3-Star Hotels in Greater Poland, Poland

In general nice hotel, simple, it is a 3 star hotel so didn’t expect anything crazy. Room was clean, except something beside the toilet that freaked me out. Upgraded to a superior room, which included a nespresso machine, but for some reason we were given 3 decaf coffee pods and one regular pod, after the room was cleaned again and one of the pods was used we only had that one pod replaced, don’t get the point of a coffee machine if you will only give one coffee pod for two people to share.. Location wise is very quiet, beside the lake and the waterpark, lovely in the summer, we were at a festival and it was nice coming back to a more relaxed vibe rather than busy loud city centre. 10-15 mins by car from the centre to the hotel and 20mins from the airport, so it’s really not bad. Food was good at the hotel, a little inconsistent, getting different sauces with the same dishes on different days or same dishes being plated on to different plates the next day, getting salad with a dish one day and then not having any on another day. Refilling water stations available on each floor which is great, hot, cold or sparkling water. Outside area is nice, lots of seating available, a pool, but usually taken up by kids. You can eat outside in the summer, but wasps literally attacked our food and drinks so we had to go inside. There’s so many wasps in Poznan 😅 In general we were happy with our stay, just little things that we have noticed after travelling so much to other places.

The location is perfect: just outside of the city center, nice and quiet, yet still an easy walk to everything. There is paid parking available just outside the building. The owner was responsive and gave us clear instructions for self-check-in. The apartment complex is new, green, and beautiful. The apartment itself is great, modern, spacious, clean, with a balcony and large windows, and is accessible by elevator. Minor downsides were the lack of a coffee machine and toaster (only a kettle was available). However, the most serious issue was the sofa bed in the living room: the mattress is only a few centimeters thick, sags, has a broken support, and squeaks terribly. It was a painful experience trying to sleep on it. Please consider this carefully if you travel with more than two people and need the sofa bed (the main bed in the bedroom is quite alright). Otherwise, you can't go wrong choosing this apartment - if you are traveling as a couple and don't need that sofa bed, this place is easily a 5-star stay!

Fantastic location just few steps away from the Old Town centre, plenty of tram stops to get everywhere in Poznań, two large shopping centres 2-3min walk away, post office, pharmacy and everything you may need during your stay. If you drive, use entrance to the parking from Saint Martin not Podgorna Street, the same for taxis. Breakfasts are great, with good selection of standard and vegetarian options, but the breakfast room is small, so you may need to wait for a table. Rooms are spacious and clean, but quite cold, we had to ask to increase temperature, as the AC panel was broken. You will find good quality toiletries, dressing gowns (although in our room they were all in tiny S size only), slippers, towels, tea and coffee facilities, bottled water and fridge. Reception staff is fantastic, polite, helpful and responsive. We had a nice family stay.

It was a wonderful stay, the staff at the reception was very helpful and caring. The room was clean, big size with tea and coffee facilities provided. The room was clean when required. The location was ideal as it was walking distance from all attractions and even public transport. It's walking distance from the main train station as well. The area felt safe and even walking back to the hotel at 11pm still felt safe. Breakfast was good although I would wish for me vegetarian options. I think the only drawback is that the room is not soundproof which mean you can hear the next door people and given the hotel is in the old town, it's a bit noisy at night in the area. But I still managed to fall asleep as I was very tired. All in all, I would recommend this hotel for a visit to Poznan.

Very bad service as I lost my shoe in the morning!Very stange as I go to the wrong room without password.Then I found it and ask guys to solve for me in 10:00am!I I go to reception and they say they will help.Then I go down 2nd time on11:00am and they say they will help. The third time,I go down 2:00pm and still no one handle. Angry thing. They say that is impossible!!!I agree withe them for 15minitues and go up and go down! They say the will go up to try ! Finally I found my shoe on the wrong room 304!!!Terrible Not recommended!!!

The hotel is located about 5mins walk from Poznan Glowny station. Room is big and beds are comfortable.

Altus was a well-placed hotel, ideally placed on the edge of the old town, the Christmas markets, and local shops. There’s a Lidl and numerous convenience stores nearby, and you’re a short walk from the interesting sights. It’s also well-placed on a main road for easy Uber access to the airport. The breakfast was very good, if a little samey, but still great for starting the day off with unlimited coffee, juices and a decent variety of foodstuffs. It is good in itself, but for the price you could ask a little more. But the hotel is a 10-minute walk from the old town and if they arrive by bus or train, they can travel by train line 17 almost directly to the hotel.

The hotel is within walking distance of the airport and about a 20-minute drive from Poznań's Old Town. + Comfortable bed, clean, modern decor, shower with a high-quality glass door + Excellent value for money + Friendly welcome + Luggage can be stored in lockable lockers + A great alternative for those who don't want to pay higher prices in Poznań's Old Town and are mobile (I was traveling with a company car) + Paid parking is on-site and within walking distance + Felt safe as a solo female traveler + Windows are very well soundproofed, so a very quiet night + Cool concept - Nothing comes to mind, but I was only there for one night.
