The sheets are not dry, and the air conditioner is turned on immediately after entering the room. Fortunately, the price is cheap! ! ! !

The hotel is on the edge of Highway 40, the location is good, there are many hotels around. The facilities and equipment of the hotel are very new, and are generally a modern, simple and individual economy hotel. The room is not carpeted, so it is not easy to smell. The bed and bedding are clean and comfortable. The TV is big. The bathroom is a shower room with a large amount of hot water and very hot water, and the shower is very comfortable. Washing supplies are also very interesting. Breakfast starts at 6 o'clock. The variety is a common American simple breakfast, which can be full, but the Chinese may not like it. Filtered water and ice machines are also provided on the first floor of the hotel. Parking is free. Generally speaking, it is cost-effective and comfortable to live in. It is very suitable for people who drive by and transit.

This is an older location. The bathroom tile had been repaired many times. There was trash lying on the hall floor - I saw  housekeeping in the floor but the trash was still there hours later into the next day. Breakfast was cold. Not room temp but cold. Eggs, bacon, biscuit. Orange juice was watered down and flavorless. Disappointed. Not the HGI we love and expect.

I liked this hotel. It’s nice, the lobby is nice, the sitting area is fabulous and has a big fireplace and comfy chairs. The staff were helpful. Bar food was okay. There was a lot of space to walk my 2 pups. Bed was comfortable and the a/c worked great. Only con would be that there were a few little ants crawling on the wall by the desk, not near the bed, on the other side of the room. Probably an anomaly. They offered to come and take care of it but I didn’t want to breathe bug spray and I didn’t want to change rooms.

This hotel was absolutely perfect for an overnight stopover in Oklahoma with super friendly staff and a large and comfortable room with large TV and available HDMI port for your own device. Rate was extremely competitive that included overnight parking. Location is excellent as only a few minutes from the entertainment hub that is Bricktown. The memorial gardens are also only a 15 minute walk away. Downtown Oklahoma is one of the cleanest cities I’ve visited in the US and the gardens are a testimony to the resolve shown by the city following such tragedy.

Very colorful hotel and rooms. Staff is uber friendly and helpful. The rooms are small, no real storage areas (lots of hooks), no ice buckets and such but there are hot beverages in the lobby. The beds are awful for us--very hard, and the platform around them will get you in the leg every time as the mattress is way smaller than the platform. Hard for me due to my age, hard for my daughter due to disability. The showers, however, are AWESOME. I even took a picture of the shower head (Moen) to try to find one just like it for home. GREAT pressure, unusuallly good for any hotel. So if you like walk-in showers that you want to live in, this is the place for you! (And you'll need the heat after sleeping in the bed.) Daughter reports she understands Fred Flintstone's grumpiness a lot more after this weekend.

GGuest UserThe location was perfect for my needs, right of of Shields and I-35 on the Service Road. If you need to go NB to I-240, taking Shields is a great alternative to getting back on I-35, because the traffic in that particular area tends to bottleneck. To go SB, just take the Service Road, cross 12th Street at the intersection, and get right on the interstate at the ramp. Manager was very friendly at check- in, and went out of his way to make sure I had an upstairs room, per my request. He even made sure that my room was at the end of the hallway by the stairs, so i could easily take my dog directly outside to do her business. All the staff that i encountered were very friendly and courteous. The room was large and very nice and clean, bed was comfortable with lots of pillows. Bathroom was very clean- no stains or disrepair. I really liked the walk- in shower. I was even impressed that there little bottles of shampoo, conditioner, lotion and small bars of soap; the last couple of hotels I have stayed at said it had become too expensive to provide those. The only complaint, if I had to come up with one, was that the exhaust fan in the bathroom didn't work. All in all my dog and I had a great stay. This will be my go-to motel when I need to come to the City again.

RRbd1824Fabulous Family Weekend! The hotel has been completely renovated. Comfy beds, fabulous chaise/sofa combo, sparkling clean, and the pool and hot tub were wonderful. The hotel breakfast (free) was the best hotel breakfast ever. The sweet lady who took care of it actually cooked the sausage in a front pan! We were there to celebrate a family birthday. The hotel front desk people (all of them) set up the breakfast area to help us enjoy dinner together (Red Lobster take out). They even brought a microwave out for us to use. We shared some birthday cake with them. The next morning for breakfast, they showed up with a card and a goody bag for my nephew. We were flabbergasted at their sweet gesture. You can’t go wrong here. If you’re planning a trip to Ardmore, I highly recommend checking out the SpringHill Suites Ardmore. It’s located at 2501 Centennial Dr N, Ardmore, OK 73401, and their phone number is **************. Enjoy your stay!

GGuest UserStaff was good...resettled us in a new room when sports teams moved in and we were left with banging and thudding from above and loud noise from the adjoining room that made it seem like they were IN our room. Elevator was straight across the hall and they had to let EVERYONE know their comings and goings. Door lock kept deactivating...had to have the xard re keyed a few times. Pain in the neck. Roll in shower had the shower head on the long part of the wall and held in place by a HAIRCLIP. Either had to cram into a corner where it SHOULD have been or turn it to face outward and flood the room, which had no drain. Even turned to the corner, the room still flooded. Rooms are tired looking...so is the lobby. I remember when Holiday Inn used to be THE brand. Not so anymore. Won't go back. But staff was accommodating and appreciated their help

GGuest UserReally nice room but bed could have been more comfortable, especially the pillows. But that's an individual thing. Overall enjoyed the room--full fridge and dishwasher (if I'd had need of it), glassware, all that. The shower was my favorite. Walk in showers are a blessing to this old lady. I don't know why hotels even bother with the splash puddles they call bathtubs anymore. Who needs them? The cleaners need to pay attention to the soap dispensers in them though. Mine had no shower gel--bottle was totally empty--and I didn't have mine with me on this trip. The breakfast was nothing to write home about. I don't like boiled eggs, or the fake looking egg-pucks, so everything was pretty much carbs and more carbs--useless to a diabetic. Not a huge issue however. Lots of restaurants in the area.

GGuest UserHoliday Inn Express downtown Tulsa was an excellent location to stay for attending a concert at the BOK. About a 15 minute walk and they also had a small shuttle. We chose not to ride the shuttle back to the hotel because the line was too long. Our rooms were updated and very clean with ample towels and comfortable beds. The breakfast in the morning was fantastic with a wide selection of food including scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, sweet rolls, cereals, fruit, yoghurt, waffles and more. There was ample seating and everything was clean. The pool was very large and warm but no pool towels. I would definitely stay here again. They charge $19 for parking in the garage behind the hotel with easy access.

NNancyIt appears the managers live on the property. One would think they would maintain it better. Bathroom paint peeling. Carpet dirty. Odd chair in room had leather nearly peeled off - would not even make it as a Goodwill donation. We entered from three wide open doors - keyed but left open. Anyone could just walk into the place. Breakfast was awful. Two child type cereals. Toast with nothing to put on it - no butter, no jelly, just bread. Make your own waffles maker. Juice was not real juice. No hot chocolate. No tea. Ugh. It appears Boarder's (Cobblestone) is expanding nationwide. Suggest they first maintain what they have.
