Spacious room and friendly staff. Conveniently located inside Paskal Mall. I requested a high floor and loved the view. Definitely a place I’d stay again!
When i stayed at the hotel yesterday all seem fine. The room looked clean. But when I checked the locking system. It did not want to lock only the top part. I went to the lobby to let them know my dissatisfaction. They told me that all the rooms have this issue. I felt an bit of unease Afterwards i went to my room and contacted an trip.com travel agent. They also find it very weird why nobody was notfied about this issue. They contacted the hotel later and told me to wait but nobody came. An hour later I contacted an trip. Com travel agent again and told them i already waited an hour and felt neglected. So the travel agent contacted then again. Minutes later someone came by. He wanted to show me another room and sure the lock does not work properly anywhere. They apologised and since it was late i cant go to a other hotel. I talked to the travel agent again. On their advice they told me to put heavy objects in front and next to the door. So i put an chair and my bag in front of it. The travel agents where very helpful. I also ask them to warn future visitors about this issue as well. Also it is against the law Under the Consumer Protection Law (UU No. 8/1999), you’re entitled to use facilities that work properly and safely—“goods and/or services…must be fit for their intended use”. Government Regulation 67/1996 (Pasal 62 Ayat 2) makes the hotel operator legally responsible for your safety and security while on the premises. Even if “all locks” share the same flaw, the hotel must fix it or offer you an alternative that meets basic safety standards. I felt a bit safer when heaving the chair and my stuff in front of the door but i hope they will fix the issue as soon as possible for the safety of all hotel guest and inform the issue beforehand to hotelguest as well. Pros : The hotel is good, the room is good, the food was okay. The location is great, you can visit some tourist places that near from the hotel, its saving your time.
Cons : But there are points need to be improved/ noticed there are no hair dryer (executive double bed room) and the limited chanel tv and FYI for additional breakfast, for children, you need to pay 75k which is dissapointed because the menu are not that many 😁
It's our one night staycation overall was okay👍🏻

⭐ **Highlights**
* **Strategic Location**: The hotel boasts a prime location, close to ITB campus, Gedung Sate, Braga City Walk, and offers abundant culinary choices along Dipatiukur and Dago streets.
* **Cleanliness & Comfort**: Guests consistently commended the rooms for being 'clean and comfortable', also highlighting their spaciousness.
* **Excellent Facilities**: Amenities include a children's swimming pool, free Wi-Fi, complimentary parking, and a meeting room.
* **Friendly Service & Quick Check-in**: The service staff were described as 'friendly' and the check-in process was notably fast. Many guests appreciated the option to drop off luggage early, noting the staff's accommodating nature.
Center of town hotel, got so many either food and fashion street market or mall instead within 300m radius for walk and they have staff with good attitude. However, there is neither no staff to bring your luggages or open your main door and they got minimum amenities at bathroom. The restaurant seems looks old and need small renovation. Overall, it's worth for you to find 3 star budget hotel with standard facility and service.
The room was clean, the service was good, and the location was excellent. My only suggestion is regarding the food: please ensure better hygiene, as we unfortunately found a staple in the cracker. Thank you.
If you need a place just to relax and do nothing, its the best place for you. Cozy Place, no need to use AC, silent and you can feel the nature…. They provide water in a Galon, no need to bring your own.. you can watch Netlix, Youtube, WeTV.
The stafs is really nice and helpful.
Budget hotel worth it with price. Location is strategic in city heart of Bandung. But situation was crowded with wedding party in around lobby area and breakfast room full capacity. Easily to find culinary at the night.
The location seems to be in the middle of the city, near the one that sells food, there are joss rib meatballs and there is a cafe that is like an airplane, but I didn't try it because I was really going to Cirebon ”just for a break🤣 so far for checking in it's okay, the rooms are also spacious, lots of spots Aunthetic photos because it looks like an old school building but it's clean, the swimming pool is also okay, thanks trip.com! Thanks Santika Cirebon!

GGuest UserStayed at this hotel in a narrow alley. Unfortunately, it was not well-maintained. Breakfast options were limited, and the towels and bed sheets were dirty. Not a clean or relaxing stay.

RRichie BurnOverall, my stay was pleasant. The location was decent, with a few convenience stores and restaurants just a short walk away. Hotel facilities were satisfactory, and the staff were very friendly and always willing to assist when needed.
The main downside was that the rooms felt a bit dated, with visible marks and scratches on the walls. The bath towels were also of poor quality and didn’t dry you very well after a shower. Aside from that, the general facilities were acceptable, and I wouldn’t mind returning.

My stay at was decent, though there were a few areas for improvement. The hotel is in a convenient location, close to public transport and local attractions, which made exploring the area easy. However, the surroundings were a bit noisy, and I could hear traffic from my room at night.
The staff were polite and helpful, but service could have been quicker, especially during check-in. It took longer than expected, and there was some confusion about my booking. Once sorted, the staff did their best to make up for the delay.
The room was clean but quite basic. The bed was comfortable enough, though the furniture and decor felt outdated. I also noticed that the bathroom needed better upkeep, with some worn fixtures that could use replacing.
The breakfast was okay, with a reasonable variety of options, though nothing stood out as particularly memorable. It would have been nice to see more fresh choices and better coffee.
The facilities, including the pool and gym, were functional but nothing special. The pool area could use more seating, and the gym equipment seemed a bit old.
In summary, it offers a fair experience for the price, but with a few upgrades and attention to detail, it could easily improve. It’s an acceptable option for short stays but may not meet expectations for a more luxurious experience.

AAnonymous UserThe room itself was very clean and spacious. All necessary amenities such as coffee, tea, to soap, etc are available. I had to asked housekeeping to change pillow as it was smelly as it was used by people who didnt care about his/her head hygene. It was not the pillow case for sure. Pillows were replaced, however, they still have the same problem. Another small disappointment came from leaking ceiling. Which was could have been noticed by engineering because judging from the dripping stain, it happened for a long time, but never fixes. I complained, but nothing they could do except putting rugs on the floor. Actually they could have move me to another room. View from the large sliding door to the balcone was amazing. Breakfast also very nice and prepared properly. Another downside, due to resort design, when it rains, moving from room to parking or reception area have to use golf cart, which unfortunately only 2 available so have to wait for a while when they are busy. They is a small convenient shop for essential amenities. Cellphone signal is poor, so have to use hotel wifi, which I tried to avoid for security reason. Overall, this hotel is value for money. It is fairly inexpensive for amazing view, good restaurant and large room. Will come back again next time.
JJackal RoversCannot say any more highly of this hotel .
For a reasonable price , it’s located in a safe and center part of Bandung.
The room was quite tastefully lay out and everything works to perfection
The staff are also friendly to accommodate all requests if possible
MMawar Diana Abu KassimI really enjoy staying in this hotel and I always prefer to staying here to the other hotels. The staff are remarkably polite and helpful especially Yuda & Aisyah. It has a direct access to the liveliest street in Bandung, i.e Braga street. Highly recommended for any travelers who like a comfortable place to stay surrounded by any type of street entertainments and culinaries.
