The Bankers Alley Hotel Nashville, Tapestry Collection by Hilton
4/560 Reviews
Downtown Nashville
My friends and I stayed at the Bankers Alley Hotel in early August. When I booked the two rooms, I had issues with my card and within 24 hrs the manager, Decarlo, was calling me to help figure it out. He was very transparent about the charges on my card and how I can switch the card when I check in if needed. He told me to contact him directly if there was anything else I needed. Before arriving, I needed to cancel one of my rooms as it wasn't needed anymore. Although my Hilton Honors account said the room was not refundable, I called Decarlo and asked if there was anything he could do about it and he was able to cancel the room and give me a full refund! He truly went above and beyond to make sure we had an amazing experience. I could tell Decarlo has trained his staff very well. Cierra was at the front desk almost every day and was super friendly, greeting us each time we walked through the lobby. She always offered us complimentary bottles of water and even handed us some Liquid IV packets. Brianna, who worked at the front desk overnight was super helpful when we arrived back to our room late at night and our air conditioner wasn't working. She explained that the air conditioner shuts off to conserve energy when it senses no movement in the room for a long period of time. After we waited a while for it to kick on, the room still wasn't cooling down. Because it was the middle of the night and there weren't building services people around to fix the problem, she promptly moved us to a new room that was perfectly cooled. We really appreciated all the amazing staff and will definitely be back soon! Definitely recommend this hotel!

The hotel is in a great location. It's clean with a friendly staff. Margo was a great help at checkout. One of the ladies on the cleaning staff went out of her way to recommend a place for lunch. Breakfast was great and was included. We'll definitely be back.

Nashville Broadway
My daughter and I stayed at the Hilton for a Mother/Daughter trip to Nashville over Labor Day weekend. It is a great hotel in a wonderful location. It is just a short drive to Broadway and the hotel offers a free shuttle anywhere within 3 miles, which is a HUGE bonus. This amenity saves parking fees and headaches. Tony, one of the many amazing shuttle drivers was our favorite. He was great! The front desk staff was also incredibly helpful and friendly. Kierra and Alanta helped us with recommendations and getting the shuttle scheduled when we needed it. Al, one of the managers was incredibly hospitable the day the elevator was being repaired and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of in the best way possible. I recommend purchasing the breakfast plan. The breakfast was great, however, the service was a bit lacking there. Joseph was our waiter the first day and went out of his way to ensure we had excellent service, however, the other 3 mornings the service was non-existent and slow, but we managed anyway. It is still a great value. The rooms were clean and had everything we needed. Housekeeping was also friendly. The valet desk was more than helpful with anything we needed. We will definitely recommend this hotel to others and stay again on our next visit. Great job!!! Keep up the great service!
Millennium Maxwell House Nashville

Hotel was great, not close enough to downtown but only a 7 min Uber ride away. Lots of food options within walking distance: Chipotle, Starbucks, Dunkin' Donuts, Arby's. I had a great view of the Nashville skyline. Service was okay, no housekeeping throughout the stay regardless of length of stay. Called front desk for extra towels but they told me to go collect them myself because they're understaffed. Pool was closed for the winter even though there were some warm days that would've allowed for pool use.

Hilton Nashville Airport

Overnights stay for early am flight. I called the hotel to ask about parking and shuttle to the airport. The lady I spoke to assured me that I could leave the car and there would be no charge - if I stayed at the hotel overnight. I explained I would be gone 4 nights and was assured there was no problem. I booked the room through my usual app. I called back the next day to verify the room and the car parking. Again, I was assured I could leave the car with no charge if I spent the night T their hotel. Upon arrival, I was told I would have to pay parking. I explained my 2 calls and the gentleman said it would be $5 per night. At this point it is very late and my flight was very early so I agreed to pay.the $5 per night. I have no idea how it managed to be $35 but being exhausted, I paid. I am very upset at being given false information - not once but 3 times. I have advised my company and friends of the issues I encountered.
The Inn at Apple Valley, Ascend Hotel Collection

Nice room and location. We were able to get a river view room on the 2nd floor. It also overlooks Parkway, and the Titanic Museum, Hatfield V McCoy, Wonderworks, and Beyond the Lens could be seen not far away. It's a little bit noisy there starting in the morning but we didn't notice any noise during sleep time. The indoor pool was the only one open. It's not really big but it's nice. Breakfast was a hot, buffet-style hotel meal. Waffle maker, scrambled eggs and/or bacon, coffee, hot chocolate, french vanilla hot chocolate (not chocolate of course), various pastries, cereal, OJ, yogurt (with nuts and granola available). What I ate of that was good. We stayed 3 nights during our Spring Break. The area was extremely busy all the time. Pigeon Forge provides convenient access to Great Smoky Mountains National Park.

Location was fantastic - close to River park access and street car line. Room was spacious and clean. Shower was good for tall people and had adequate pressure to rinse shampoo from hair. Best thing about this hotel was the staff. So friendly, so helpful.

Our stay at Home2Suites was very enjoyable from check in to check out. We were there for four days. We were greeted by Deidre upon check in. She was quite pleasant and personable. Unfortunately once we got to our room it smelled of dog and not very fresh. We asked to be switched to a different room. Deidre was very accommodating and assisted us in finding another one. She was so patient and kind. Upon day three we spoke with Morgan and asked for our room to be cleaned. She stated that she would get in touch with Housekeeping and make sure it was taken care of. We returned from a late lunch to a very clean room. Housekeeping did an awesome job and Morgan delivered! We also requested additional towels and washcloths which were provided right away. The location of the hotel was close to most places, shopping, restaurants and local attractions. We will definitely stay here again when in Chattanooga. As a Hilton Honors member I was very pleased. Thanks for a great stay!
