Room was clean, spacious and great scenic view of Tangkuban Perahu. Bed was comfortable with many tv channels. However, towel looks old and cigarette smell was strong. Hair Dryer available upon request.
Breakfast has huge variety and get to taste traditional local food, with some western breakfast. However, the eggs corner lacks warmer and the food are very cold, wondering how long it was left there.
Location was great with shopping mall and surrounding places to explore. Convenient to book grab and explore Bandung. Will stay again when I travel to Bandung.

The location is excellent and strategic, very close to a convenience store, and there's a cafe right downstairs. The included breakfast is a huge plus, especially when traveling with family and children. We even received a room upgrade! Just a minor suggestion: it would be great if air fresheners or camphor could be placed in the bathrooms. Thank you.

Staying at grand pacific for 2 days .Books 3 rooms and we got connecting rooms also.We call reception and ask for iron.immediately they sent it to our room though its already late at night.Tq tq..really appreciate.

GGuest UserWhen i stayed at the hotel yesterday all seem fine. The room looked clean. But when I checked the locking system. It did not want to lock only the top part. I went to the lobby to let them know my dissatisfaction. They told me that all the rooms have this issue. I felt an bit of unease Afterwards i went to my room and contacted an trip.com travel agent. They also find it very weird why nobody was notfied about this issue. They contacted the hotel later and told me to wait but nobody came. An hour later I contacted an trip. Com travel agent again and told them i already waited an hour and felt neglected. So the travel agent contacted then again. Minutes later someone came by. He wanted to show me another room and sure the lock does not work properly anywhere. They apologised and since it was late i cant go to a other hotel. I talked to the travel agent again. On their advice they told me to put heavy objects in front and next to the door. So i put an chair and my bag in front of it. The travel agents where very helpful. I also ask them to warn future visitors about this issue as well. Also it is against the law Under the Consumer Protection Law (UU No. 8/1999), you’re entitled to use facilities that work properly and safely—“goods and/or services…must be fit for their intended use”. Government Regulation 67/1996 (Pasal 62 Ayat 2) makes the hotel operator legally responsible for your safety and security while on the premises. Even if “all locks” share the same flaw, the hotel must fix it or offer you an alternative that meets basic safety standards. I felt a bit safer when heaving the chair and my stuff in front of the door but i hope they will fix the issue as soon as possible for the safety of all hotel guest and inform the issue beforehand to hotelguest as well. Awal check in sekitar jam 3 tanpa deposit, book non smoke tp adanya smoking , kalau non smoke harus nunggu lagi 30 menit dan semuanya readynya connecting door. Kamarnya lumayan bersih dan amenitiesnya lengkap. Fasilitasnya cukup lengkap dan kids friendly. Bf untuk hotel bintang 4 sorry to say biasa aja, menu dari tiap pilihan kaya western, tradisional, dessert sedikit. Coba nasi goreng juga sudah tidak fresh, seperti sudah dimasak dari malam.
Setelah bf mau balik ke kamar boom, ternyata ada acara lomba di lt 16 untuk ratusan peserta dari luar, alhasil ngantri lift lamaaaa bangett harus ngantri sama peserta acara. Sampe bbrp kali nyoba masuk gabisa karna over. Ga sampe situ aja, pas dari kamar mau co ke fo, kayanya bubaran acara juga atau masih rame untuk acara, alhasil nunggu di depan lift udah sekitar 25 menit selalu FULL dari atas yg mau ke ground floor dan lift yang bisa di pencet/akses CUMA SATU lainnya GABISA. Saking lamanya akhirnya coba cari lift untuk hk/service akhirnya pake LIFT KARYAWAN, dan itupun gabisa lgsg ke lt G, harus ke basement/lt 1 trus turun TANGGA. mau co aja berasa abis nge gym karna udah keringetan NUNGGU LIFT, NAIK LIFT KARYAWAN dan TURUN TANGGA trs jalan lumayan ke reseptionist depan.
Please untuk manajemen/sales hotel kalau mau ada acara, dari semua segi diperhatikan mulai dari tmpt, akses, jam acara, kapasitas tamu hotel dan lainnya. Karna di lift setelah acara pun tamu hotel banyak yang complain ke engineer yang ada didalem lift, masnya cuma bisa minta maaf dan menjalankan tugasnya tapi sayang didepan lift gaada dari pihak hotel yang mengatur penggunaan lift yang berimbas pada tamu hotel.
Semoga kedepannya lebih baik lagi, just want to share my experience.

AAnonymous UserThe room is spacious, bright, clean, basically according to expectations.. the bathroom is clean, the TV is already a smart TV so you can play Netflix and YouTube. The facilities are quite complete, besides the swimming pool, there is a gym, sauna, jacuzzi, billiards, the view is nice, there are lots of places to hang out. The staff are friendly. Breakfast is quite varied and delicious for that price.

My stay at was decent, though there were a few areas for improvement. The hotel is in a convenient location, close to public transport and local attractions, which made exploring the area easy. However, the surroundings were a bit noisy, and I could hear traffic from my room at night.
The staff were polite and helpful, but service could have been quicker, especially during check-in. It took longer than expected, and there was some confusion about my booking. Once sorted, the staff did their best to make up for the delay.
The room was clean but quite basic. The bed was comfortable enough, though the furniture and decor felt outdated. I also noticed that the bathroom needed better upkeep, with some worn fixtures that could use replacing.
The breakfast was okay, with a reasonable variety of options, though nothing stood out as particularly memorable. It would have been nice to see more fresh choices and better coffee.
The facilities, including the pool and gym, were functional but nothing special. The pool area could use more seating, and the gym equipment seemed a bit old.
In summary, it offers a fair experience for the price, but with a few upgrades and attention to detail, it could easily improve. It’s an acceptable option for short stays but may not meet expectations for a more luxurious experience.

This means even if you're not keen on venturing far, you can still easily explore the immediate area on foot. The only drawback was that staff entered our room even when we hadn't requested cleaning services, which felt a bit intrusive.

JJalanSabtuThe hotel gives you a homie and greener feeling because its design and looks are very homie. Building architecture from old dutch colonial and surrounding by trees and nice garden make it very fresh. The room quite spacious on this price category and some has balcony with a nivw bath room. I impress about the amenities that complete from the bottle of water, tooh brush and tooth paste has a brand and good quality. The Bed ok and the furniture were nice. The facilities the have a good and best spot for photos (for instagram) and a nice swimming pool infront of their restaurant which is use for daily dining/breakfast. The breakfast is just ok. need to improve for the variety and taste. The staff some are nice some just flat face eapecially on the breakfast service seems like they tired or forget that their in the hospitality indistry that need warm and smile service. Maybe because most of the staff are seniors so they forget how to serve customer. but the security and receptionist are nice.
The Parking area are open space so if its rain your car will be wet or hot if it during the day.
overall is Ok. a good and relaxing hotel if you want to choose stay in bandung city

It is located beside pesantren and mosque. You can hear the people recites alquran and also azan. I booked 2 rooms here next to each other facing the pool/garden.
I believe that Dago Heuvel has been there since many many years. The properties is pretty from the outisde, but inside. It was a bit disappointed. Understand that the price we paid was low and it came with breakfast. But I di believe that the properties need to have good maintenance inside the room especially the toilet. The water pressure at the toilet and bidet, oh my god it was very low pressure. We experienced a hard time to flush the toilet, we thought that it was broken. We tried and tried, hustle to get all the poops goes in. Please fix the flush and do maintenance at both of the toilets. We dont care if there is a bit dirty on the duvet, comforter or shower and also crack at most of the walks. But no excuse on the toilet. You have such a beautiful view overlooking Intercontinental hotel and etc, please improve on the toilet ya. The breakfast is Ok. Bed is comfortable but pillow was very thin but no problem on that. Ok that’s all Thanks
