It's highly recommended to hire an official guide for a truly meaningful experience—the secrets hidden deep within the courtyards, the past of Heshen and Prince Gong, are all concealed in every brick and tile. Listening to these stories while exploring the mansion is the only way to truly understand this mansion, which represents "half of the Qing Dynasty's history."

The largest building (Hall of Prayer for Good Harvests) is visible miles away if you are walking towards it (making it convenient - can close out of Baidu maps and just keep walking which is what we did haha!) We purchased tickets upon arrival, easy process. There were many people taking photographs but you can get good shots if you tilt your camera up or get lucky with timing. The park itself is beautiful and serene, making it a great place to relax and enjoy for 1-2 hours.

老刘一直在路上Standing 200 centimeters tall, this seated statue is one of the largest Song Dynasty wood carvings in Chinese museums. The Bodhisattva wears a tall floral crown, her hair tied in a high bun, with large earlobes and full cheeks. Her expression is dignified and serene, her eyes looking down as if compassionately watching over humanity. She is adorned with a necklace, draped in a flowing robe with ribbons around her arms, and wears a long, brightly colored skirt that reaches the ground. Her right hand holds a lotus flower, her left leg hangs down, her foot resting on a rock, while her right leg is slightly crossed, creating an ethereal and otherworldly pose. The carving is extremely fluid and delicate, with even and rhythmic lines. The skin is smooth and full, and despite its age, the painted details on the clothing are still faintly visible, making it an exquisite masterpiece.

The sections from watchtowers 14 to 19 are occasionally steep, and the final section to Hero's Terrace is a bit treacherous, requiring the use of both hands and feet. For those with elderly family members, taking the cable car round trip is a much better option.

If you live near Beijing, you really can't resist getting an annual pass! It was Christmas season, the atmosphere was amazing, and we had a lot of fun. My child is a Harry Potter fan, and she had been looking forward to this for a long time. She'll be very happy this time too, and we took lots of beautiful photos!

野生动物园太值得了，青少年和大人都很开心，坐小火车开动物喂动物轻松愉快，猛兽区投喂老虎黑熊狼是非常特别的体验，其他的动物也都非常温顺亲近人。离开北京前完美的一天。

Near the "Source of Life" attraction in Chaoyang Park, two crowned willow trees stand tall on a spacious green lawn. Their crowns are full and rounded. POPMART City Park

We absolutely loved our visit to Popmart Land in Beijing! The whole place was vibrant, quirky and full of creative photo spots. One of the highlights was definitely getting to take a picture with a life-sized Dimoo — super cute and such a fun surprise.If you enjoy playful popmart spaces and colourful installations, this place is really worth a visit. We had a great time exploring and soaking in the lively atmosphere!
