"On a Saturday (off-peak October) just far too crowded to enjoy the true beauty of the gardens. The available audiotour might be helpful when there is more room to move more freely through those beautiful settings. Unfortunate as the contrast to the skyline behind is a great experience overall. The City Temple just behind is a great experience too."
    Shanghai.Yu Garden Area
    1.8km from downtown
No.1 of Fall Viewing Attractions in Shanghai
Highlights: Yu Garden is located in central Shanghai’s Huangpu District, on a spot within the boundaries of former Old City. It is the only classic Chinese garden in the downtown area and was once a private garden for Ming Dynasty officials. The garden covers roughly two hectares and contains various rambling pathways, hidden pavilions, and classic flora. It is a good place to escape the bustling modern city outside. Take note of the hundreds of plaques and inscriptions written by well-known individuals, as well as the park’s collection of stone carvings. Yuyuan Bazaar, located nearby, is good to browse for antiques and souvenirs.

"Suitable for families for two days and one night on weekend trips, plenty of time, complete dining and accommodation around, not too far from the downtown area, Bailian drive for ten minutes, dining in the scenic area is quite expensive, there are fewer choices, but it is also a common problem. There is no in-depth experience in each project facility, the scenery is good, the whole is still clean, I have been there several times, you can bring your own food and drink but you can't bring alcohol, it would be better if you can bring pets"
    Shanghai.Jinshan City Beach Area
    59.3km from downtown
Highlights: Located along Hangzhou Bay in Shanghai’s Fengxian District, Jinshan City Beach is a man-made beach and recreation area. The content is a bit rich, the venue is a bit large, there are not many people, and there are many small volunteers to explain. It is very interesting to listen and watch. I can’t finish it after a day of serious shopping."

"I went there on May 1st. It is very convenient to buy a ticket. You don't need to change paper, just brush your ID card. It is quite suitable for walking the baby, and the children have a great time. The aircraft carrier is very large and can go to the top floor. Patriotic education base. There are also helicopters to experience, all kinds of small arms and equipment exhibitions, are very good. It is very large inside, it is recommended to rent a bicycle with bad legs. It’s a bit expensive to eat inside. When there are many people, the queue is too long. If you want to be hungry, you can bring something to eat."

After watching the big cockroaches fly in the morning, rent a small electric boat to go around the lake to blow the lake breeze, and then you can choose to go to the children's playground to play, and there are waterway dual-use cars to open, or bring a tent and people with mini mahjong, a whole cozy!"
