The hotel is a 10-minute drive from the airport, not noisy, and the bed and pillows are comfortable. It's fine for 1-2 nights. The bathroom doesn't have a separate shower, so the floor gets all wet after a shower 😕. There was no toilet paper, and you have to ask at reception for the TV remote! Next to the hotel, there are sports outlet stores from brands that left Russia, and lots of cafes. It's a lively neighborhood.

Beautiful, clean room. The view from the window wasn't great, but for my trip, it didn't matter as I just needed a clean room. The room has everything you need for a comfortable overnight stay: shower, bed. The photos are accurate. There's a rooftop restaurant with a nice view that's open late, but they only serve bar food. The plus is that it's open.

The pickup service drivers were quite good; I had a lot of questions, and the gentleman at the reception patiently answered them all, even though my English isn't great. They immediately replaced the broken hairdryer in my room. There are many dining options near the hotel, and a 7-Eleven right across the street, which is super convenient.

This hotel was a stopover before heading to Bohol from Cebu. I chose it for the free airport shuttle service, which you can book in advance via email. We might have been a bit late coming out, but after contacting the hotel, a van arrived to pick us up within about ten minutes. For a small guesthouse like this, the service was quite good. 👍 The room itself was a bit run-down, looking like a decades-old motel. It was acceptable for a one-night transition stay. There's a 7-Eleven and a mall just across the pedestrian bridge, and the hotel also offers breakfast, so it's quite convenient overall.

Hotel is in good location and well prepared, staff is nice and airport shuttle is managed good and its included in the price. Room is clean and bed is really comfortable, dinner was also good. Downside that room is extra small and a big suitcase not even fitting in when opened on the floor. Other bad point is that breakfast is pretty low on variety, basically you can eat rice with chickenwing and eggs, no cereal or other options.

I went there twice because I really enjoyed the hot, high-pressure shower the first time. In my first room, there were a lot of insects, but in the second one on the same floor, there were none. Maybe it was just that one particular room. Not all rooms have a nice view; some windows look out onto a wall just a meter away.

Exceeded expectations. Will book again Clean new great staff expect to pay no more than 300 pesos to airport using grab. It's advertised they have no hot water. Not true we had very hot hot water.

The hotel is new, and the rooms are very new and clean. The shower pressure is good, and the hot water is excellent. You can borrow a hairdryer and the air conditioner remote control from the front desk. All the necessary amenities are provided. The staff and security guards are wonderful and friendly. I just think it would be convenient to have slippers in the room. The room rate is very reasonable, and I've decided I'll definitely stay at this hotel again next time.

The receptionist said that the breakfast option was not included when I already paid for it. I thought it was resolved because she double checked it. The next day when we want to avail the breakfast buffet, they said that it's not included again when the receptionist already confirmed that it included on what I paid for. They ask us to wait for a minute and then allowed us to have the buffet. Please make sure to double check everything first.

The hotel's location is good; there's a restaurant right next door where we ate every day, and the food was delicious. We had a big issue with the air conditioning. In our first room, it broke on the second day. We asked for it to be fixed, and they offered to move us to another room. It wasn't a quick change; we waited about 4 hours for the room swap, but I'm grateful they did it. However, in the new room, condensation was dripping from the AC unit above ours, and the constant dripping noise filled the room, making it hard to sleep. I suggest they install some kind of drip trays. Other than that, it was okay for a short stay.

Amazing
SSays_KatyThat's the end of our stay at this hotel in the executive suite. What we liked: Hotel location; Gorgeous landscapes from the room window; Pool area; Spacious swimming pool; Spacious room; The pool is properly planned; Very cute dogs and cats. They cheered us up.; The staff is very polite and tries to help with everything.; Relaxing massage; There was oatmeal on the breakfast menu, which is rare in the Philippines.; Your requests are being listened to. What didn't you like: A small selection of paid breakfast. There is no buffet and you need to choose from the menu. But you can only choose 1 dish and drink for each one. In other words, don't expect to try even a couple of dishes for prepaid money. Here you can choose only 1 dish for breakfast. The rest is paid. It became clear only on the 3rd day of the stay, as they could not understand how the breakfast system worked. We were charged 390 Philippine pesos for SPAM (or rather, three slices of local ham). It's expensive for this kind and quantity of food. ‱On the last day, the cost of paying for a fruit plate increased. It was 350 pesos, it became 400. ‱When ordering tom yam, we asked for additional shrimp (+250 pesos). We were served soup with 7 shrimp halves. We still haven't figured out how many shrimps there would have been without the extra ones we paid for. 🙈We thought they forgot to add additional ones. Then we saw the bill and additional shrimps were deposited. ‱Few seafood dishes. Considering that you are 50 meters from the sea. There are also few products with vegetables. We suffered because of this. There was no light food. ‱The leaves in each salad were stale. ‱Service fees were from everything. We understand when the service fee is for food, but we still don't understand why the fee was for a massage. That is, the fee for the massage + the service FEE for the massage. ‱There were also fees for filming shark swimming on our phone. We also did not understand why the fee, if the tour itself cost 7,500 pesos + 300 pesos was a service fee (again, we do not understand why it is not included in the total cost of the tour) + 260 pesos for shooting on the phone; I was disappointed that when booking an excursion to swim with sharks for 7,500 pesos, fishing was included, but no one offered it to us. They just took us, we swam and brought it back. They say the tour took 5 hours, but it was two and a half hours. ‱Hand soap has not been refilled in two days; ‱ The automatic circulation of water in the pool was rarely turned on, so we swam with flies for two days... trying to catch them from there; ‱The performers were an hour late for the first tour, and 30 minutes late for the second. We don't understand why our time wasn't respected. ‱ One shower wasn't working. There was no water coming out of it; ‱ Often they didn't bring half of the dish. That is, if you ordered a meat plate with grapes, cheese and crackers, be prepared that I may not bring you crackers, but there will be 3 pieces of cheese. That's for 590 pesos. We ordered this plate twice, and two times we didn't get any crackers. The second time we asked and they informed us. Also, when ordering mashed potatoes with chicken, they brought us chicken without mashed potatoes. We asked and were informed. Everything was already cold. They didn't add a banana to the banana pancakes. Unfortunately, curtains are not blackout, for those who cannot sleep without them, bring a sleep mask. I write absolutely all the little things, as I am very careful about the service. I really liked this hotel. In any case, I recommend it wholeheartedly. After all, they communicate politely with you here, there are gorgeous views from a spacious room, and there is a large swimming pool. But I have to write down the little things so that the management can improve the quality of service so that staying at this hotel leaves only positive emotions for absolutely everyone! After all, the hotel is really beautiful!

IIvan TolkachevA small, cozy hotel with clean, well-maintained rooms and beautiful grounds. You can always grab a meal at the restaurant. The staff was incredibly helpful; they assisted us with booking a ferry, arranging transfers, and even drove us around to see the sights.

GGuest UserMy overall stay is good. The hotel’s location is ideal. Staff are pleasant.  Things to improve: no slippers. Free water refilling station would be good. The beds are not attached to the headboard and easily moves out of place.  I just noticed for two nights out of the four nights I stayed, There were loud noises that’s coming from outside the room from several people who seemed to be casually discussing, laughing and hanging out and it went on for several minutes. That was already 10pm and it was distracting.

GGuest UserThe price is very cheap but the place is very clean, they offer good breakfast (silog meals), staff are all well trained and willing to assist. Guard is very helpful. Overall good experience. Will surely book this again when we visit Cebu again. They have a small cafe and you can order good food and drinks. 10/10 :)

BBoris AtamanenkoIt's a mixed bag. The location is excellent, offering a different, good sea every day. For safe swimming, you need to follow the tide schedule. The hotel grounds and plants are very well maintained; they're beautiful and clean. There's a long stretch of beach for strolls. Logistically convenient – there are plenty of cafes, restaurants, shops selling travel essentials, and a market with fresh produce nearby. A major drawback is the large construction site nearby, which can be heard all day, especially in the bungalows nearby. The rooms and bungalows are in fair condition. However, there are some serious downsides: every other day, it was impossible to shower due to low water pressure; when the pressure was low, the water heater wouldn't turn on; and the water had a strong sewer smell. At breakfast, the restaurant won't offer you salt, pepper, or sauces unless you ask. Drinks include juice from concentrate or coffee. Only after a week did we discover they offer tea for breakfast. The breakfast is very basic, and there's no fruit at all, which is surprising given the price of fruit on the island. There was trash on the beach all week, just a little bit, washed up by the sea. It was cleaned up quickly, as it didn't require much effort. But why is the beach cleaned only once a week? The hotel website advertises a shuttle service, but I advise against it. Personal experience: I sent a text message and email to the hotel on time; our ferry departed at 5:30 PM. We arrived on the island around 7:00 PM. We weren't met. We got there ourselves. A hotel security guard met us at the hotel and gave us our room keys. It immediately became clear that the light switch in the bathroom was causing lightning and could shock us, and the water heater wasn't working. The security guard said, ”Take this up with the management tomorrow; my concern is safety.” Information about room problems is not passed on to the management. So, we spent the first night without hot water or power in the bathroom. After we contacted them, they gave us a working room mid-way through the second day. They didn't apologize for the missed shuttle service, and they didn't offer the stated compensation for our independent transfer. Moreover, I received a welcome email from the hotel after only one day of my stay. The hotel has adequate staff, and the people are positive and friendly. However, management, quality control, and leadership are seriously flawed. The rooms are overloaded with text reminders, rules, and restrictions, many of which would be confusing to a normal person. Or does the hotel manager think only people with dementia stay at their hotel? Reminders and restrictions are completely unnecessary if guests are greeted promptly and the necessary information is provided electronically in their native language.

KK.G.M.We loved staying in this location. Our room was right on the water, giving some breathtaking views morning and night. Lots of storage space and big bathroom. The hotel has a great diving center that also rents all kinds of snorkeling equipment too until later hours. Pool was clean and there was even a tipsy bar within it. Our only issue was very low water pressure in the shower which made washing long hair ia bit challenging. While you are away from the “mail” street in town, walk us about 8 min and there are few other hotels/ restaurants and activity companies located right next to hotel entrance

AAlessia MartinoI loved my stay here and I felt my studio room was very specious. The bed was very comfortable and the room had all the amenities and toiletries needed. Rooms cleaned daily. The hotel also has a nice and reasonably priced café, a small swimming pool for relaxing and a gym. There are spas, restaurants and a mall just in walking distance. Staff was nice and arranged a free ride for me to the airport at the end of my stay.
