Pretty solid I guess, we stayed in the little villas between the restaurant and the pool. They were generally clean and quiet, staff was nice enough but not overly so. Bigger issues tbh is Koh lipe- it’s supposed to have world class beaches but they are covered end to end with boats all day every day. They only want to avoid it is north near Irene and the maintain area, or to take a little boat to some nearby beach. This place is good enough if you’re going to lipe though.

What can I say - the best thing about this hotel is its location, close to the beach, to the immigration office, to everything) the room is very modest, a double bed, as if you were lying on the floor) take shampoo with you, it seems to be here - but it is also shower gel, which is not at all comfortable for girls) If you are planning to travel with a child, they can deliver a bed for you

Positives: The hotel is well located close to the beach. The swimming pool is clean and has nice amenities for children such as slides. It is next door to ”walking street” The air-conditioning works well and there is a place to dry clothes after swimming on a hidden balcony. Great water pressure in the shower. Negatives: The check-in and checkout process was dreary with it taking well over 1 hour to check in. There's also a 10 minute waiting time on checkout to get your deposit back. So it's best to checkout and go have a coffee and come back for thr money later. You cannot check-in before 13:00, but you have to checkout before 10:00, well earlier than many other resorts on the island. The breakfast was not worth it with little variety and long cues form for a single small coffee machine. It's better to just go to the coffeeshop next door. The beds are harder than most people would enjoy. The island is beautiful and I spent 2 nights in this hotel, it was worth the money and you can work around most of the negatives easily

Resort is nice and very relaxing. Buffet breakfast is good too with choices of many foods. We are really enjoyed during our stay at the resort. Definitely will return back to this resort if we come to Satun 👍🏼🥰

One unique aspect of the accommodation was the outdoor bathroom, which, although unconventional, added to the rustic charm of the villa. However, it's worth noting that the tropical climate might not suit everyone, particularly those wary of encountering local critters. Regrettably, the beds proved to be a minor discomfort, reminiscent of traditional Asian sleeping arrangements with their firm wooden plank mattress and concrete-like pillows. For some, this may pose a challenge to achieving a restful night's sleep. Furthermore, unfortunately nobody cleaned the room adequately, which was either laziness or lack of staff. Yet, the hotel's pièce de résistance undoubtedly lies in its pristine beachfront. With inviting lounges and well-maintained beach chairs, it offers the perfect spot to bask in the sun or explore the crystal-clear waters through snorkeling adventures. The breakfast buffet served each morning exceeded expectations, boasting an extensive array of delectable dishes spanning Thai, Chinese, and Western cuisines. The abundance of fresh fruits added a refreshing touch, ensuring a delightful start to each day. This is a wonderful place to stay if you don't want seafront. It's only a 3 minute walk to the beach if you want to watch the sunrise and five minutes away from Walking Street. The rooms are a generous size and cleaned every day. The place is clean and tidy and staff are always on hand to help with your every need. The pool is cleaned every morning and no restrictions on when you can use it is a plus for me, as I'm up at 6.00 a.m. and can swim for an hour before breakfast. The breakfast itself is simple but adequate - we went at low season so this maybe different at other times. To finish on a positive note there is a pick-up and drop-off service to from and to the ferry terminal - we called it our own Executive Transfer. Those who have experienced this will know what I mean! Thank you San Pita for a wonderful experience.

I really liked the hotel, although we took it without really choosing, we needed it quickly, as a result of the meeting from the port and brought to the hotel, beach towels every day, cleaning too, they renew both water and tea with coffee, there are umbrellas in the room that came in handy, this is how it should be, but our friends who chose the hotel in advance were disappointed in their own way, they washed the floors themselves, begged for toilet paper. The location of the hotel is just perfect.

Nice budget accomodation on the walking street. Double bed dorms are abit weird and the common area is quite small for the size of the hostel, so there often wasn’t space to sit in the evening. Also the hostel doubles up as the island post office so the reception area is full of parcels and quite busy at times with workers and people collecting parcels. Close to beach though and comfortable.

However, breakfast as quite poor, we was charged for second breakfast even though 2 breakfast were included in room when booked. Lady barmen is really really rude and unreasonable..prices charged really randomly… The pool is good, however swimming towels only can be changed once a day…

I booked this hotel because the 3pm boat to Ko Lipe was no longer in service since Covid-19 hit Thailand and my family and I were stuck on the main land. It was a clean hotel with all the amenities needed for an overnight stay and not too far rom the pier we were catching a boat from the next day.

Everything was good at this resort...we stayed in a family room that can accommodate up to 5 adult..their housekeeping staff were very helpful and friendly. During our stay, we had an electrical issue due to heavy rain,but the staff took the initiative to inform the room by room. The surrounding views were very beautiful.

Clean rooms, soft beds, comfortable beds, wide bathrooms, no refrigerators, suitable for staying overnight. The staff speaks very well, very cute, good service, reasonable price, suitable for having a private car.

Good privacy atmosphere, quiet, good breakfast, good taste. Various, but the hotel is so deep and lonely that you have to order hotel food for dinner. The food prices are quite high, but the ingredients are not worth the price of the food even though the back is next to the fishing pier.

For budget hotel, this hotel considered worth the money. The room is quite old, toilet is quite smelly. But consider okay for a budget hotel. The location is far from shops, need to drive if you want to find food.
