8885BJThe Grandview is my primary getaway. This is a property for people who are familiar with Las Vegas, and prefer the condo experience over the crampy feel of the traditional Vegas hotel room. I’m someone who males most the food I eat, so the kitchen is essential to my Las Vegas stays. The views of this hotel are very underrated, and the size of the room is just what I need for week long adventures in and around greater Las Vegas. If I could make any recommendations to the hotel it would be to try and do a semi-annual dusting, vacuuming under the bed, in the corners of the rooms, behind objects, and in the vents, like bathroom vents and any other crevices. The rooms tend to be heavy with dust, but this is not irregular in Vegas or anywhere else. But the rooms could use at least an annual deep clean. On the surface, it’s fine the way it is. But when you’re in your room for over 5 days, you start to notice how many things are getting missed. I wouod encourage the property to take some deep cleaning and dusting procedures a little more seriously going forward as dust layers are starting to form from years of neglect. Overall, this is still a highly rated hotel imo. Free parking and the pool is top class imo. 8.5+

GGuest UserOur 11th trip to vegas and our 15th different hotel. First time we've stayed in Fremont street district and we loved it! The lady when we checked in was awesome. So friendly. No queue and no fuss. Dropped the bags, parked the car and we were done. Lovely big room with a super comfy bed and a massive tv. Lovely being so close to Fremont Street but far enough away that the noise and craziness doesn't bother you. You can walk straight out of the hotel across the walkway into California and then cross the road straight into Circa or into Binions. Literally five minutes to the action on Fremont Street. We both love the decoration and all the antiques inside Main Street station, very cool and completely different to anything else. Will definitely stay here again.

GGuest UserWe had arrived early Saturday well before check in time and the service desk made it very easy for my wife and I to check our bags in prior to our room being ready, this was so convenient and much appreciated. The hotel was very clean however rhe elevators leave a. It to be desired, they could definitely use some sprucing up as far as cleaning goes and decor, several elevator doors were peeling apart and the floors were filthy.
Our room was adequate although when I was prompted to upgrade my room, it showed as being a king size instead I was given two queen size beds which didn't make much sense for my wife and I. Also, the bathroom inside our room was very bare and didn't offer a lot of space or any amenities which was very disappointing.
All that being said, we enjoyed our stay as this will become an annual trip for the Run for a Million Horse Reigning Championship at The Southpoint Hotel.

GGuest UserThat it was close to the alligents stadium and other hotels that you can walk too. it was close to the m&m store and hersey store, and the airport. and the hotel have really good shop on there and the food court had more variety to eat.

GGuest UserThe location of this hotel downtown was awesome, close to everything. Room was spacious and clean. Booked a poolside room, took 30 sec to get to my room from reception area, very convenient. Staff always greeted me and asked if I needed anything. They do room cleaning starting on the 3rd day but let you know you can have your room cleaned anytime by contacting front desk before 12 noon. Pool area was nice, pool was refreshing, other people have complained about the night club noise but I didn’t hear any of that, but they do include 2 sets of ear plugs in the room. Great staff, great stay.

GGuest UserSpacious, well-appointed 1BR lockout units in a convenient location. We used four units for a group visiting family in Vegas. Perfect! Free and plentiful parking. Adjacent to Silverton casino. Surprisingly quiet. Grocery and restaurants nearby. In-room laundry, full kitchen. Easy access to major attractions. Only amenities are pool and exercise room (gym). Accommodating staff.
Unexpected ”facilities/amenities fee” assessed at check- in.

We came earlier around 11 am, and the check-in time supposed to be 3 pm and we ask the lady if we could check in early but they told us that they don’t have available room for us and they have to charge us $45.00 early check in fee . So we left and we came back past 5pm , but they still charged us with the Amount of $45.00 even we check in 5 pm . We don’t have control to our credit card because it was a pre authorized card . Now. I have to call my bank to dispute this transaction . They don’t even change our towel there we have to request first to the customer service. No clean up during our stay .

GGuest UserA fantastic hotel! Everything inside is brand new and very well maintained. There were no lines at the front desk, which made check-in smooth and easy. Parking is free, and there are no resort fees — which is rare for Las Vegas. A full breakfast at the restaurant is included in the price, which is a great bonus. The staff is very polite and professional.

KKyoka_I stayed for 8 nights in late June. I'd heard that Las Vegas summers are incredibly hot, so having such easy access to the Strip was a huge plus and made getting around a breeze.
The complimentary bottled water every day was a lifesaver, especially with the sweltering heat.
Having a casino on-site and a 24-hour restaurant was incredibly convenient; I could grab a meal any time without worrying about opening hours. Getting a player's card at the casino also meant I could enjoy an affordable steak, which was a nice bonus.
The staff were all very helpful, making my 8-day stay comfortable. This hotel offers a great balance of location, service, and value for money. I'd definitely consider staying here again if I get the chance to visit Las Vegas.

AAnonymous UserIt's a new hotel with professional management. Check in, check out were fast. Room were clean and spacious. Complimentary breakfast was delicious, I really love the omelette and waffles station. The hotel is about 15 minutes walk from the north premium outlet.
