes out and turns right to the commercial street. Give the room on the fourth floor, the window is large, the view is very good, facing the square in the city center. There is a slippery table in front of the window, which is convenient if you need to work. The air conditioning in the room is very air-conditioned, but the air-conditioning noise is a bit loud. Health and facilities are quite satisfactory, not old in Germany, but not new. The mattress is a bit soft. Breakfast is the breakfast of a normal German hotel, bread, jam, meat, eggs, yogurt, sashimi, cereal, fruit.

Nicely located, clean and comfy bed. However the design of the wall mounted TV is questionable as people of the same height of the TV might bump their heads - I did a few times due to the narrow space between the wall and bed. The hotel staff themselves are helpful but they should train the kitchen or delivery staff as when we were checking out and asking to store our baggage, although the receptionist was really lovely and helpful, somebody with the kitchen symbol written on their uniform joked/commented ”it's not a bomb right?”. This is a totally unacceptable comment, and people from the service sector should not say something like this, especially if we pass all the security controls to get to your city and spend money in your city.

Great for a quick pit stop! We stayed for one night and had a solid experience overall. The location is super convenient if you're traveling, as it's right off the highway. A huge plus is the parking lot directly behind the hotel. Just a heads-up: make sure to validate your ticket at reception to get the discounted rate of 11 EUR/night. Breakfast was decent and hit the spot—it had all the basics you’d expect. Definitely a reliable, easy choice for a short stay.

The check-in staff exhibited unprofessional behavior. While the rooms were satisfactory, the bed was clearly not cleaned. The beds consisted of two separate single beds, and one of them still had hair on the mattress, which was quite unpleasant. Despite this, the location is ideal for early morning flights, as it is close to the airport.

Excellent hotel, the receptionists were very friendly and professional. I made my reservation through Trip.com, you can choose if you wanted a quieter room or not. We didn't include breakfast in our reservation, and we returned to the hotel early in the evening, so it seemed quiet. The elevator is a bit small if you're traveling with a stroller, however, everything else was great.

We were very happy with the hotel. From the very friendly staff at the reception, from the great service staff at breakfast to the cleaning team.. all super! The location was perfect for us, near the city centre and the fair area. The equipment is OK, the facilities are very lovely. We felt very well. One single drop of the cheerleader is that unfortunately all the parking places were booked at the house. But at the fairy place I can park it very well and the hotel is just 5 minutes walk away.
