The accommodation was relatively clean and well-located. It was very well-equipped and boasted an exceptional setting with many available services and facilities, including a swimming pool.
The reception staff were very friendly and welcoming, and provided clear instructions. I would not hesitate to stay there again if the opportunity arose; I highly recommend it.
Located in the center of the old town, it is convenient for walking around.
The staff was kind.
The room we stayed in was small, but the bathroom was spacious with a bathtub.
There is heating but no air conditioning, so the room may be quite hot in the summer. (It was a little hot even at the end of May.)
There is a kettle in the room, but no refrigerator.
The first room (premium in the roof floor) was unfortunately very noisy (strade noise + crack noise from the roof window through windscreen). After the first night then ”downgraded” into a standard room, which was acceptable from the volume. The staff has handled my complaint professionally, in any case one thumb up!
The cleanliness was very good in both rooms.
The breakfast was unfortunately a little disappointing for the price. In general it was okay, but we wouldn't stay here again.
Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Frühstück stark verbesserungsfähig (keine Abwechslung; Rührei aus der Mikrowelle und geschmacklos; kein Wurstaufschnitt); wir sind aber trotzdem satt geworden.
This hotel recommended by local friends in Ryan City is a good value for money hotel. It is in the city. You can walk downstairs everywhere. The sofa bed in the room we live in has to be put down. The place is slightly tight and cleaned every day. In short, it is a small hotel with its own characteristics.
Very well not far from the city center in car 5mn it was holidays 😜
Very sympathetic home tjs a pleasure to have laughterful people
Very beautiful city

A good stay in peace, just a smoker has the floor below which was uncomfortable.
Sorry not having a room with windows. We're less appreciated with hairdressers because we have no views on the outside
A good hotel in terms of price/quality. We checked in after midnight, took a taxi from the airport (and then to the airport) (cost 32-33 euros), all the formalities at the reception were resolved in five minutes.
The room is small, designed for three people (there is a double bed and a one-and-a-half bed), almost everything you need is available in the room. The only thing missing was a refrigerator (we had medicines with us, which are better stored in the refrigerator). The plumbing is in good condition, nothing leaks, good water pressure. We did not find air conditioning or any air conditioning system at all. It is clear that Brest is usually not scorching hot, but what the temperature in the room is when a heat wave comes is unclear.
The breakfast is simple: bread, cheese and cold meats, yogurt, muesli, pastries; nothing hot; good coffee.

GGuest UserThe location is super convenient, just a few minutes walk after getting off the bus. The room facilities are complete and the service is good, and you can store your luggage. There are many choices of restaurants downstairs.
JJIEThe breakfast buffet is very rich, the parking lot is convenient, suitable for resorts, the weather is very good, there are parent-child rooms, it is very suitable to bring children to play together, a recommended place, the SPA is very comfortable, 15 euros and 2 hours recommended!
AAnonymous UserI had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Saint-Malo. It is a perfect choice for those who want to experience the authentic charm of the walled city.
It is located right in the Old Town. Within just a few minutes' walk, you can reach the city’s best creperies, ice cream shops, and the historic ramparts.
The room features a lovely balcony which was a great surprise. While the elevator is small, it is functional and sufficient for the stay.
The staff at the front desk are exceptionally warm and welcoming. I was even gifted some Easter chocolates, which was such a thoughtful and professional touch.
Considering the location and the quality of the stay, the price is very reasonable and affordable.
I am very satisfied with my choice and would definitely stay here again!
GGuest UserThe room had recently been painted, the smell of paint was pungent, parking good. The pool and facilities were not available with our booking, this was not clear and disappointed we could not use the pool unless paid as an off the street person. We declined to pay and spent time on the beach instead. Breakfast was paid for separately as well, a good choice of foods and good coffee. The breakfast dining room had a stunning view of Doureneze bay with a sailboat race for entertainment. On the whole a nice place but the rooms in the *** block across from the mail hotel are a bit to be desired, pay the extra and stay in the main hotel****.
EEntienneThe Original City, Are Hôtel in Landerneau is an eco-friendly hotel, which means there is no air conditioning. The rooms are on the smaller side and the facilities are quite basic, but overall adequate for a short stay. On the positive side, the free jacuzzi and sauna session was a very enjoyable surprise and a nice way to relax. Service was good throughout, and the receptionist in particular was very friendly and helpful.
Overall, a simple hotel with basic comfort, made better by the wellness facilities and pleasant service.
AAdrianaExcellent place! Beautifully decorated with great attention to detail — from the welcoming water and cookies to the excellent coffee and delightful ambiance with a gentle perfume. The modern bathroom offers many amenities, making the stay extra comfortable. Breakfast was a highlight, with delicious homemade crêpes, local bread, and fresh fruit, along with other fresh treats. We truly enjoyed the interesting conversations with our fellow guests and with Ghislain, the friendly owner. We highly recommend this place!
LLQtravelsHotel la Résidence is about a 20 minute walk from the ferry port, although there is a carpark nearby if you have your car. Very welcoming on arrival. We were able to leave our bags at the hotel and get on and explore Roscoff.
Room was clean and tidy with a bonus of a balcony which during summer months would be lovely to sit out on with a glass of wine! Lovely coffee pod each (2 more for the morning would have been a bonus!)
We didn't stop for breakfast but will definitely include breakfast on our next visit!
GGuest UserThe bedroom was soooooo pretty!!!! Room 5 was ours… so so cute!
If I have only one “negative” thing to notice, it is abt the access…. We are coming with two enormous suitcases and.. from the main street to the breakfast area… to the stiff 2 staircases…. To the tiny corridors…. It was a nightmare to reach our paradise bedroom. Especially in winter with heavy coats… anyway….
But again, the bedroom was super nice. Really nice decorative ideas for this rustic yet charming attic .
GGuest UserFacilities: The facilities are very new. We chose a triple room for a family trip. The three beds were not crowded. We were amazed by the kitchen in the room. The kitchen was open with two doors. It had all the facilities (dishwasher, microwave, plates, cups, even detergent and dishcloths).
Environment: The environment is very good. The hotel lobby is simple and warm. There are vending machines to buy drinks (there is no mineral water in the room). It is very close to the central city and it takes less than 10 minutes to walk there.
Service: Because it is a self-driving tour, parking at the hotel is also very convenient. The parking lot is relatively large and automatic in and out.
Highly recommended
