SSL Ng VictorBook this comfort hotel for proximity to central station yet far enough to be away from pedestrians. Near tram and bus stations as well that can bring you all over town. Walking distance to Munch Museum, Bjorvika broadwalk all the way to Akershus Fortress and Castle. Breakfast was GOOD. Same stuff everyday but variety enough to try different things for 3 days.

GGuest UserI had a very comfortable stay at Citybox. The check-in process was smooth and self-service, which made everything quick and easy. The room was clean, modern, and well-designed with everything I needed for a short stay. The location is also very convenient for exploring the city. Overall, a simple, efficient, and pleasant experience. I would definitely stay here again.

GGuest UserTruly one of the best hotel stays I have ever experienced. The hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure we were well accommodated and comfortable throughout. When we arrived at the hotel it was 11AM, so I mentioned to the front desk staff that I know it was far too early for us to receive our room (check in is typically at 3PM) and that we would like to simply drop off our bags. Without any special requests, the front desk staff immediately prepared our room keys of us to check in right away, which was hugely appreciated since we had caught a very early morning flight in. We loved the room. It was very comfortable for the 3 of us, although a bit tight but that's what we expected for hotel rooms in Europe. The bathroom was well fitted and had all the basic toiletries required (shampoo, body wash, hand soap), however we hoped to have body lotion as well, so we asked housekeeping whether any was available and they immediately brought 3 LARGE bottles for each of us to use. I have never seen such massive toiletries and in such generous quantities supplied at any hotel before, which again made us feel very well taken care of. Finally on our check out day our flight was not until 6PM and since checkout is typically at 11AM I requested for just a 1 hr extension. Although they were very busy for it being the beginning of summer holidays, without any hesitation the front desk staff extended our checkout time to 3PM. I was once again very pleasantly surprised and appreciative. My last note is to touch on the complimentary tea and coffee always available in the lobby, as well as the fabulous buffet breakfast they served. Cannot recommend this hotel enough!

GGuest UserThe hotel is a 10-minute walk from the central station and close to the pedestrian street and the church. The room is quite spacious, and overall, it offers good value for money. The only downside is there's a construction site nearby.

GGuest UserThe room is way much smaller than I expect unless you don't have many baggage. However, the room is clean and water flow comes from the faucet and hand shower are quite strong and warm. The room is super quite and the there are a variety of food and diversify drink and coffee for breakfast you can select. The hotel location is near downtown of Oslo for 3 mins walk. It's so convenient to buy everything you want in Oslo.

PPhilip The Travel ManAnker Hotel are newly renovated with modern design. Like the mattress and very functional design of the room. Tram station is just right in front of the hotel and within 10 mins you are at city central. In fact it is all able to walk to most of designations. Highly recommended if you’re visiting Oslo

GGuest UserThis hotel is conveniently located within a shopping complex that connects directly to the train station, offering a wide variety of dining options. The complimentary luggage storage was incredibly helpful, especially since we were traveling by train to explore the Norwegian fjords. The staff at the front desk were exceptionally warm, friendly, polite, and eager to assist, providing us with a lot of help. Our room was clean and tidy, and the breakfast spread was extensive. The restaurant ambiance was cozy and made for great photos. Highly recommend for travelers! 👍👍

GGuest UserGreat location. The breakfast buffet had a big variety of food and I really enjoyed it. The lounge was cozy and staff was really nice.
However, the room is not worth the price I paid for. The room is small with the sink and mirror facing the bed. It is impractical to have the sink in the main room, and to have the mirror facing the bed, which has bad spritual meaning. Toothbrushes are not included, and there is no hair conditioner. There is also no air conditioning, but it is okay since Oslo is a cold city. There are several bugs in the corner of the room, and stains could be seen everywhere. The shower is insanely small, which is not friendly for people with bigger body types. There is also no physical lock in the door of the rooms.
Overall, everything about the hotel is nice except the room.

GGuest UserRight across from Oslo Central Station, this is probably the best choice if you need to catch a train. It's also within walking distance of Oslo's main shopping street and attractions. The room was small, but comfortable enough, and the bed was very soft. For Norway, it offers excellent value for money and is highly recommended.
