I am regular at Ibis Cheras, staying about 4 times a year and each time about 3-5 days. The location is convenient for me as I am here to see family. With a burgeoning of eateries a short walk away, meals or supper is close at hand. Notwithstanding the good points about Ibis, the nice room and good WiFi, a few things seem to have lapsed. It looks like they are using their old eroded towels again. Also, the grouting in the bathroom needs to be cleaned properly because mould have set in. The roller screen in the bathroom is stained. All these things detract from the positives of the room and stay. Breakfast also seems to have dropped in standards and the new meal room doesn’t look like a restaurant at all. It would be good if they can take a look at these things and resolve a few of them.

Good hotel. Clean. Near to kepong, gombak, wangsa maju. Tooth brush set provided. Hair dryer provided. Water dispenser provided with hot water function.

The hotel is suitable for those just wanna be transit flight. All around full of restaurant, but mostly Malay foods. The hotel not so clean and we check in after 7pm, the room not in preparation, no bath kit and towel, the staff also not settled the problem to us until we request for change to others room, and the air-conditioned also not cold. But if just wanna stay for transit flght, it's a budget hotel to choose

Just freshen up few hours just to catch flight, travel with ERL klia transit to salak tinggi, from salak tinggi to this hotel few minutes away but very busy when it come to order grab, have to wait grab for 20minutes. Overall okey

Last minute booking and my 1st time staying in this hotel in Puchong area. Check-in around 9pm and the check in was smooth, fast and hassle free. The security guard and staff were friendly. Ample free parking lot. The location is good. Walking distance to many eateries and Lotus supermarket. The breakfast buffet is just okay(6/10). As for the room, it’s ok. I got a room facing the highway. The sound insulation is poor. Can hear traffic noise constantly. Not too sure whether will pick this hotel again. In any case, the price is reasonable.

After reading the reviews I was worried about the cleanliness, but I was relieved to find that it was very clean! The interior was stylish and cute. The shower had lukewarm water, but not cold, so it was sufficient. The service was also attentive. The airport was about a 20-minute drive away, and even though I had an early morning flight, I was able to stay there without worrying about access!

This is a very comfortable place for homestays, travelers, and anyone who needs a short and long break. It has many facilities such as a children's swimming pool, gymnastics, and 24/7 security and monitoring. Worth recommending

Near to airport and overall my family and I are satisfied with our stay. There are some restaurants nearby. If you use ehailing to go here, you can pin your location at nsa tyre which is nearby because the hotel area is quite isolated. Recommended

It is a good and affordable place to stay. They have only one power socket for a double room that I stayed in. For toiletries, they provide soap but no shampoo or toothbrush/toothpaste. They have a water heater in the bathroom. For cutleries, they provide one electric kettle, two glasses and two spoons. The room also has a lot of hangers for you to hang your clothes in the closet and a TV for your entertainment. Overall, the room is worth it!

Memorable stay at S8 Boutique Hotel I came in on 10th Dec 2020, I was offered a single standard room without a window. Most probably they offered this room due to my request on the lowest budget since I had to stay a longer period due to work factor. After a short nap, I had visited the reception and a young gentleman who is the Hotel Operation Manager by the name of Siva approached me to understand further on my needs, the reasons of my stay since and my preferences. After a short discussion, Siva had arranged a Deluxe Double with Balcony. It has all I need, I felt soo much of comfort, the Wifi was working better then I expected since I had to write a lot of articles and reading. As I was Management Pilot and work related stress was really an nature of our industry. Peaceful and complete silent is what I personally desire and need at the most during current situation. S8 Boutique Hotel has all your needs. I stayed many hotels due to my nature of industry but I personally felt S8 Boutique Hotel personalize their services into individuality, I really felt like I am at home. Besides Mr. Siva, another 2 staffs who was working there is Safuhah and Syuhada. Both of them never fails me, they always ensure my rooms are clean. Have 3 sun inns in the area and this one was a bit lacking. If the hotel prepares the toiletries it will be good. Good thing is the hotel is near a restaurant. Overall a clean budget hotel.

First look is nice. But some part of the wallpaper in the room has came off, the tap for the sink is so loose that I can turn left to right. Plus the sint DON'T have hot water. So far I was still OK with this. But then when I was lying down on the bed I noticed only 2 pillows so I tried to call the front desk to ask for 1 more pillow as their pillow is too soft for me, when I pick up the phone in the room don't work! When inform the front desk, they only reply ”ya the phone don't works some time.” with a I don't care face to me. If u have a choice, don't choose this hotel.

Unexpected with the facilities provided, more to 5 stars hotel, if you just plan to stay for a night with 5 star hotel feeling, make a book with Greystones Centrestage.

Nice stay. Nearest to i-City and walking distance to Sogo. Perfect stay for a small family. Decent size of bedroom. Wish they can offer a family room. Helpful receptionist.

Room is big and spacious. Clean. But didnt have carpet. Pool is main attractive for this hotel especially for children. Breakfast is good but not so many variety. Check in and check out very fast.

This is the best budget hotel I stayed. It was very clean, with enough amenities although it's on common basis. Location also very good to transit before proceed to other destination. Definitely will come back.

Stayed in a Deluxe Queen with no window room. Room was a tad tiny but it served its purpose if you just need a room to rest and shower before heading out to your destination. Simple breakfast was included such as scrambled eggs, mushroom omelette and roti canai set. They even had toast, jam and butter. However, I would prefer if the bathroom had shower curtain or glass sliding door. Else, the floor would always be wet due to water spillover once someone showered. Anyway, this hotel is recommended since it is nearby to shopping mall such as 1Utama, The Curve and IKEA.

The location is all okay, there is a lot of parking, there is a mamak restaurant downstairs, but when you enter, the room smells of cigarettes😌, but overall everything is okay

Location - its not near any major areas in KL. But good if you need to be around Kajang/Bangi Service - Counter Staff is friendly Cleanliness - some bathrooms are cleaner. The bathroom i got this time is a little bit mouldy on some spots. Room floor is clean, except for the corners and under the bed, they are considerably dusty. But overall acceptable cleanliness. Amenities - no extra amenities. No hairdryer - bring your own if you need one. Must bring earplugs- any rooms with windows will be able to hear the traffic very loudly.

The room is very spacious! Like, great for kids to run around! There’s carpark space just in front of the hotel. It’s the same corridor as Le’Venue. Security is there to keep your car safe. Plenty of food options downstairs (restaurants). Need to go through gantry to the carpark but can be claim from the hotel. Will stay here again as it is nearer to the edge of KL. (:

1) Clean n cheap hotel at pandan Indah area. 2) breakfast : Very lousy. Very limited food. As buffet breakfast. But you can't eat as much as you can. Must follow their menu, which set by the restaurant. Set a.. B.. C.. D.. Etcs. Example, nasi lemak, chilli, egg, cucumber.. As set A. The drink, coffee n tea.. No taste. I hope the hotel should discontinued using next door restaurant. Lousy food. We stayed for 4 days, we need to collect the coupon daily from the counter. . So inconvenience. Their WiFi also, changed it everyday too. You need to request the password from counter. Very weird idea.. 3) make up room : after the make up, every night facing alot mosquitoes in the room. Kindly take note.. Room 217. 4) service : all that nights still OK..n happy to stay. The last night, we didn't request for make up room. Once we reached hotel. We Request new towel, mineral water, shampoo n body shower at counter. Facing to a good looking but rude attitude . Speak to him twice, he totally ignored us. Never answered yes or not. Moreover speak to him in bahasa Malaysia.. His face like zombie. No expression at all. We waited in the room about 20 minutes.. Till we have to intercom again to counter. But answering by malay lady. It took, less than 5 minutes, the stuffs arrived. After another 5 minutes, the lousy guy came with the stuff. We informed we got the stuffs already. He still showing the zombia face to us.. The hotel management should educate the employee since its service industry. 5) TV : not many channel. Unfortunately all the channels not clear at all. Oh my god.. So boring. How can this thing can be happened!! At this century.. Kindly take note. Fit it..!!!

friendly and good staff.. nice and affordable.. suitable for family and solo traveler. but television on this hotel just have only 1 channel.. unlucky about that.. if have plenty of channel. will get star better from costumer. if u are with family better get room with window. nice view

1) The air conditioner was almost 20 years ago, and the whole house was yellow and hot. 2) The lift always broke. You have to carry your luggage and go up the stairs. 3) The most basic toilet paper was not put in the toilet, even I was going to take a shower and hang it There are no hooks on clothes! 4) The toilet keeps making strange noises. The water heater has been yellowing 10 years ago. There have been problems with it. The shower light keeps flashing. I feel like I’m going to be electrocuted. 5) The door is broken if I don’t understand why. , Just put a small lock, it feels very insecure 6) Direct house keeping without any consent, I am worried about things or financial loss 7) The room equipment is very incomplete, and there are no hair dryers. Ask them to pick it up, and the receptionist actually gave it A rotten one asked me to return it as soon as I used it up, because there was only one in the entire hotel. 8) The pillows and sheets smelled very unpleasant and felt very unhygienic. 9) The last thing is that you will be upset because of one of them. The receptionist Indian man has a very problematic attitude. 10) We booked the deluxe double room, and he let us live in the superior room. I can only say what we can complain about. I really can’t finish it, very speechless.

We jz needed a place to sleep. Its a walk up shoplot jz above a mamak restaurant. Paid less thn rm100 for a decent room. Room was clean. Bath was spacious n clean. They had TV in d room but it wasn't functioning well. Towels,, water, soaps provided. The receptionist was okay. Really walking distance to ampang puteri hospital and ampang point.

The water gushing out from ceiling, and damaged all my work folder and electronic devices. The staff did nothing to help me. I asked for refund but all of them ignored me. I did captured alot of video. I'll post on social media
