I traveled alone and stayed at Hotel Italia in Florence, and I was very pleased with my experience. The hotel's location is simply perfect: right in the city center, within walking distance of all the main attractions. This was especially convenient as a solo traveler, as it allowed me to make the most of my time.
The breakfast was a pleasant surprise — delicious, fresh, and with a good variety of options. It was a great way to start the day before exploring Florence.
The hotel has a cozy and peaceful atmosphere, and the staff is attentive and friendly. For a solo traveler, it's an excellent choice in terms of value for money, comfort, and location. I would gladly stay here again!
Booked for a concert, perfect for the distance from the arena, reachable on foot in a short time (15/20 min), convenient means of transport to reach it from the station.
Nice, clean and well-kept room. Reception 24/24
Very convenient location if you come by bus or train from neighboring cities on 1-2 day. Near bus and bus and d station. The number is standard, there is everything you need.
Very kind and friendly staff!
What is most pleasant - in the hotel you can leave your luggage if you leave the city in the evening!
I will definitely return to this hotel when I come back to Turin! :)
No respect the hotel is for nothing there are restaurant shops that will be delivered at 5 a.m. that wakes all the neighborhood I full of the neighborhood that lives in the year against the sound of the hotel at the doors of the rooms that Screw to see , short for me take not into account I come back
Helpful, attentive, and professional staff.
Nice atmosphere. Excellent parking.
Nice and clean rooms.
Abundant and generous breakfast. Excellent.
The extremely unfair and disappointing policy is the request for an extra €25 at check-in (and not specified during the booking process) for the second person's stay, even though I specifically booked (on ***********) a DOUBLE ROOM FOR TWO ADULTS!!!
A happy place for those looking for short and medium term rent.
Accommodations of various sizes, Luma welcomes its guests in the heart of Novara's historic center, in a building that preserves the warmth and beauty of the past.
It offers various rental solutions designed for those looking not only for accommodation, but a place where they can truly feel at home, surrounded by a well-kept, intimate and welcoming atmosphere
The room is all right
The good position
Low quality breakfast
We found them in the buffet.
what ends the hospital , lacked glasses , coffee machine did not work well
We stayed in here for a night. Everything was good except the room was too cold, it seems like the heating system worked not so well. The staffs were friendly and the breakfast was great. Location also a bit far from the city center but no problem if you have a car.

Clean structure and good breakfast.
DDoc TanyaThe hotel is located in a beautiful place, next to the boat port, comfortable to ride on the islands, near a pedestrian path along the lake, can be reached in 20 minutes to the Streza center, where there are many restaurants. In the hotel it is clean,it is certainly a little old. But the view of the lake is very beautiful. Breakfast is ordinary with hot dishes, delicious coffee. Overall I liked everything
TTravel addict ✈️Amazing stay in a great student campus. You have a study area, a gym, a nice clean room with high ceilings and a kitchen, communal living room spaces and even a tennis court! Definitely more than you need from a couple nights in the city. The area is very close to the Center, and the transport links are great. Buses get you to the city centre in 15 minutes while walking will take you more like 25-30 min. Also they have a large supermarket in the same building, which is super convenient as they have plenty of choice. But beware — there’s a homeless guy nestling right by the supermarket (that street can get some dodgy action at night). As per the accommodation, the biggest community there is composed of students - all very welcoming and friendly. Receptionists and staff are also very helpful. Feels like a hotel. Recommend 👍🏻
KKate CoddaireI wanted to save some money by not staying directly lakefront, and this hotel was quiet, clean, no frills and perfect. In a quiet neighborhood where a 2 minute walk in a residential area brings you to self service laundry, a grocery store, shops and restaurants and a 5 minute walk from the more busy piazzas with restaurants and shops. The hotel room was large with loads of space for storage and plenty of hooks and a large desk area, along with a balcony with 2 plastic chairs and a table.. Bathroom supplied round soap and shampoo. Front desk was efficient and stored my luggage after checkout while I explored the town further. Short walk to train station. Included breakfast was cheese, meats, hard boilded eggs, croissant, yogurt and fruit and a Coffee machine.
GGuest UserRight at the doorstep of alba town, good location. Only 350m away from alba railway station, good gateway to other Italian towns. This is a very basic place to sleep, water kettle is shared at common corridor. No slippers, no toothbrush, just basic shampoo and body wash. Cannot adjust temperature in the room, so it really depends on the season you are there. Water pressure is low, so do expect shower to be longer. Breakfast is a croissant and a cup of coffee at the bakery right opp the hotel. Not much of a front desk, if there’s anyone manning it but you can easily get in and out of the establishment. No Uber in this town, and taxi is exorbitant and rare here. Good for a night stay~
MManuHotel was great!
The staff was very kind and nice. Our room was big and spacious, very clean, and everything worked perfectly.
The breakfast was good and the place had an overall nice vibe.
It’s not very close to the city center, and there are some curious locations around it. A lot of restaurants and bars in the area, also some supermarkets.
I would recommend this place if you are young and energetic and if you don’t mind the 20 minute walk to the city center.
But over all it was a very pleasant experience and a great place for the value!
MmattiaDuring my recent stay in Torino, I was pleased to spend a weekend at the Belezia Palace Luxury & Spa, an experience that has been far beyond expectations. Situated in the heart of the city, this hotel encarnates a perfect balance between historical elegance and modern comfort, offering a refined and relaxing stay.
One of the hotel's strengths is the wellness area, a real jewel in a suggestive architectural context. The warm indoor pool, with soft lights and marble details, is perfect for relaxing after a day to explore the city. Water is kept at an ideal temperature, and hydromassage seats help dissolve any muscle tension.
The Turkish bathroom is spacious, clean and equipped with a aromaterapy system that makes the experience even more sensory. Heat and covering vapours, combined with natural essences, promote deep purification of the skin and a general sense of regeneration. Even those who are not used to this type of treatment will be pleasantly surprised and reinforced.
The Finnish sauna completes wellness experience in an excellent way. After a few minutes inside it, you feel a feeling of light and wellness hardly describeable. There is also a relaxing area with tisane and fresh fruit, perfect to finish the path.
The staff is always careful and discreet, ready to meet every need with professionalism. In short, the Palace of Belezia is not just a hotel, but a real luxury and quiet home. I strongly advise those who seek exclusive and regenerative experience in the heart of Torino.
SSalvaT.My stay at Tenuta Moncarlino was terrific; everything was perfect from the moment I arrived.
This place is nestled in the small hills of Monferrato and I had the chance to walk in the big park of the site by enjoying the uncontaminated nature of the place.
Paolo, the host, was available to satisfy my every need by recommending excellent restaurants and local attractions to visit. I found the Bollente of Acqui Terme wonderful where very hot water flows from the fountain located in the center of the central square of the city.
What more can I say: the superb breakfast, cleanliness, kindness and relaxation. I highly recommend Tenuta Moncarlino.
GGuest UserBooked for a concert, perfect for the distance from the arena, reachable on foot in a short time (15/20 min), convenient means of transport to reach it from the station.
Nice, clean and well-kept room. Reception 24/24
NNat_KayaVery nice hotel, excellent service , great breakfast, clean and spacious room. We stayed just for one night passing through, but this hotel you can choose even for more nights.
The city center is close and also nice, near the hotel there's pizza La Luna where you can eat in the evening, they have tasty food and modern style.
If you travel by car , you can park in the hotel area as well. Torino is just 20 minutes by train, but you can stay in not crowded and big city.
I strongly recommend this hotel. During staying we met with kind and warm hospitality and after that the city turned to us by very nice and friendly side ))
