3-Star Hotels in Central Luzon, Philippines

The service and location were fantastic, but I thought the in-tub amenities were a bit sparse and the shower pressure was a little weak. The water temperature was also on the cooler side, so taking a shower on a slightly chilly morning felt like I might catch a cold. Otherwise, I really enjoyed my stay and would love to come back again!

Buffet quality is the best in the city. Guests have a goodtime staying. Guest upon arrival gets welcome drinks and guest enjoy cold water supply from the water dispenser in the lobby. The front desk always ensure your special requests is always granted. Birthday month gets surprise gift a hand fan, pen or souvenier items. During rainy season the hotel provides umbrella. Parking is well lighted with cctv and available slots guaranteed.

We had an excellent one-night stay at Central Park Reef Resort! The check-in was smooth, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout our visit. We loved relaxing by the beautiful rooftop infinity pool with its stunning view of Subic Bay. Our room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable, exceeding our expectations for the price. The on-site food was delicious, a perfect blend of local and international cuisine. We highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free getaway in Subic. We stayed one night at the weekend in the old tower and booked DeLuxe category. The room was way too cold upon arrival. Even after switching off the aircon the temperature did not raise. The whole building is so much cooled down and there is no carpet in the room. The night was extremely uncomfortable. We didn’t enjoy the stay at all. The door in the shower room does not prevent the water enters the floor in the bathroom after a short time, so the room was flooded, the foot mat soaked. I do not recommend to stay in this hotel until they have changed the temperature protocol and improved the shower doors, laid carpets in the rooms. Beside that I can say the breakfast buffet was great. The Filipino dishes were delicious, the lettuce leafs fresh and cut in small pieces as you expect it, the juices (pink apple, orange) were really great, eggs made to perfection, nice Ambiente and Interieur in the breakfast restaurant, friendly and caring staff in sufficient number, they cleaned up and refilled in time - there was no complain, we enjoyed the breakfast so much and it paid off for the trouble with the room.

I have the same room (Room 125) provided for my last 2 bookings in trip.com. I have observed that the room smells moldy for mybtwo (2) bookings and there was no slippers provided although there is soap, dental kits and tissue. During my first booking, the tv was not used since their maintenance was ongoing. The wifi in the hotel was slow and connection is also lost around 9:40am onwards so I have to use my own data. I was able to check-in early than the usual 2pm.

This is one of the cheapest hotel i’ve ever stayed pero grabe ang ganda rin pala dito. Bago pamga gamit and the room itself. I had a comfortable stay and sleep. Gusto ko ung double door nila super safe. Napabook na rin yung kawork ko for 1 week here. Will surely be back again!

The staff was able to accommodate our hospitality during our stay by greeting me and escorting our luggages but I was dissatisfied to learn that the hotel only offers plated breakfast and not a full buffet breakfast. You need a car or take an uber when you go around Clark because the hotel is 30min away from Clark if your appointment is there. What I loved about the hotel is the rooms are big and the bed and pillows are very comfortable. The parking is free and there are a-lot of available free parking spots in the area. If you need to withdraw from an atm machine you have to drive 2min away to get to the nearest atm machine for cash needs. My sleep was very comfortable given the location and early closing time of nearby stores. Also, please bring your own napkin, toiletries, shampoo and soapbar because they do not refill the tank when you check-in

Excellent hotel for a good price. I had a view of the volcano. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and the plumbing and air conditioning were all in order. The breakfast was good. The only thing that surprised me was that the rooms aren't right next to the lobby; you have to walk through corridors, but the helpful staff escorted me and showed me everything.

Message to Facilities and Maintenance Team, Please pay attention to foul odor we observed from Ground floor to 3rd floor where we stay. Based on our observations, the foul odor / smell is coming from the drain pipe in the restroom. We proved this when we filled the drain with water up to P-Trap level and the smell in the toilet which we also observed in hallways up to ground floor is no longer observed in our room. Most likely the smell is the fumes coming from restroom drain pipeline backflow. Just an observation we might be wrong. Thanks!

The hotel is located in a somewhat awkward spot on Walking Street, but the cleanliness is good. The surroundings are quiet, and it is convenient to get to SM Clark Mall since it is close.
