The owner is Malaysian, so English is very easy to communicate with. The entire staff is very service-oriented and will proactively help with luggage up and down stairs. The breakfast is plentiful and delicious, with a different menu every day. Although the hotel is located near residential areas, it's very close to the old town and conveniently located within walking distance. The local residents are also very friendly. It's a great accommodation choice.

Even before my arrival, the hotel efficiently arranged airport transfers and sightseeing cars via email correspondence, which was incredibly helpful. The driver was also very kind. The hotel's location is excellent, allowing me to walk to many attractions. Getting back after seeing the illuminations was also very easy. The room was clean and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. Breakfast was surprisingly substantial. In addition to what was already on the table, I was served fried eggs and sausages. I enjoyed the two boiled eggs and two fried eggs immensely.

The location is excellent, just on the edge of the city wall, the attractions are within a foot of 1-2, but this ancient city is really small, it seems that it is very convenient to live there. The net red restaurant Terrassa Cafe & Restaurant only takes 2 minutes to walk. This restaurant is delicious and recommended. Breakfast is rich, it is the kind of one per person, I can't finish it alone. I originally came to watch the sunset on the roof, but it rained on the day I lived, but it was a pity. The counter staff is good and recommended.

Nice hotel. Exclusive breakfast. Located at Khiva old town, all attractions are walkable. The owner is nice. He switches on 3 heaters for us as the weather is below 0°C, extremely cold.. He also arranged a taxi for us to Bukhara. Its cost 80USD, take 6 hours to reach. Highly recommended

It is about 5 minutes walk from the west gate of Ichankara. It is convenient to the west gate if you are not concerned with staying in Ichankara. It was a hotel full of family-run hospitality. In addition, this owner also has a travel agency, and I had a taxi to Bukhara via the owner's recommended Ayazukara. I didn't have much time in Ayazukara because I left Hiba after 15:00, but the sunset over the desert seen from Ayazukara was difficult to change. I would like to stay again when I go to Hiba.
