They upgraded our room to Euro suite. The staffs are super nice and the room is well-cleaned. I and my boyfriend are planning to book again when we go back in Pampanga. Hoping ma-upgrade po ulit ang room, hihi. Thank youuu! Overall rate is 10/10!

I stayed here for 22 nights with my partner and overall, it was a good experience. We stayed in a deluxe king room on the bottom floor. Pros: -comfortable bed -good shower with many shower heads and hand held hose -good location in Balibago close to many good restaurants and karaoke bars -staff are friendly and attentive, special shout out to Cherry for helping me organize flowers on Valentine's Day -easily accessible by car and free parking -the rate is quite cheap, will be hard to find a better hotel for this price in the area -the WiFi was consistently reliable with fast speeds throughout my stay Cons: -despite daily housekeeping, the floor of the room is always dirty, you cannot walk barefoot in the room or your feet will be black with dirt. needs to be mopped with stronger chemicals -the shower needs a deep and thorough clean with stronger chemicals also. housekeeping staff are mopping the floor, but white and black mould accumulate very quickly which poses a health risk. it seems like they're just cleaning the bathroom with basic chemicals or water only -would be much better if the TV was a smart TV so that guests can enjoy Netflix etc, however they did have cable TV -quite often, our access card stopped working every 2-3 days which is inconvenient as we have to go to reception constantly to get it fixed. also, there are 2 of us but they refused to give us 2 room keys. If the small issue with cleanliness of the floors/shower is resolved and this hotel had a smart TV, it would truly transform the hotel to a 5 star experience. Overall, I would stay here again.

Everyone especially Gee , one of the staff who assisted and guide us here in Royce . She works 10pm - 6am shift and I can tell she has a golden heart and very welcoming to all the guests she encounters. I highly recommend her to be promoted because she’s a very hardworking, kindhearted and very driven .A big SHOUT OUT to ms. Gee . Thank you Royce hotel for making our stay feeling safe . Location is very nice and accessible, service is quiet good. Cleanliness is very wise and nice, however somehow lack of amenities like the limited toiletries you have to buy it separately. But everything is still fun and good upon the stay. It was my second time in here.

Everything else was good, but the air conditioner was too noisy. I couldn't sleep well because of the noise when I slept. I changed to another room, but it made the same noise. Hotel owner, please change the air conditioner.

It is near the centre and there are establishments nearby when you walk a bit. It has a pool and it came with breakfast. It was just a bit difficult to locate if you rely on the virtual maps. The room was spacious, we ended up booking two rooms. They also had extra bed add-on for the bigger rooms. It was good. We enjoyed our stay.

Pros 1) Walking distance to mini market, jipney station, wet market and food stalls. 2) The entertainment centre is within walking distance. 3) The front desk personnel are very friendly and helpful. 4) Rooms are clean. The room comes with complimentary water, kettle and simple bathroom utilities. 5) Breakfast is simple. Cons 1) The aircon was noisy. However, the housekeeping team quickly changed my room without much fuss. 2) Not many varieties for breakfast. It takes a while to be served (as they cook it fresh 3) The details of visiting guests were not recorded. One of the worst stays I have ever experienced in a supposed resort. Firstly paid over ₱7000 for a room to fit 3 adults and a kid. The room was very tired, not very clean, tv did not work properly and very basic in amenities. Not worth with the price! The overall resort is very tired. It needs a major refurbishment. Paint is peeling, large cracks in the building, garden returning to jungle etc! Staff are not at all friendly or flexible. Arrrived with our family at 12pm after a long drive. Requested an early check in. Advised they are just cleaning the room now. I said that is great can you advise how long until will be ready. The reply you can not access it until 2pm at the earliest. Wow. Thanks. The free breakfast is average basic Filipino style breakfast food. It is a buffet format only 7am to 9am. Very limited hours for a supposed resort. Also requested if we could just take. plate to our room (literally a minute from where the food is served) to be told no not possible. The location is average. On a busy highway. Not sure where they get Waterfront for the name of the hotel as the only water close by is the run down pool with a run down bar. The bar has chairs that look like they have been recycled from a trash site. The bar staff did not know how to make basic cocktails and constantly referred to a 'menu' with the expected result being average overpriced drinks. The final and worst part of this once in a life experience was the check out process. We went to check out around 11.15am well before the noon requirement. After handing in the keys and and the deposit slip for the ₱1000 to be returned in full (we did not consume anything in the room) I just stood there for about 10 mins. I asked why the delay. Advised housekeeping was checking the room. Ok so I sat down. After another 20 mins chased them. Finally advised they would be keeping my deposit because of supposed stain on pillow case and sheet. We were invited to inspect the linen. First, the pillow case was like this whern we arrived! Second, the small dirt marks on the sheet were not stains at all and clearly would be cleaned in a standard wash.! After my wife argued the ridiculous of the accusation and the ridiculous of not getting a tiny bit of dirt out in a standard wash we were finally given our deposit in full. This I expect was a scam attempt to falsely pocket our deposit. The whole check out experience took over 45 mins and was embarrassing in that the false accusations were directed at us in front of other customers. If there is one resort/hotel to avoid this is it! If you are crazy enough to stay there now you now only have your self to blame!

The wifi was fast and reliable, which was important for my online meetings. I appreciated the polite and helpful staff at the hotel. Shout out to Jen and Gilbert. However, there were some areas that could be improved. For example, some of the employees were too loud while on duty, which disturbed my peace and quiet. Also, the service at the restaurant was kinda slow and I had to call someone twice to get their attention. Finally, I had a hard time reaching the reception by phone when I needed some bath soap. I had to go down to the lobby and found two personnel who said they didn't receive any call. Overall, I still had a lovely stay at your hotel and I would recommend it to others. As a former hotelier, I know how hard it is to run a hotel and I appreciate your efforts. I hope you will take my feedback as constructive criticism and work on improving your service. See you soon!

I my family and I rented three rooms here in December 2022. Two rooms with a king size bed and one room with two queen size beds. All rooms had spectacular views from their private balconies. The Wi-Fi connection was not strong in one of our rooms but the staff promptly moved us into a new room. We especially enjoyed how the hotel offers massages in the room. The beach was rocky but the view was unbeatable. The breakfast in the morning was great and cost friendly and the dinner in the evening was even more cost friendly and so tasty. We can’t wait to return here during our next trip to Subic!

Great Hotel with friendly staff. The rooms were nice and clean. Comfy beds with conforters as blankets. Cool A/C and nice updated bathrooms and floors. Has a free breakfast buffet and the food choices are pretty good. Staffs are always friendly, I would stay again here if I was in the area. Really enjoyed my stay!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Maintenance always available. If the WiFi signal they will put a WiFi router inside of your room for you. Excellent drivers who are safe and friendly. It is located in a good location around the nightlife and restaurants. I would highly recommend staying here as the prices are reasonable.

I did not find staff welcoming or friendly. Room safe and TV both had problems but the maintenance guy was prompt and fixed it. Bed is small for two and comes with a thin blanket only and two skinny pillows. Toiletries-hardly any, no hair dryer, no bath mat for the slippery floor, two towels only. Only a very small safe just enough for my fanny pack, small refrigerator. Its a budget hotel but compared with other properties it lacks many things. No elevator, no restaurant etc. For similar price you can find hotels with pool, restaurant. Location is good.

If this place will be renovated I will surely go back. But unfortunately it is an old hotel. Before entering zambales there will be a checkpoint so basically we need an antigen test before entering the place. I thought the pool with slides is 5-6ft deep but it's just 4ft. And the other pool which I think is the deeper one is full of moss.

We enjoyed the place, though we did not used all the pool and slides. We spent more time on kiddie pool and wave pools.my 2 yr old son enjoyed it. It needs some repairs for safety, like the railing on one slide is alredy gone. Kiddie pool is right beside the rampage pool, not a good setup parent must watch their small kids closely make sure they dont cross. The beach is not suitable for swmming, there are some trashes, you wont notice it unless you swim, its best just for sports activities. As for the room, its good except for the plumbing which did not work on our last day and also the chairs are already defective, need replacement or repair. But we got the good view of the pool and the subic bay. The staff are friendly and always ready to assist.

This hotel was simple but cute, with small but attractive rooms. The beds were very comfortable. Rooms with a balcony are better as those without feel a bit stuffy. The pool is not as big as the photo makes it look. There is no restaurant so they gave us breakfast vouchers at a small restaurant next door. The food here was all right but repetitive over a few days. The hotel is within walking distance to some good restaurants so this was an advantage. I liked the quietness of the location.

On checking in for 3 days I paid for my room cash up front and was shown my room. A few hours later received a text to say the room I was given was more expensive and I could either pay the difference or leave. After an argument I opted to pay the diff. but despite all the credit card signs on the counter the receptionist could not accept my card as she did not know how to operate the machine. I could not connect to the internet and was told if I looked on my key tag the password was there. However they soon discovered they had put the wrong password on my key. That night I found the new bedside lamp did not work, nor could I open the safe which was locked. The website stated tea and coffee were provided in the room, there was none, it also mentioned a bed cover or duvet, yet my bed had a single thin sheet. the bar fridge had a list of drink prices taped to the door, but was empty. The glass window was smashed and the broken glass held together with sticky tape (Picture provided !) On leaving I was told I did not need to pay the difference on the room !!

We really had fun for our day tour experience here in this place, all of the staff was accommodating and the day tour fee was reasonable. Rest assured will go back here again for us to stay away from the city (that is so busy) Fee was 500php and 300php consumable at the pool bar. The staff was super attentive and courteous. I had a really nice time. The location is gorgeous and the food at the restaurant is delicious. Great value for the price. They have a pool and they do laundry for 50 pesos a kilo.

The house is ok, but there are no windows, and the breakfast is more difficult. Dry rice with an egg and a fish or ham. There is a casino on the second floor. You can go inside when you are bored.

The pictures of their rooms are not the reality. Ask them to send updated room photos before booking. The room they put us in we refused to stay as it had moldy sealing, smelly cabinets, broken and smelly fridge, rusted and dusty fan, windowless room, and mosquitoes buzzing around. This is suppose to be their “deluxe” room. The front desk eventually agreed to put us in a different room which was an improvement. The staff unfortunately all seem rather depressed. No smiles, no welcoming greetings. The bar area at night is completely dead, no music, no atmosphere, and at 9pm everyone starts packing up, sweeping and cleaning which we took as a sign that we should leave.
