I recently had the pleasure of staying at Lavitor Hotel, and overall, it was a highly satisfying experience that I would gladly recommend to other travelers. From the moment I arrived, the hotel’s welcoming atmosphere and attentive service set a positive tone for my stay. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, with friendly staff who were eager to assist with any questions. Their professionalism and warm demeanor made me feel comfortable right away. The lobby itself was clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed, creating a great first impression. My room was spacious, well-maintained, and equipped with all the essentials needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was particularly comfortable, allowing for a restful night’s sleep after a long day of exploring. I also appreciated the cleanliness of the room, as housekeeping clearly maintained high standards throughout my stay. The bathroom was equally impressive, featuring modern fixtures and a good supply of toiletries. One of the highlights of Lavitor Hotel was its convenient location. It provided easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and public transportation, making it an excellent base for both business and leisure travelers. Whether I wanted to explore the city or simply enjoy a quiet evening nearby, everything was within reach. The hotel’s amenities added extra value to the experience. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which was particularly useful for staying connected and planning daily activities. Additionally, the common areas were well-kept and comfortable, offering a relaxing environment to unwind. Breakfast was another positive aspect of my stay. The selection was varied enough to suit different tastes, and the quality of the food was consistently good. It was a pleasant way to start each day before heading out. If I were to mention a minor area for improvement, it would be that the hotel could expand its dining options or provide more variety in certain services. However, this did not significantly impact my overall experience. In conclusion, Lavitor Hotel offers a comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable stay with excellent service and well-maintained facilities. It strikes a good balance between affordability and quality, making it a great choice for travelers seeking a reliable and pleasant accommodation experience. Not worth the money! It's incredibly noisy. The nearby grocery stores and eateries operate all night, so you're constantly bothered by the noise. The hot water only ran for a short while before completely stopping. We wanted to shower, but there was no hot water. They didn't even provide shampoo or body wash! Overall, the conditions were very poor. Only the breakfast was satisfactory. I'd say it's not worth the price. We stayed here for just one day and then moved to another hotel.

I had a wonderful experience staying at Urban Hotel Bishkek. The location is incredibly strategic, right in the center of Bishkek, making it very convenient to get around the city. The rooms are highly comfortable and cozy, offering great value for money with their affordable rates. A big highlight for me was the breakfast. The menu is quite varied and provides the perfect, hearty fuel needed for a full day of physical activities. Special thanks to the receptionist, Абина! She was immensely helpful, welcoming, and attentive throughout my stay. It was truly a pleasure meeting and chatting with her. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bishkek!

Resting here is not the first time, the management of the hotel youth service level and the quality of the hotel improve and make our rest pleasant) you can see that the hotel is not standing on the spot but developing. Rooms are clean, towels, neats, The slippers are all necessary in the room. Thermal sources, Hamam, Sauna, Russian steam on wood, cold bath and large pool all necessary for excellent rest is present. The forces have a bar area now you can order food and drink without going away from the pool. There is everything for a comfortable rest in general.

Extended my stay for an extra two nights and the staff has fixed the issue of the bidet not working the night before. The hostel staff were extremely kind and helpful qnd did not hesitate to assist or advice with any questions. Thank you for the wonderful service and I truly enjoyed my stay here!

The lady at the front desk is very nice, speaks good English, and contacted in advance. She also helped to call a taxi for airport pick-up. The price-performance ratio is OK. If you don't have high requirements, you can choose? The breakfast is OK.

The room was very clean and tidy, and overall pretty good. The breakfast selection was a bit limited but sufficient. The only downside was that our room was on the first floor near the street, so opening the window could be a bit noisy. We had to keep the window closed the whole time for privacy. Next time, I'll choose a room further inside.

Pros: Friendly staff. Very decent breakfast. Good Wi-Fi. Cons: The air conditioning only heats or cools, depending on the time of year. Even if it's 23°C (73°F) and sunny in February (like this year), the air conditioning still blows hot air, but fortunately, you can open the window. Also, there's a constant stench in the bathroom, as if they forgot to install water traps on the drains. Overall, the bathroom was finished by some incompetent people—you could cut your foot on the crookedly installed tiles in the shower.

the host could has updated their videos of the location etc, i was having such a hard time trying to search for the location, instead of the videos they should have give the landmark close to the building, bc the videos was outdated, the stucture that was outside of the building is no longer there causing me so much issue. but the location wise it was convenient, theres mini market in there, close to eateries etc, the amenities also complete and i really appreciate the amenities but host was slighlty not to my liking.

Плюсы: - удобное расположение до парка Ала-Арча, пешком около 10 минут; - из окна видны лошади, пасущиеся на склонах , снежные вершины гор, слышен умиротворяющий шум реки Ала-Арча; - персонал приветливый и свободно разговаривает на русском, английском языках; - завтраки разнообразные, огромное количество мясных продуктов, вкусные местные фрукты; - в номере есть чайник, телевизор, множество розеток,Wi-Fi, хорошо проветривается; - просторная душевая; - халаты, полотенца, тапочки, мыло, зубные щётки в номере; - в коридоре можно взять гладильную доску с утюгом, чтобы привести вещи в порядок; - сауна и бассейн входит в стоимость проживания; - настольный теннис и настольный футбол доступны для постояльцев отеля. Минусы: - маленькая площадь комнаты, комфортно вдвоём с небольшими рюкзаками; - оборудование уборной выглядит ”уставшим”, ржавчина, подтёки, разводы; - разложить вещи особо некуда, нет шкафчиков, мало крючков ,вешалок.
