Everything was as expected. Free breakfast, laundry room and even better with suites and some day fast food restaurants in walking distance.

Facilities: Not bad, quite new, but a bit abstract is that he is a suite hotel, there is no stove, there is a microwave oven, and he can cook with a microwave oven. . This the worst ripoff I ever had, the pictures are deceiving no such thing like a resort and or Hotel, this is more likely a 5th level motel so deceiving so highly priced for the real rooms quality. The phone line was death, I had to walk in to the lobby for service , I will rate this place - 1000 if it was possible , location is great but no quality parking control anybody can drive in and use a suppose to be a private beach for the guests, at check Put time I asked for some kind of reference # and or statement and I was told to ask trip.com for my check out time and or check out statement after this lack Of honesty ripoff I was highly concerned to be charge for extra time and or incidentals I never used and when I ask for some kind of evidence and or printout statement they call security to kick me out and if they didn’t was because Inturned my phone camera on

Great location. Room was nice and clean. Had a basketball court which was awesome for me. And the receptionist Latisha was excellent and very helpful. Will definitely recommend.

Everyone was super friendly, our room was clean and “the best room ever” according to our kids. We were super happy with our stay and we will definitely return!

The breakfast is very simple, there is nothing to eat, just join in. They have an airport shuttle bus to Dallas love field airport, from 6 am to 10 pm. Others are ok, the hotel is quite satisfactory.

The stay was not pleasant. Checked in due to family member having scheduled surgery. Actually added check in (1) day earlier than planned and booked through hotel directly. I should have known there would be issues. Walked into lobby and it was hot. Hotel had fans set up. The biggest complaint is terrible water pressure that made showering extremely difficult for family member to prep for surgery using antibacterial soap that we brought. The water was basically weak sprays through clogged up shower nozzles the water was never hot but lukewarm. Not enough water to wash our hair. Cold water had a better spray but not acceptable to shower in cold water. Maintenance came very quickly the first night and took apart the shower head but also admitted this has been a frequent issue. Spent full day at hospital, came back to hotel and water pressure still bad. Front desk staff was kind and this is no complaint about the staff. He recommended running the sink faucet for 15-20 min and run the shower at same time to get hot water. This is crazy but ok I was able to take 5 min shower with same weak shower spray with a bit warmer water. Went to bed and decided to check out 7/16 Thursday at 5:30 am, a full 6 hours before I needed to leave. Told the front desk staff and they also agreed I could leave a review. Why did I not fight and demand that something be done? I was sleep deprived due to very loud Air conditioning unit turning on and off and prepping for the surgery. I do want Hotel Indigo to make things right with me. At this point I will never book again with this hotel.
