Biswanath DebnathThis was my fourth time in this hotel and I stayed for a total of 18 nights, which is like a home to me. The staff members are friendly and helpful. The large, 25 square meters guestroom has everything that I needed, apart from a comfortable bed - a work desk, work chair, desk lamp, additional chairs, breakfast, wifi, a 1.5-liter water bottle daily, electric kettle, Chinese tea sachets, mini refrigerator, hot water for shower, free laundry service (up to 4 pieces), plenty of natural light, and two wall sockets (combined US A-Type and Euro C-Type, and Australia I-Type) on every wall. I think that they do not properly advertise the amenities they provide that should be their main selling point, and the available photos of a guestroom is inadequate that do not show the whole range of amenities they provide. And their human quality is excellent - friendly, helpful, English speaking staff members, including some janitors. I highly recommend this hotel. This is not only a tourist hotel; it qualifies as a reasonably priced business hotel.
Suggestion: The hotel could install a central main light in the guestroom from the ceiling and include a pedestal fan, as air conditioning is not always required. In fact, I brought and used my small desk fan, instead of using the air conditioner. Also, relatively more powerful lights for the desk lamp and bathroom will be very helpful.

_oliverh_Difficult to find. No Grab or Gojek in Dili, so I asked in advance about airport pickup and got no response. The entrance doesn’t look like a hotel, and the taxi driver who eventually found it insisted it was the wrong address. There’s a cheaper hotel 100m down the road not listed on Tripadvisor, this one is slightly better though.
The owner told me leaving at 6am would be fine for an 8am flight. It wasn’t close, and I had to wake the maid at 4am to open the gate. If I’d missed the flight following his advice, that would have been entirely on him.
Otherwise the place is clean, though rooms aren’t tidied daily.

While there’s no major negative thing about this place, there is also no major positive. It stands out like a much better looking “Hollywood style motel”. The breakfast is adequate.
The location is more or less ok. The fact that Dili needs people to have or arrange transportation continually does no favour for the hotel, but has nothing really to do with the hotel itself, of course. It is just that fact that there is nowhere really walking distance from it.

We flew to East Timor to 'tick off' another new country, and chose this hotel for a one-night stay, within walking distance of the city center! The hotel exceeded all expectations – the people at the front desk were incredible, smiling, kind, and ready to assist with any request. The hotel isn't new, but it's well-maintained, clean, and cozy. The location is excellent, right by the sea, where you can catch an amazing sunset and a magical sunrise! The breakfast was small but very tasty! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! There's a pool in the courtyard, but we didn't have time to use it.
I definitely recommend it!
Special thanks for the airport transfer both ways! The charming gentleman who picked us up and dropped us off was incredibly efficient!
We left with the warmest and brightest memories of this trip!

Guest UserWhen I checked in, the order was not found after several inquiries. It took almost half an hour to resolve the issue.
