I visited Universal Orlando Resort with my daughter, and we had an unforgettable time together! The attractions were exciting, the atmosphere was amazing, and the Harry Potter areas were absolutely magical. Some queues were quite long, but the experience was worth it. We enjoyed every moment and made wonderful memories together. A fantastic place for a mother-daughter trip! Highly recommended!
_TI***q1Another great trip to this park. Lots of variety to interest all members of the family. My favourites were E.T.Adventure & Minion Mayhem. Lots of opportunities to see your favourite characters too. Interaction with Shrek & Donkey adds a fun element to your day.
_TI***txThe park was the kids' favorite and most anticipated. We flew to Orlando specifically for it and, like special forces, walked at least 20,000 steps a day. They were very happy and got to experience all the attractions they wanted to do, some even twice. It's quite different from the North Loop in many ways.
Anonymous userUniversal Studios' newly opened park is divided into four areas: Harry Potter, Mario, How to Train Your Dragon, and Dark Fantasy. Hotels staying at Universal Studios can enter the park early, but Express Passes require a separate ticket. The Ministry of Magic in Harry Potter and the broken-track roller coaster in Mario are the most popular attractions; it's recommended to rush in at the top of the gates with an Express Pass. The Ministry of Magic area is absolutely stunning, a 1:1 recreation of the scene. The smoke effects upon entering the Ministry of Magic, and the ride itself, are all worth making a special trip for. The Mario area is similar to the one in Osaka; those who haven't ridden it should definitely experience it, while those who have can consider it after Harry Potter. The Dark Fantasy and How to Train Your Dragon areas feature less mainstream IPs. The roller coaster in the How to Train Your Dragon area is worth trying, and the food in the park is more suited to Chinese tastes. Overall, it's a very exciting park and worth spending a whole day exploring.
Running-YOcean Park is quite fun for elementary school students, but the weather is just too hot. All the rides and attractions are outdoors, and apart from the song and dance show, the animal shows are also outdoors. It's just too hot.
baobeichrisMagic kingdom is certainly just that— magical! The crew members are incredible. So helpful, so polite. They always answer your questions and can direct you to anywhere you need to go. For an older crowd, this particular park isn’t a 5/5 just because it is build for the kiddos. The best ride in my opinion is Space Mountain for older riders. The scenery is exquisite and the characters nail it! Recommend!
_TI***x5Islands of Adventure is, in my opinion, the better of the two parks at Universal Orlando. There are way more thrill rides there if that is what you’re looking for.
GullyLove the lion king show, safari and the avatar ride! Not too crowded when visited in September. Avatar queue was insane though, queued for about 2hours. Food options limited and not that great. Would be great if they have more finger food and drink carts around. Such as hotdogs, burgers, nuggets nacho fries etc. Another perplex point is why are there no umbrellas for sale? Was rainy season could really do with some umbrellas. Great revenue source for the park too!
wanderlust123The Upside-Down House in Orlando is definitely a "stunning" photo spot! The entire house is upside down, with the roof stuck in the ground, and the chimney and porch tilted so much it's dizzying. Stepping inside is even more disorienting—the furniture is all fixed to the ceiling, making the floor appear as "empty space." You have to tilt your head or squat down to take a "normal" photo, leading to hilarious moments. Although the interior space isn't large, the novel experience created by this visual illusion is enough to keep you entertained for half an hour, and you'll find yourself turning back for another look as you leave.
