Fantastic stay here. A 20 min walk to broadway super easy. There are scooters to take as well as Ubers which are not expensive. Couldn’t be happier with my stay. Super clean and everyone is friendly. There is a bar in the lobby and breakfast in the mornings. They also have a full fridge of drinks in the lobby you can purchase. Don’t understand how people can give this a bad review. Room was super clean and the people working were extremely friendly and accommodating.

This is an older property cobbled together from 2 or more hotels but very well kept. The desk staff was very helpful, my room was nice and overall I would stay here again. I need 200 characters so here are more words

Hotel was great, not close enough to downtown but only a 7 min Uber ride away. Lots of food options within walking distance: Chipotle, Starbucks, Dunkin' Donuts, Arby's. I had a great view of the Nashville skyline. Service was okay, no housekeeping throughout the stay regardless of length of stay. Called front desk for extra towels but they told me to go collect them myself because they're understaffed. Pool was closed for the winter even though there were some warm days that would've allowed for pool use.

The hotel is in a great location. It's clean with a friendly staff. Margo was a great help at checkout. One of the ladies on the cleaning staff went out of her way to recommend a place for lunch. Breakfast was great and was included. We'll definitely be back.

The price is relatively expensive, the breakfast is average, and the surrounding scenery is nice

Jonaé and her staff helped us tremendously as our flight was delayed and we had to scramble to find a hotel. She was patient, kind and compassionate. Even with all the airline misshapes, they went out of their way to makes us comfortable.

This hotel is terrible!!!! I would like to start by saying we come to Nashville every 2 months to see my daughter so we are always looking for a safe, clean place to stay. The number 1 reason we chose this hotel this time is because of the indoor pool along with being located close to my daughters apartment. When we checked in on Saturday the pool was extremely over packed with a birthday party so we skipped the pool and I told my daughter we would go on Sunday night thinking it would be slower. When we entered the pool area on Sunday the pool was drained to knee depth so we could tell it was not swimmable so we skipped it again and I told her we would go on Monday evening and stay in and order pizzas. Monday morning we came downstairs to a sign on the door stating it was closed. I asked about it at the front desk and the maintenance man told me that they had received some storms on Friday and it took out the pool pump so it hadn't worked all weekend, which is extremely unsanitary and a huge risk for the property with how packed it was on Saturday night. So absolutely no swimming was able to happen. Monday when we arrived back at the hotel after shopping I noticed snacks and drinks in our room. I went down to the front desk and asked what these items were and the front desk lady told me they were items for free because we were in a premium room. When I asked why they were there on Monday but not any of the other days she stated because weekend staff probably just didn't do it. I'll be honest, this room was not only run down but extremely dirty for being over $200 a night. In fact if the beds hadn't been made I would've bet money on it that the room had never been cleaned at all. Food wrappers on the floor, food stuck in the sink drain, used soap, broken furniture, broken faucet I mean the list goes on and on!!! Just so extremely disappointed in the quality of this hotel!

The property is brand new. Th location is fantastic and of course with everything perfectly new, he rooms are pristine. He price is about right an I would definitely stay here again. There’s a couple things that need to be worked out. It took them 3 rooms to get me a room with a cable running to the tv. I’m a lifetime diamond member and choose breakfast as my perk. I was charge for breakfast each day and didn’t really have time to deal with it. I’m sure it’s an honest mistake and training just hasn’t set in yet. It’s a good property, I think they’ll get it figured out.

The bartender each night was fabulous and took care of us each night. Without a doubt, the best service we've had in years!!!

Not bad, the sound of the air conditioner is a bit louder, the quilt is relatively tide, the other is okay, it is close to the bar street, it is a relatively cheap hotel nearby, it is very convenient to go to the music center

This facility was clean, reasonably priced, good beds/pillows, plenty of hot water and water pressure, good quality towels, good air conditioning, quiet and overall perfect for my needs. Another point that's of a more personal nature, this facility is within 10 minutes of Vanderbilt Medical Center and the management respects the 2nd amendment rights of their customers.

Hotel price is good! It is relatively close to Davidson College, 5-10 minutes by car. You need to talk to the front desk about cleaning the room. There is a grocery store next to the hotel, and there is also a Vietnamese rice noodle shop nearby.

Vic is good, suitable for children

I was charged twice for the stay. I was charged upon checking in, even though the booking was prepaid. Front desk staff was not appropriately trained with normal procedures and resulted in the duplicate charged. I had to make several phone calls to different people to resolve this. This resulted in precious vacation time loss and unnecessary stress.

We usually cabin in TN- but we decided to do a few days (4 ) here between our camping and cabin stays. Oh my, will we be back! The pool (outside) was just AMAZING for families. 1’-4.5’ with the beautiful (FAST!) slide- mushroom waterfall feature- and many tiny water features in shallow end for the littles or for us moms who don’t feel like going allll the way in lol! Towels provided- hotel was clean, pet friendly, and just perfect. We also visited the indoor pool one late night (pools are open until 11pm!) and I was also very clean and well kept…..Breakfast was very nice (served from 6-10am daily). My family was sad to leave and cannot wait to be back! Highly recommend.

They are located in the heart of pigeon forge. Super close to everything! Walking distance to a lot! The rooms were good, we don’t spend much time in the room while on vacation. They are putting in a lot of work to make your experience even better in future visit! The staff was so nice and friendly. Over all we will be back can’t wait to see the improvements they are making!

This hotel should be the standard that every single Marriott aspires to! We are Bonvoy Gold members and travel a lot. Through the years, our family of four has stayed at dozens of Marriotts up and down the entire east coast, and while some are better than others, this one sets the bar above and beyond. From the moment we pulled up, we were impressed. The facade of this hotel is beautiful. The grounds were pristine and the landscaping was really pretty. Parking was easy and convenient, something we really appreciated after a 12 hr car ride from New York. When we stepped inside, the lobby took our breath away. The decor is gorgeous. It is very modern with rustic touches and everything is immaculate. They pipe their citrusy signature scent throughout the entire hotel and it smells absolutely amazing! Check in was super easy and the front desk staff was really friendly and helpful, answering all of our questions. I was also equally impressed with our room. For anyone who has read some of my previous reviews, you know that I bring my own cleaning supplies with me to go over the room whenever we stay at a hotel, and a lot of times, the Clorox wipes and Swiffer pads come off the surfaces filthy. Not here. This place is CLEAN!! I am very particular about this, so if you are reading this review and you are a clean freak too, you can trust me that this hotel will totally meet your standards. The room furnishings are pretty new and the carpets are clean. We got a room with two queens and a sofa seating area, since my husband planned to work from the room each morning, and there was plenty of space for the 4 of us. There was a small fridge (my only complaint was that it was too small, it only fit a few bottles of water, no room for dinner leftovers which my teens enjoy having in the room in case they are hungry during off meal times). There is also a microwave. The bathroom was a good size and also very clean. What really sets this hotel apart from others is the amenities. This hotel was designed for families and for comfort. It really is like a home away from home. There are so many cozy seating areas all over the grounds, a huge stone fireplace in the lobby with the fire going at most times, two fire pit areas, lots of seating to eat, a courtyard with cornhole games, two pools (an indoor pool, as well as the amazing lazy river pool), a hot tub, an arcade game room, a bar and a lounge area in the lobby with a giant connect four game on the coffee table. Throughout our 4 day stay, there were cleaning people in every area of the hotel all day. I really cannot say enough how impressed I was by the level of care that goes into maintaining this hotel. Even the elevators and the water stations in the lobby were immaculate at all times. The location was great, right on the parkway, only minutes from all of the main attractions. It has the friendliest staff and so clean and well kept .they have an indoor ,hot tub and pool and outside pool with fireplace..It's so close to stores ,restaurants that you can just walk most places ..We met the friendliest families staying and this trip was amazing..Will stay again every time
