The room was clean, and the location was nice: far from the noise but close to beaches and an awesome restaurant called ”Bankada”. The hotel had a nice pool, which was amazing considering the fact that the sea water was icy cold. However, there were a few small things that could be improved. For instance, the kids' playground, which was mentioned in the hotel description, was just a half-broken swing and a climbing ladder.

The staff is very kind, my experience is 10/10. I recommend Villa Ljubanović, and also their restaurant Zeleni Gaj. The rooms are very clean and cozy. The Villa is located at the very center of the city so it’s close to a lot of tourists extraction. It’s a great place for some peace and quite, the internet is really fast. If you’re looking for a place to stay in Budva definitely come here!

Excellent location, right along the Budva Riviera and a 5min walk to the Old Town. As soon as you step outside the hotel, there are plenty of restaurants along the beach to choose from. Breakfast is included with the room, nothing fancy, but sufficient. The staff was very helpful & friendly...they were easily approachable. The room on the 2nd floor where I stayed was quite big. Aside from the bed/sleeping area, there is a separate seating area. The bathroom is also huge, but for the size of the bathroom, the shower area was quite small & outdated. Unfortunately, there is no view from the room. If I opened the windows, I'd just be looking at the hotel next door. Only issue I really had was that the wifi was quite weak. Sometimes, I couldn't even get signal in my room, but fortunately, I had a sim card.

Приехали в отель и никого не было на стойке регистрации. Все следующие дни там кто то был, но никто не говорит не на русском, не на английском как было заявлено. Когда заселились в комнату зашли в ванную, там воняло мочой а на полу разлита как раз она. Пошли жаловаться вниз, они пришли посмотрели, вызвали сантехника потому что туалет протекал. Я видел отзывы от других людей и все жаловались на плохой водопровод. Что говорить о еде, брали мы завтраки и он очень скудный а вкус ужасный. Поели там два раза а остальные дни завтракали в кафе неподалеку. Официанты очень жадные и не дают даже свою воду пить у них в столовой, или брать чашки в уличную зону столовой. Кровати для высоких людей то же не подходящие. Комнаты миниатюрные и негде ходить, если брать комнату на двоих даже нет балкона. Wi-Fi тут хороший и кондиционер мощный, хотя это наверное смотря в какой комнате. Отель нормальный переночевать но все же не советую.

All very modern and well finished. Offering a mix of 5 1 bed apartments and 5 1 bed rooms (which can be combined into 2 bed apartments). Includes breakfast during the tourist season (May-Sept). Apartments on the 5th and 6th floors (there is a lift) have the best views of both the sea and Budva Old Town. 5-10 minutes easy walk to a wide range of bars, shops, restaurants, the beach and Budva Old Town. Very friendly, helpful, multi-lingual staff. Whilst the breakfast was a buffet, self-service, it had a good range of tasty choices that varied from day to day. Good free WiFi. Rooftop terrace.
