Very pleasant and well-being hotel, consists of 2 corps, on the territory there is a small swimming pool, there is a bath, but the pool didn't work, the bath didn't manage to go. The room has high ceilings, a huge bathroom, all you need is eaten except tea and coffee, in the corridor a water-cooler, a delicious breakfast in the form of a Swedish table. Of the shortcomings: no noise insulation

The hotel was the second time since last year 's first stay was enjoyable.
The location is beautiful, almost in the shopping center, so on a large parking lot
There are always free spaces.
The excellent solution was to have a microwave in the room and dishes. Couler on every floor and water are put in the room for free.
The bed is comfortable, the air conditioner is.

A small hotel in good location from the center, water can be dial from the cooler, 1-seat room small, vent on request, slippers and promised dressing wasn't, there was a TV with several channels, the teapot too didn't notice, and he wouldn't interfere

The hotel is located on the banks of the picturesque Pissa River. The Royal Court is located in the central part of the city of Gusev. The hotel is a German building from the early 19th century. The excellent location allows guests to easily and quickly walk to the main historical sights of the city: the New Monument to Sergei Ivanovich Gusev, the Mint Garden and Komsomolsky Square. The distance to the railway station is 800 m.
Rooms of various categories are available for booking: Economy, Standard, Superior and Comfort. The spacious rooms overlook the square and the embankment of the Pissa River. Each room has the necessary furniture and appliances for a comfortable stay.
On the ground floor there is a cafe "Aelita" with Russian and European cuisine with 100 seats and a summer cafe with 40 seats. A buffet breakfast is served daily from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. There is also a bar on site, which offers a wide range of drinks and snacks.

Convenient location in minutes 7-10 from the car and the railway stations, next to all the sights, to the sea on foot 10 minutes, a delicious abundant breakfast on the type of Swedish table (hot is placed on the choice) , for breakfast you need to record at time - a small room for a large enough hotel. In the room all the facilities, there is wi-fi, a refrigerator, a lot of compliments from the hotel, including bottled water. Very happy with your rest

Хороший отель для небольшого путешествия. Номера небольшие, но компактные, все есть, хороший завтрак, легко добраться. Если ехать из аэропорта , остановка в 2 минутах от отеля, останавливаюсь здесь уже второй раз, рекомендую

The hotel is average. The room is small. The air conditioner is by the window, taking up a lot of space. It's hard to get to the window, and the curtains can't be closed tightly. Housekeeping is terrible. The bed linens are cheap. The only plus is the location and the view from the window, if you have a south-facing room.

A huge room, in principle everything is, but water in the cooler on the floor, in the room of bottles with water is not, slippers are not, I believe to note that the elevator in the hotel is not, which will definitely create problems for older people, People with disabilities (though maybe for them an elevator will be found), etc. For me the disadvantage was that the whole hotel had a strong smell of food (as in the dining room), ventilation and location could be broken not the central place for walking around the city

Прекрасное расположение отеля, в самом центре, в шаговой доступности кафе, рестораны, пешеходная улица, променад, мост королевы Луизы. Номера со свежим ремонтом, удобная постель, есть телевизор, хороший WI-FI, очень вежливый персонал. Единственное, что разочаровало - полное отсутствие звукоизоляции, слышно всё, о чем беседуют в номере напротив (!!), не говоря уже о том, что слышишь как люди принимают душ, ходят в туалет.. особенно ночью.
Да, завтрак не включен, его заказывать нужно отдельно, имейте ввиду.
