Just got back from an ultra-chill anniversary trip to Bintan, and honestly? The ANMON Resort totally lives up to its hype 🌴✨. Think striking resort vibes, dreamy lagoon views, and a whole menu of water sports at Treasure Bay — plus pasta, fries, pizza, and milkshakes at the Compass Rose for your IG feed. We went in July for our 1st anniversary and scored that dreamy “quiet period,” so it felt like we had the whole place to ourselves!

Top Spots to Visit in Bintan:
1. The ANMON Resort Bintan — Kawasan Pariwisata, Jl. Raja H. Fisabililah No.88, Sebong Lagoi. Their tents are super comfy (the air conditioning is a lifesaver!) and staff are incredibly welcoming.
2. Treasure Bay Attractions — Treasure Bay Bintan, Jln. Raja Haji KM 01 Tourism Area. Open daily 09:00–18:00, IDR 45,000 entry. Don’t miss their kayaking and the famous Slip and Slide (585J+MG Sebong Lagoi): both are epic for adrenaline and photos.
3. The Compass Rose & Tipi Bar — Located right within ANMON. The pizza, milkshake, and fries combo is legit perfect for refueling after a day of adventure.

Pro Tip: If mangrove night tours are on your list, LAYER that mosquito repellent like your life depends on it! I skipped and ended up as the mosquitoes' buffet — so don’t be me 😂.

Getting Around: Resort shuttles and scooters make moving between attractions easy, though outside amenities are limited so plan most meals and activities on-site.

Quick Advice: Bring extra snacks, sunscreen, and make sure your room faces the lagoon for sunrise magic. Bintan is visa-free for many countries, but check your passport rules before you go!
