Good room, close to the city, next to a restaurant, easy to find a reservation to eat, the price is not expensive, it is considered worth the price. Recommend if you come to Mae Sot. 😀😀
B2 Mae Sot Boutique & Budget Hotel

Hotel is too close to road, so one can hear the noise from the traffic and also from the customers in the other room. The room is big, clean, modern, the shower works well, the matraze is fine. Nice ambience inside the hotel with plants and fluent water.
Fortune D Hotel Maesot

We love this hotel. The room is big enough for us and the luggage with balcony and window. Very bright and airy room. Breakfast is minimal, bread, egg, croissant, tea and coffee. But we are ok with that. Morning shift reception, a middle age man spoke fair English. He was very helpful and informative. If he doesn't know the place that we asked, he will find out and get back to us later. The hotel also just across Robinson Mall. Location close to eateries, 7E just at the side of hotel main road. The only think we dont like is the bathroom. Water pressure not strong enough. The sink is too low even for me. I am only 5 feet and I have to bend down to brush my teeeh or wash my face.

Perfect location for stopovers en-route to Chiang Mai/Rai; also ideal centre for visits to Mae Sot (Myanmar border), Bhumibol Dam & National Parks in Phitsanulok, Kamphaeng Phet & Sukhothai. Numerous riverside restaurants alongside the River Ping provide high quality food Rooms are comfortable & clean - water and tea/coffee making available. Excellent WiFi. Breakfast offers Thai options (no English/US option - thank goodness) Car parking is withing the hotel and is safe & secure. Staffed 24/7 by friendly personnel. My wife spoke to them mostly as English a little limited but can communicate reasonably well We have stayed here 4 times and recommend as a good value for money hotel.

The sheets and blankets looked like they hadn't been cleaned at all. Toilet that sprays water Water leaks, water sprays out periodically. The floor is always wet. The atmosphere behind the room is good. There are trees. The room is worth the price.
Eco Inn Prime Mae Sot

We enjoyed a single night at this hotel. It’s 10k from the border. The hotel has 5 bicycles that you can borrow to ride to a local restaurant, which are a few blocks away. The reception staff was great. Their English was good. Our King bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. Great shower with plenty of hot water. We did not have the breakfast with your room so I cannot comment on it.
The Picturebook Guesthouse
4.6/59 Reviews
We stayed at the Picturebook for one night during a road trip around Northern Thailand. I travel frequently to Mae Sot for work and colleagues had recommended this guest house. Staff (who are in a hospitality training program) are friendly and helpful, the rooms were spotlessly clean, comfortable beds, great AC, fridge, and reliable WiFi. I’ve previously stayed at the Centara, and the staff here and experience far exceeded what I’ve had there! There was a bustling night market 200m from the hotel, and you’re a short distance to the Robinson/mall if you need to stock up before your next stop. Will be glad to stay here again in the future.
Phuping Valley Resort

Located in a quiet town. The room and the hotel environment are very unique, with beautiful environment and a lot of green plants, which makes me feel relaxed. The breakfast is really delicious, and the staff are very warm and friendly, but they just don't speak English. Recommended

Room #5 - 1 x Night - Booked via Agoda Really, Yes - The BEST Budget Room we have ever stayed at across Thailand. Rooms are Spotlessly Clean, well laid out and functional. There was Coffee, Soap, Shower Wash & Tissues provided. Rooms were quiet, Light and everything worked. If you are driving back from Mae Sariang ( like we were ) it is an excellent stopping overnight point. There are many local places to eat out at around and about the immediate area. Ban Tk township also has a 7/11, Big C Mini and Lotos Go Fresh. All in all a FANTASTCI 10 out of 10 value for money stop.
