Mostly great! Very clean and simple. Anna at reception was exceptionally helpful. Bonus points to her. Not sure who to blame but name and location via Google Maps etc , had me chasing my tail al over Rome and unnecessarily expensive! Once I figured it out that it is right on the train line at Station Parco Leonardo and called “B&B Hotel” it was easy!!!!
My experience at the Iris Criillon hotel was more than satisfactory
Very clean and comfortable room, very friendly and available staff
I was very pleased with everything and I hope I can return to my next trip to Fiuggi
Advised to friends too

The good: hotel is in a good location and rooms are spacious especially since we are in Rome, where that can be challenging.
The bad: the hotel is fragmented, meaning there is no center and you have to enter by key into separate buildings with no elevators. That can be both challenging and inconvenient.
The ugly: they have a huge ant infestation problem, like epic levels. Yes, the cleaned it up but it took two days and I think the problem is still there. They offered to move us after the first notification, but that required loading up our clothes and luggage and walking up another flight of stairs.
I know big and old cities struggle to maintain properties, but pest control should be at the top of the list and also more notice about the hotel being 3 separate buildings away from the reception area.
It's not like a hotel, I mean it's like a house:)
The owner welcome us and really friendly.
He couldn't speak English very well even though try to make us understand!!
He was so kind and friendly.
There is a coffee and bread which he prepared for us.
Room is clean, wifi is food, shower also good.
It takes only about 15 min by train to Rome airport.
After a few days of visiting Rome, I rented a car to Tivoli in the suburbs and chose this small hotel. It was really small and exquisite. The front desk has always been a shift of several old gentlemen. The room is not big, but the surprise is: the mattress is extremely comfortable, soft and supported! It feels like a selection that can be done by the experienced shopkeeper. Breakfast is on the first floor, the restaurant is not big, and the things are not particularly rich - but the quality is particularly good! An old gentleman will ask you what coffee you want, and then make a cup of it, wow, it's really delicious! The bread, sandwiches and biscuits that can be taken casually also taste very good. There is a drinking machine next to the front desk, the quality of the water is also very good, sweet and not enough to drink. In short, this hotel looks flat, but the inside is very satisfying.
Bellissimo hotel, ristorante ottimo e servizio impeccabile, gentilezza e cortesia sono la consuetudine, ottima la posizione in una città stupenda.

A pleasant surprise near the Trevi Fountain. Beautiful room with thoughtful furnishings and very clean. An excellent experience, especially thanks to the helpfulness and kindness of the owner, who did everything to make our stay perfect! We'll be back!!!
We got here at 11h and check is was only at 3pm ; without even asking they decided to upgrade our room so we would have 2 rooms as we were tra Eli g with our kids AND the upgraded room was ready immediately ! There is a lobby to check in but the hotel room was actually a few streets away. The bellman walked with us to our room and showed us where everything was super nicely. - the mini fridge was stocked with Coca Cola, juice water beer and wine (2 of everything !) we were there 3 days and used everything. Surprisingly the extra charge was only 15 euro ! - great location about 50meters (exactly 80 seconde walk) from the trevi fountain. - the street is really buisy with all the restaurants and merchants and shops but being on the 3rd floor we heard nothing and felt very safe. Would recommend 100% and would go back here if we came to Roma again.
It's a great hotel. The photo on the profile isn't of the hotel itself, but rather a view from it, but the hotel itself is also decent. It's clean, has a full breakfast, and is conveniently located in every way. It's one of the few hotels with actually functioning air conditioning.
Title: A Comfortable Stay at Hotel.Paris in Rome: Convenient Location and Helpful Staff Introduction: During my recent trip to Rome, I had the pleasure of staying at Hotel.Paris for four days. The overall experience was comfortable, thanks to its convenient location, helpful staff, and pleasant atmosphere. However, the repetitive breakfast menu may become monotonous for guests planning an extended stay. Location and Accessibility: Hotel.Paris is situated in a prime location, just a 10-minute walk from Termini, making it extremely convenient for travelers arriving by train or using public transportation. The hotel's proximity to many major attractions was a significant advantage, allowing guests to easily explore the city's landmarks and cultural sites without spending excessive time on commuting. Comfortable Stay and Helpful Staff: The hotel provided a comfortable stay with clean and well-maintained rooms. The ambiance was pleasant, contributing to a relaxing atmosphere after a day of sightseeing. The staff members were exceptionally helpful, offering prompt assistance and providing useful recommendations for nearby attractions and dining options. Their attentive and friendly service added to the overall positive experience. Breakfast Experience: One area where Hotel.Paris could improve is the breakfast menu. While the quality of the food was satisfactory, the fixed breakfast menu for all days became somewhat monotonous for guests planning to stay for more than a day. Having a limited selection of dishes might disappoint those who prefer variety or have specific dietary requirements. Introducing some variety or offering alternatives for guests staying multiple days would greatly enhance the breakfast experience. Conclusion: Hotel.Paris in Rome offers a comfortable and convenient stay, with its prime location and helpful staff being notable highlights. The proximity to Termini and major attractions makes it an excellent choice for travelers looking to explore the city with ease. However, the fixed breakfast menu may become monotonous for guests staying for an extended period. With a little improvement in this area, Hotel.Paris has the potential to enhance the overall guest experience and become an even more popular choice among travelers visiting Rome.
Had a very pleasant experience. The room was exceptionally clean, which made my stay comfortable and relaxing. The location of the hotel is fantastic, providing easy access to local attractions and amenities. Breakfast was decent with a fair variety of options to start the day. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, prime location, and satisfactory breakfast.
