Breakfast was decent, and lunch and dinner options were also available at the restaurant at a reasonable price. The staff were very friendly and helpful. For first-timers to Jakarta, the food might be a bit salty, but you can request less salt in advance. English communication was also possible.

The room was compact, with a large window that let in plenty of natural light, and a smaller window that could be opened for ventilation; the floor was very clean, but the bedding wasn't so hygienic, even though the staff changed it diligently; the location was out of the way, with many narrow passageways leading in and out.

Service was ok. Food was ok. Cleanliness horrible at 315. White towel was brown in color. Toilet was not cleaned properly. The door lock was faulty.

Location: 15-min car ride to airport. Free shuttle service provided by the hotel at 1.5-hour interval. No other business or eateries around the hotel. Amenities: Basic toiletries provided. Only multipurpose soap is available as hair, conditioner and body shower. - No room slipper provided. - No bottled drinking water provided but you could refill at the water dispenser along corridor. - No facial tissue available in the room. Room: Size is sufficient for solo or two travellers. I was unfortunate to get corner room directly opposite the staff room. The staff got in and out throughout the night and I woke up to noises. Room isn't bright enough for working.

Lobby was nice but the room itself definitely has seen better days. The wastafel faucet almost off, it keep wriggling whenever you use it and there's something like black mold on the lining of it. The toilet paper holder completely broken. I was being careful making coffee because the table that hang by the wall was askew, if nothing done to it pretty sure it'll fall off soon. Also there's no chair available so I had to drink by the bed. The staffs were nice though. It was short visit so it's okay-ish for airport hotel but it'll be nice to see some improvement

Is a great location hotel, near to some mall there. Room slightly old but overall acceptable. Not much amenities but still ok.

The room quality was pretty standard. I didn’t try the breakfast, so I can’t comment on that. The price felt a bit high for a 3-star hotel, possibly because of the location.

We booked this hotel for 6days 5 nights and we almost would like to give 9.5/10 due to the reason below 1. breakfast is good 2. location is good 3. staff is friendly 4. sound insulation slightly poor but bearable 5. room is clean for first 4 days but got problem on 5th night) But things turn bad in 5th night On the 5th night we came back to hotel after long days, the room A is full of insects as photo/video attached. We have infant with us so have to change room immediately The staff was helpful and helped us carry our luggage to new room - B After few hours in room B, my infant keep crying and can’t sleep which is weird And my full body feels itchy . Noticed the room B might be defect room where the toilet door can only open 1/3 (if I slight chubby then can’t enter toilet to shower ), the wall is cracking might due to water leaking, toilets has spider nets Even we are extremely tired late night around 11pm but we stil decided to move room as it’s super uncomfortable Big thumbs up to the staff who help us moved to room C and we feels very comfortable with it. My body no longer feels itchy in room C and I can have a good rest

I used it because it was close to the concert venue. There was a bathtub, but the bottom was dirty and I couldn't use it. There was a convenience store about a 10-minute walk away, but I didn't use it because it was a park with a lot of trees around at night. Amenities are also provided, so it's enough if you just want to sleep.
