The building is in a good location and has market and stores close to it. The dont have phones in the room so one night I went to the reception to ask for toilet paper because i had finished and they told me they dont have and it would be better if I go to the market to buy one or come next day morning to get one. We are talking about a huge brand with thousands of rooms and I cannot understand how is it possible they dont have toilet paper or why the people attending the reception can not handle small issue this property.

I really liked the hotel. It's wonderful that the owner did so much to make a traveler feel comfortable in another country. The hotel is very clean and cozy. The location is very convenient if you need to go to the sea, walk around the city, or go somewhere. A good residential area. The hotel is visible from afar. The hotel lobby is European-domestic. The room is spacious and comfortable. In addition to the beds, there is an area for eating at the table. The room has a washing machine (the owner provided washing powder), a stove, a kettle, dishes, and slippers. Tea and coffee, 4 bottles of water. Everything is very clean. Every day they replenished tea, coffee, soap, and shampoo. Towels were changed daily and they cleaned. I would especially like to mention the bathroom. Clean, in perfect condition. Very spacious and comfortable shower with good plumbing. The water pressure is excellent. The hot water is even hot - hot if you turn it up high. Thanks to the owner, he did not skimp and made a wonderful shower. There is also a hygienic shower. The towels are soft and clean. The soap is fragrant. There's a lamp by the bed and a power outlet (Russian ones are compatible). Excellent internet. Everything was comfortable and convenient. Thanks again to the host for ensuring maximum comfort and convenience for guests.

This stay completely exceeded my expectations, and I have to give it a shout-out! The hotel service was warm and attentive throughout, from the pre-arranged airport pick-up to the drop-off, everything was arranged perfectly and hassle-free. I didn't have to worry about transportation, making my trip incredibly pleasant. The front desk staff were a pleasant surprise; communication was seamless, and they even fluently helped with translation. They were so friendly to foreign tourists. The facilities were excellent. In my free time, I could play billiards and table tennis, providing ample leisure and entertainment options to keep me entertained. I was also surprised to find authentic iron pot stew at the hotel – the flavor was genuine, the portions were generous, and it had a truly heartwarming, home-cooked feel. The staff were friendly and attentive, upgrading my room free of charge. They responded quickly to any requests, and the room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Whether traveling alone or with friends, this hotel is perfect. Overall, a perfect experience, and I'll definitely choose it again for my next trip!

It is a hotel, I understand that the homestay will be better, and I will transform my home into a few rooms. Hotel location is better, next to the statue and European Square, there are many specialty shops around, it is convenient to go anywhere. Check-in is very fast, the passport can be scanned, it is the key to open the door, not the room card to open the door, the basic facilities in the room, disposable supplies, and a small refrigerator, there is also a small balcony, you can see the scenery. The price of 300 yuan is not expensive in the tourist city of Batumi. The heating is not turned on. The air conditioner has been turned on. It is quite hot. It will be taken off when you stay. The bed is also soft, and I also like soft beds. If you come next time, you can consider this hotel.

I stayed in these apartments from February 11th to 17th. When I checked in, the room was spotless and smelled amazing! I really liked that I didn't need to talk to anyone before checking in; I could just go straight to my room. The hosts of these apartments provided detailed instructions on how to check in and were always ready to help 🥹🩷. The room has a clothes dryer, iron, hairdryer, dishes, and extra blankets in case it gets chilly. I would happily come back here again! Thank you 🩷🥰

The people here are incredibly lovely, and it's spotlessly clean! Absolutely beautiful. The room has everything you could need, a pillow menu, perfectly white linens, bathrobes, and towels. They offer khachapuri and khinkali masterclasses upon request, as well as wine tastings of their own production. The wines are truly impressive! Dry, each with its own character and flavor. There's a pool and a restaurant with a terrace. All in all, it's a delight for the soul, and especially for the eyes! One minor drawback: due to its remote location, it can be a bit tricky to get a taxi for the return journey, but they do offer their own transfer service which is a little more expensive.

I visited during the off-season in December. This place is essentially a concrete jungle, unlike anything I've ever seen. I can't imagine what it's like during peak season, but I was lucky. I encountered several issues: - The administrator didn't send me check-in information the day before arrival, as agreed. - My room didn't have an AC remote, and without it, the room was very cold. Plus, it was dusty, but the admin offered to switch my room. - In the new room, the balcony door didn't close properly, leading to noise and cold. Also, the internet, which I needed for work video conferences, wasn't working well. So, I had to go back to the old room. - My key stopped opening the room on the second day, forcing me to wait in a long line at reception at an inconvenient time. - The shower gel provided is a hair killer. No shampoo is given, so it's better to buy your own. However, all these issues were mitigated by the price and the fact that the administrator was always reachable. Overall, it was comfortable to stay in the room.

Right by the airport with a balcony overlooking the sea. The room has a kitchenette, perfect for preparing light meals. Downstairs, you'll find restaurants and a supermarket! In the evenings, you can enjoy a stroll along the beach – the environment is quite pleasant!
