Guest User: The 98-square-meter room with a private courtyard offered great privacy, but breakfast was very mediocre, and the room service was terrible. It felt like the staff hadn't received proper pre-job training; their attitudes made you feel like they were in a bad mood. I had to call three times to get the sink cleaned, and then they came before 9 AM to clean the private hot tub, which wasn't ready until 10:50 AM. Housekeeping finally arrived, and didn't even close the door behind them, letting mosquitoes in. The connection between the weathered stone on the edge of the private hot tub and the wall wasn't sealed, so dirt and bugs could get in through the gaps. The chicken in the chicken soup at the Chinese restaurant wasn't fully cooked, but the flavor was decent. They later brought some passion fruit, so I didn't feel comfortable bringing up the chicken again. In summary, the natural scenery is indeed beautiful, and there aren't many people. The public hot springs are few, and probably also not crowded, with one or two pools of spring water in total, across 5 small public hot tubs. The area isn't very large. For the arcade games, you get 10 tokens initially, then it's one yuan per token, and the games are quite outdated. You have to call to request disposable slippers, and there are no children's bathrobes. Renting a swimming ring costs 10 yuan per use.

The highlights: · Exceptional Staff – A huge shoutout to Lan Tingting, who was an absolute lifesaver. She was available via WeChat around the clock and helped us with every single question and request we had. What made it even better was that she spoke excellent Russian, which made communication so easy and personal. · Private hot spring villas – soaking in natural hot spring water on our own terrace was pure bliss. · Great food – the breakfast buffet was divine, with an incredible variety to suit all tastes. Even the breeze carries the fresh scent of coconuts and betel nuts. It's so comfortable. As a living museum of the indigenous Li and Miao cultures of Hainan, this place has a history of Li people living here for thousands of years. If you're tired of the sea in Sanya, this is a good place to change things up. A package ticket including activities is a good deal for a family of three; both stream tracing and zip-lining are quite fun. However, it's not cost-effective if you're only bringing elderly people. The 180 yuan senior ticket doesn't include any activities; it's more like visiting a large park, so I wouldn't recommend bringing seniors here.

Qixianling is perfect for hiking and connecting with nature. We hiked the entire way up, skipping the last 100 meters due to thunder and rain, but the whole trip was still very enjoyable. I highly recommend the rafting at the end; it's a perfect finishing touch to the trip. My legs were sore for days after the hike, but it was a happy kind of pain.

Today's experience was great. Although the weather was quite hot, the activities were all very exciting, especially the "Take It All" activity. Lifeguard Jiang Zhaoyang was very helpful and even offered to get an ice pack when I got injured. The Lost Chambers Aquarium at Atlantis Sanya was a fantastic experience! The theme of a lost underwater city created a truly immersive atmosphere. The Ambassador Lagoon's giant screen was breathtaking, with sharks, manta rays, and schools of fish swimming right before your eyes. The mermaid show and feeding show were excellent, especially for the kids. The venue was clean, the indoor area was sun-protected, and there was even a touch pool where you could get up close to starfish. It's perfect for families, and the photos turn out beautifully. I highly recommend checking show times in advance before you go!
