Hygiene: clean and tidy
Environment: I like the courtyard here very much, but there are too many mosquitoes, I am allergic, it is difficult to feel 😣 took 3 days of medicine to reduce it.
Service: Warm and thoughtful, especially the white girl with full hair at the front desk. She helped me a lot. Her patience and smile made me spend a pleasant 8 days. Thank you very much! Although I still didn't have the courage to ask her name when I left, I will miss her!

SScribanWe chose this hotel because of its proximity to the La Venta Park Museum featuring ancient Olmec artifacts,. It is in a commercial-industrial area, quite far from shopping, other atractions and restaurants. Its own restaurant is basic and modest, but plentiful. Unfortunately, the La Venta Park Museum is beyond its best days and looks quite shabby. The hotel staff would not go out of their way to help. They would not deign to mail us, at our cost, some clothing forgotten in a closet. Although they advertise putting their shuttle at the guests' service (given their remote location) within a radius of 4 km, we still had to pay for a taxi to the ADO bus station within this radius.
