The front desk staff speaks English and can process check-in directly. The room is spacious, though the view is slightly worse than the previous building; otherwise, it's quite good. However, in Orbi City, regardless of the building, there is absolutely no service to speak of.

This was a truly wonderful stay that I would recommend to everyone. The hotel's location is great; you can reach the heart of the city in just a few steps. All the hotel staff, from reception to room service, were incredibly attentive and kind. Breakfast is served on the roof of the hotel, offering a magnificent city view. Many thanks to Ms. Irina and all the staff who were very attentive and helpful to us during breakfast, making this a beautiful experience. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to everyone.

We stayed for two nights. Two bottles of mineral water were delivered on the first day, but no one came to deliver water or clean the room on the second day. There was no card to hang on the door.

Quite interesting place. It is a residential house where a whole 9th floor is located under the hotel. Sea in 2 minutes walk, also a nearby 24-hour supermarket, a large mall, a lot of restaurants. If you live in the rooms on the left side, you can see the sea, the west side.

We stayed at the hotel for two nights. We stayed in a two-room family suite. The room itself is small but comfortable, and has everything we needed. Two balconies. Breakfast was delicious. The receptionist could have provided more information: Wi-Fi Breakfast Anything about the hotel and location That would be a plus.

Hotel location is better, next to the statue and European Square, there are many specialty shops around, it is convenient to go anywhere. Check-in is very fast, the passport can be scanned, it is the key to open the door, not the room card to open the door, the basic facilities in the room, disposable supplies, and a small refrigerator, there is also a small balcony, you can see the scenery. The price of 300 yuan is not expensive in the tourist city of Batumi. The heating is not turned on. The air conditioner has been turned on. It is quite hot. It will be taken off when you stay. The bed is also soft, and I also like soft beds. If you come next time, you can consider this hotel.

Good afternoon! I have only good impressions of my stay. Check-in was quick. The apartment is excellent: everything you need for a stay is there: a good bed, iron, kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, hair dryer. The window views the sea, the city, and a little bit of the mountains. The hostess is available, but I didn’t bother her. Everything was fine. I was there off-season (late April - early May) - the elevators worked fine. I didn’t have to wait long. Great location. Everything is nearby: the sea, the city, restaurants, the embankment. There is a 24-hour store in the hotel if you need something urgent. I recommend this studio.
