Dlaczego, kiedy przyjechałam dwa tygodnie temu i poszedłam do recepcji, odbyłam normalny dialog z młodymi ludźmi, a oni rozmawiali ze mną po ludzku? A przedwczoraj, kiedy moja mama musiała czekać 17 godzin na autobus i przyszła do was zapytać, czy może odpocząć i zapłacić za pokój, w odpowiedzi usłyszała niegrzeczny ton, przewracanie oczami i skrzywione usta niezadowolonych (chyba z życia) recepcjonistów. Nie akceptujecie euro, komentując, że ”jakie euro, skoro jesteśmy w Polsce”, traktujecie ją jakby przyszła żebrać o jałmużnę, albo wyrzucała was z własnego domu. A za pokój na 10-12 godzin zginaliście cenę 150 euro. Jeśli tak bardzo nien@widzicie wszystkich, którzy nie mówią po polsku - idźcie pracować w fabryce lub zbierać śmieci. To h@ńba dla europejskiego państwa, a przy okazji akt dyskr*minacji ze względu na inny język i fakt, że moja mama nie jest Polką. Poradziłam mamie, żeby przyszła do was i odpoczęła, ale teraz ostrzegę wszystkich, żeby omijali wasze miejsce z tak paskudnym nastawieniem. I pamiętajcie, że jeśli usuniecie moją recenzję, napiszę ją ponownie. Utworzę tyle skrzynek pocztowych, ile będzie trzeba, aby upewnić się, że wszyscy zobaczą tę recenzję. Napiszę też do kierownictwa, żeby was wszystkich zwolnili. H@ŃBA! Jak można być tak bezwstydnym i pozbawionym skrupułów? ●●●●●●●●●●●●●● Disgusting attitude of the staff. Why, when I came a fortnight ago and went to the reception, I had a normal dialogue with young people and they talked to me in a human way? And the day before yesterday, when my mother had to wait 17 hours for the bus and came to you to ask if she could rest and pay for the room, in response she heard the annoyed receptionists' disgruntled tone, an exasperated sigh and pulling a face. You do not accept euro, commenting on it ”what euros if we are in Poland”, treated her as if she came to beg for alms, or kicked you out of your own home. And for a room for 10-12 hours you bent the price of 150 euros. If you h@te everyone who doesn't speak Polish so much - go work in a factory or collect rubbish. It is a di$grace for a European state and, by the way, an act of di$crimination on the grounds of another language and the fact that my mum is not Polish. I advised my mum to come to you and have a rest, but now I will warn everyone to avoid your place with such a nasty attitude. And keep in mind that if you delete my review, I'll write it again. I'll create as many mailboxes as it takes to make sure everyone sees this review. And I will also write to your management to have you fired, all of you. DI$GRACE! At the time of booking this was one of the cheaper options in Katowice and by far the best value for money. We stayed there for 1 night. The hotel has been recently renovated and it looks much better inside than it does in the pictures, which as of May 2019 are not up to date. It is conveniently located next to the A4 highway, with plenty of free parking space and supermarkets nearby. The room was modern, spotlessly clean and all appliances were new, with a comfortable bed and a top rain shower. For longer stays it could use a desk. Breakfast was good with enough variety, high quality food and delicious bread. Not too many vege options as far as I remember. The one shortcoming was service. There was only one receptionist on Friday evening who was very helpful but did not speak English. If you happen to arrive just after a bus tour, your check-in can take a while.

We have a kettle, coffee and tea, mineral water, air conditioning.In the hotel there is wellnes additionally paid , unfortunately only one sauna and swimming pool worked .Jacuzzi and 3 other saunas disabled.Breakfast varied everyone will find something for Hotel located near the highway A4 and shopping center,Three Ponds, far from the center of Katowic

One of the better Mecure Hotels I have stayed at BUT they are inconsistent and vary widely from city to city. This building was well located with nice room, nice restaurant and nice staff. The rooms AC was basically useless BUT the windows opened fully which allowed a nice breeze in. I slept with the windows open. Here are the inconsistencies: No iron in room, they wont bring you one either, No wash cloths in bathroom, No true bedspread on top of bed, No safe in room, No fan available, peeling paint in shower. Pics attached. Mecure needs to work on their consistency. You never know what you'll get with this company. Overall? This was a nice property in Czestochowa. I might stay again.

Ich war paar Tage auf Besuch bei meiner Familie, Hotel befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe, also passt es perfekt. Frühstück war jeden Tag sehr lecker und gut vorbereitet. Zimmer war sauber ruhig. Kann nicht meckern.

Our stay was related to visits of relatives and friends and I have been in this hotel for the next time, in addition to the circumstances just after opening at COVID-19. It is very pleased with both the facilities and the service. I will return as soon as possible. The hotel has a location that suits us, close to the main cities of the war.Sląski and the park between Katowice, Chorzów and Siemianowice. Close to the only in this province of the Zoo, Planetarium and the Happy Town.

Very nice hotel. Beautifully styled apartments. Near Jasna Góra in Częstochowa. At a very good price with breakfast. You could order pancakes with cottage cheese for breakfast, which were delicious and, on special request, served with fruit. The hotel has a comfortable, new bed. A balcony, a mini dryer and a washing machine that can be used by pilgrims - a great place, we will definitely return there.

We strongly advise this hotel to whom to take the aircraft very soon or who arrives late. The hotel is 5 minutes from the airport we reached with their ship (less than € 5 in two). Thankful and available staff. We had a clean and simple room, and we had dinner at their restaurant and it was all good and well cooked.

Bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa, czysto ładnie, dostępne WiFi. Lokalizacja samego hotelu też jest bardzo blisko centrum

The place is a complete mess, the walls have fungus, the shower was plugged, the towels were dirty. Our room had a kitchen, but there was almost no kitchen tools, so we couldn't really eat there. It was really cold in the room during the night, because the windows were broken and they wouldn't shut. And last but not least, the owner... He took the deposit, but he didn't want to give it back. He didn't answer the phone when we wanted to check out and get our money. Then he started to argue with us, and pushed my female friend twice (!!!). We missed our bus because of it and he had completely no remorse. Don't visit this place ever.

Phenomenal service is a central hotel. The hotel was located on a main ***** of bars, couldn’t have been in a better position. We arrived during a snow storm, the hotel had Xmas songs playing with a blow up snowman outside, it really set the mood for Christmas! The receptionist was very polite and offered great information of the area and local food to etc. The bedroom was very clean and offered everything we needed. With being on a main ***** of bars, I was worried about noice as I’m a light sleeper, except my friends snoring.. the hotel offered great sound proofing and this was never an issue. If I visit Katowice again, I will for sure be using this hotel. Thank you to all the staff!

The hotel fully met my expectations. Perfect for a party in Spodk. Rooms are equipped with basic things and there is even a kettle with tea or coffee. You can also buy some snacks at the reception. The service is very nice. Under the hotel parking, but you need to book in advance
