To capture these shots, I explored every corner of Yichun's ancient towns. — traveler post in Wanzai

To capture these shots, I explored every corner of Yichun's ancient towns.

Before arriving in Yichun, my only knowledge of the city was its hot springs and Moon Lake. Once I arrived, however, it was the ancient towns and villages that truly captivated me. Because of this, I made a point to visit three distinct ancient towns in Yichun. I've compiled a list of photo spots for anyone planning to visit Yichun for its ancient architecture—feel free to use this as your guide!✨ · ✅ Nanre Ancient Village ✔️ A niche, ethereal village free from commercial noise! ✔️ Nestled at the foot of Mingyue Mountain, with clear streams winding through the village, ancient bridges, flowing water, and thousand-year-old trees scattered throughout—it's a true-to-life paradise. 📷 Recommended Photo Spots 1️⃣ Reflections of the ancient stone bridge in the stream 2️⃣ Under the thousand-year-old ginkgo tree 3️⃣ The mountain spring at the village entrance ⏰ Travel Tips 🔹 Open all day for free 🔹 Visit in the early morning or at sunset for softer, more photogenic light 🔹 Late autumn, when the ginkgo leaves turn yellow, is the best time to visit · ✅ Wanzai Ancient Town ✔️ Home to a rare, large-scale cluster of multi-surname ancestral halls in China. ✔️ 27 Ming and Qing dynasty ancestral halls featuring blue bricks, black tiles, intricate carvings, and layered horse-head walls. 📷 Recommended Photo Spots 1️⃣ The lush greenery in front of the Xiabu Intangible Cultural Heritage Experience Hall 2️⃣ Panoramic view of the wood carvings at Zhou Family Mansion 4️⃣ Deep perspective shots of the ancient alleys ⏰ Travel Tips 🔹 Free admission 🔹 Many teahouses offer unlimited refills of traditional "big bowl tea" for 3 yuan 🔹 I visited during the day, but locals say it's stunning when the lights come on at night. You can also catch fireworks shows on Saturday nights and holidays 🔹 Some ancestral halls require registration to enter · ✅ Yuanzhou Ancient Town ✔️ A 2,200-year-old city rooted in the downtown area. ✔️ Features both retro-renovated ancient streets and authentic, thousand-year-old historical sites. 📷 Recommended Photo Spots 1️⃣ Red-walled alleys in the ancient street 2️⃣ Xiujiang Tower gate and the view of the "lone tree" from the top 3️⃣ The "Yichun" landmark sign ⏰ Travel Tips 🔹 Perfect for a city walk 🔹 Browse the creative souvenir shops 🔹 Try local Yichun specialties 🔹 Stroll along the river and climb Xiujiang Tower for a bird's-eye view of the ancient town

4-Day 3-Night Trip to the Hidden Ancient City in Jiangxi

Just returned from a small town in Yichun, Jiangxi Province, and I’m absolutely impressed! The whole town has a slow-paced atmosphere, the locals are incredibly charming, and the surrounding nature is raw and stunning. What makes this place special: Authentic ancient city + traditional ancient villages with stories, famous historical figures, mountain and water views. Local cuisine with unique flavors, fewer crowds, and plenty of open spaces for photography. This might be the most low-key city in Jiangxi, but it’s so beautiful that I almost don’t want to share it with anyone. 📅 4-Day 3-Night Itinerary ✅ Day 1 — Wanzai Ancient City ➜ Wentang Ancient Well 🔹 Wanzai Ancient City(万载古城) Gan-style ancient city known as the "Hometown of Fireworks & Lilies." It boasts cultural heritage like "Dragon Meat Tea" and is perfect for photography. 🔹 Wentang Ancient Well(温汤古井) – Over 800 years old – Warm steam rises from the surface year-round – Nicknamed "Millennium Hot Spring Temple" – Locals often bring buckets to fetch water and relax by soaking their feet near the pavilion. ✅ Day 2 — Qixing Ridge Skiing(七星岭滑雪场) A ski resort in Jiangxi where you don’t have to travel far to Changbai Mountain to enjoy skiing! ✅ Day 3 — Mingyue Mountain ➜ Mingyue Thousand Years 🔹 Mingyue Mountain(明月山) Features 12 peaks reaching 1,200 meters, deep valleys, and unique waterfalls. Moon Lake resembles a heavenly pool. Qingyun Staircase looks like a giant dragon winding its way. Icefall resembles a frozen river cascading down the mountain, akin to the "Milky Way" descending. 🔹 Mingyue Thousand Years Sentiment(明月千古情) A beautiful cultural-themed street with a show called "Millennium Mingyue," giving a feeling of traveling back in time. ✅ Day 4 — Yangshan Chan Temple ➜ Nanra Ancient Village 🔹 Yangshan Chan Temple(杨山禅寺) – Over 1,000 years old – Built in terraced layers following the land’s contours. 🔹 Nanra Ancient Village(南阮古村) – Ancient village – Features an 800-year-old bridge – A thousand-year-old ginkgo tree – Traditional wooden houses, smoky kitchen fires, and ancient stone staircases – Offers a rural Chinese vibe with dried goods, smoked meat, and free-range chickens wandering around. 🌶️ Food Highlights Yichun cuisine tends to be spicy, such as Wanzai Red Pork, Fengcheng Frozen Rice, Yifeng Pork, Tonggu Braised Pine Pork, and more.

Free visit to the Ming and Qing ancestral halls! I found the lost New Year’s atmosphere — traveler post in Wanzai

Free visit to the Ming and Qing ancestral halls! I found the lost New Year’s atmosphere

Free visit to the Ming and Qing ancestral halls! I found the lost New Year’s atmosphere in a small town in Jiangxi 🏮 Friends, if you are also looking for an ancient town that is not overly commercialized and full of authentic local life, then be sure to add Wanzai Ancient Town in Jiangxi to your list. I just came back from there and must highly recommend it — this treasure trove town, filled with Ming and Qing ancestral halls, intangible cultural heritage in active practice, and free admission, is worth a special slow weekend visit. 🏮 Quick overview of the ancient town: more than just “another old town” Located in Yichun, Jiangxi, the core area of Wanzai Ancient Town is the “Tianxia Ancient Town” district. What makes it special is the gathering of 27 ancestral halls from the Ming, Qing, and Republic of China periods, belonging to different family clans, making it an open-air “ancestral hall museum.” It doesn’t have the usual repetitive shops but revitalizes old buildings into intangible cultural heritage exhibition halls, tea houses, and local living spaces. Once you step in, the deeply rooted life atmosphere hits you immediately. 🗺️ Half-day slow travel route (tested and highlights) ⏰ 15:00 Arrival and initial exploration · Take the customized “Wanzai-Yichun” shuttle bus from the high-speed rail station (runs every half hour), get off at the “Tianxia Ancient Town” stop right there. Or take a taxi from Yichun, about 1 hour. · Step into the ancient town, don’t rush to find specific attractions. Wander freely, feel the tranquility between the bluestone roads, horse-head walls, and old courtyard gates. The soft light at this time is perfect for photos. ⏰ 16:00 Dive into the ancestral halls and touch history · Focus on visiting several open ancestral halls, such as the Guo Clan Ancestral Hall and the Yi Clan Grand Ancestral Hall. Pay attention to exquisite wood carvings, stone bases, and plaques, imagining the family stories these places have witnessed. · Visit the Xiabu Weaving Experience Hall to see firsthand how the national intangible cultural heritage “Wanzai Xiabu” is made from ramie into fabric, and you can even try the ancient loom yourself. ⏰ 17:30 Taste Wanzai with your palate · Dinner time! Find a local small restaurant and be sure to order Wanzai chopped meat (savory and perfect with rice) and handmade rice noodles (smooth and chewy). Don’t forget to try the Big Bowl Tea, paired with crispy fried sugar oil cake, a classic local afternoon tea. ⏰ 19:00 Encounter the nighttime climax of intangible cultural heritage · Nighttime is when the ancient town is most charming! If you’re lucky (especially on holidays or weekends), you might catch the Wanzai Kaikou Nuo performance at the ancient opera stage or square. Watch performers dance wearing ancient and mysterious masks, full of ritual sense. · Or listen to the majestic Desheng Drum, with drumbeats echoing through the old streets, truly impressive. · As the lights come on and lanterns glow, the night scene of the ancient town offers a different charm, completely distinct from the simplicity of daytime. Must-not-miss core experiences 1. Ancient architecture photography: The lines of the ancestral halls are extremely beautiful, especially during the blue hour at dusk, with lanterns and Hui-style gables creating perfect scenes. 2. Intangible cultural heritage immersion: Besides watching performances, chat more with artisans; the stories behind Xiabu weaving and Nuo opera are even more moving than the scenery. 3. Capturing local life: Sit in a tea house listening to local elders chatting and watch children running in the alleys — this is the living soul of the ancient town. 🍜 Authentic food guide · Main meals recommended: Wanzai’s Six Big Bowls is a traditional banquet; you can find restaurants offering small portions to sample; chopped meat noodles are perfect for breakfast or late-night snacks. · Snacks: Besides sugar oil cake, local street snacks like frozen rice candy and ginger slices are also must-tries. · Food hunting tip: Follow the queues of locals at small shops, you won’t go wrong. 💡 Practical information and thoughtful tips · Admission: Free! This is the best part. · Best time to visit: Strongly recommend afternoon to evening, so you can see architectural details clearly and enjoy the night scene and intangible cultural heritage performances. · Transportation: ◦ High-speed rail: Arrive at Yichun Station, then follow signs to the “Wanzai-Yichun customized shuttle bus” for direct access to the “Tianxia Ancient Town” stop. ◦ Self-driving: Navigate to “Wanzai Ancient Town,” parking is convenient. · Accommodation: If you’re not in a hurry, stay a night inside the ancient town or in Wanzai County to deeply experience the quietness of an empty morning. · Reminder: The ancient town is moderate in size, wear comfortable shoes to stroll slowly; please respect local customs and ask for permission before photographing inside residences. Sitting in a tea house, drinking Big Bowl Tea, watching the Nuo masks gleam with ancient luster under the lights, at that moment I suddenly felt — true travel is not escaping to a foreign land, but stepping into another vibrant and colorful life. Wanzai Ancient Town is exactly such a place, unhurriedly waiting for you to discover its charm. Wanzai Ancient Town: A Journey to the Past

Yichun, located in northwestern Jiangxi Province, derives its name from a spring beside the city, described as "clear and beautiful like spring, with a pleasant taste when drunk." It was formerly known as Yuanzhou. The city has a relatively slow pace of life and is characterized by its mountain scenery and hot springs.

Yichun, located in northwestern Jiangxi Province, derives its name from a spring beside the city, described as "clear and beautiful like spring, with a pleasant taste when drinking from it." It was formerly known as Yuanzhou. The city has a relatively slow pace of life, with its main attractions being mountain scenery, hot springs, ancient villages, forest parks, and local Jiangxi cuisine. From Changsha, taking the high-speed train to Yichun Station is convenient, taking approximately 2 hours. From Yichun Station, there are buses and taxis to the city center, Wentang Town, and Mingyue Mountain. For driving, the Shanghai-Kunming Expressway is recommended; however, the mountain roads are winding and steep, so speed control is necessary. Mingyue Mountain Mingyue Mountain is a national 5A-level scenic area. Its main peak, Taiping Mountain, reaches an altitude of 1736 meters. Attractions include the Qingyun Plank Road, Yungu Waterfall, Moon Lake, and a mountain train. The entrance fee is approximately 95 yuan; cable car and sightseeing bus fares are separate, and prices are subject to change by the scenic area. The temperature difference between day and night on the mountain is significant, and the plank roads are slippery, so be careful where you step. For a less strenuous experience, take the cable car; for more scenic views, you can walk some sections of the trails. Wentang Town Wentang Town is famous for its selenium-rich hot springs. The ancient well water temperature remains between 68℃ and 72℃ year-round, suitable for both drinking and bathing. The town offers a variety of hot spring options, including public hot spring areas and hotels and guesthouses with private soaking pools. Public hot spring ticket prices fluctuate depending on the session and season; it is recommended to check in advance. Near the Ancient Well Street, you can collect hot spring water for free and try foot baths, but the water temperature in the foot bath area is quite high; be careful to avoid burns. Those with diabetes, high blood pressure, heart disease, broken skin, after drinking alcohol, on an empty stomach, or after a large meal are not advised to soak in the hot springs. Each soak should not be too long, and remember to stay hydrated. Wanzai Ancient City Wanzai Ancient City is free to enter and features mainly Gan-style ancient architecture and ancestral halls, suitable for strolling, admiring the architecture, and learning about local customs. Around the ancient city are karst caves such as Zhushan Cave, which are cool year-round and more suitable for visiting in summer. Jing'an Sanzhualun Sanzhualun National Forest Park boasts a high forest coverage, ideal for hiking, enjoying fresh air, and viewing waterfalls and streams. Rafting is available in summer; children and the elderly should consider their physical condition before choosing. Signal strength and dining options are less abundant in the mountains than in the city; it's recommended to bring water and simple food. Tonggu, Fengxin, Yifeng, etc. Tonggu's Tianzhu Peak features Danxia landforms and lake views, perfect for mountain and water scenery. The area around Baizhang Temple in Fengxin offers a quiet mountain environment, suitable for short walks. Yifeng's Tianbao Ancient Village preserves many Ming and Qing dynasty buildings and is relatively less crowded, making it suitable for those who appreciate ancient villages. Places to Visit in Yichun City In Yichun city, you can visit the Yichun Museum, Yuanshan Park, Zhuangyuanzhou Park, and Xiujiang Scenic Belt, most of which are free and suitable for a half-day visit. The Chandu Cultural Expo Park is also free, but some facilities are poorly maintained, so it's not crowded; it's worth a quick stop along the way. Food Yichun cuisine tends to be spicy and has a strong flavor. Common snacks include Yichun rice noodles, fried rice noodles, Wentang steamed cake, and Zhangshu clear soup. For main meals, try Cihua chicken, Wanzai chopped meat, Tonggu dumplings, braised pork with dried bamboo shoots, and cured meat dishes. Request less or mild spice when ordering. Accommodation For hot springs, staying in Wentang Town is more convenient; for dining, shopping, and transportation, stay in Yuanzhou District. Accommodation in Wentang Town ranges from budget guesthouses to hot spring hotels. Prices increase during peak season and weekends, so it's recommended to compare prices in advance. Budget Reference Excluding transportation, 2 days 1 night: approximately 400-900 RMB per person; 3 days 2 nights: approximately 800-1300 RMB, depending on whether hot springs are included, cable car rides are taken, and accommodation standard. Precautions Spring and autumn have more comfortable weather; summer is suitable for rafting and escaping the heat; winter is suitable for hot springs, but it can be cold at the mountain top and in the mountains. Mountain roads are slippery on rainy days; wear non-slip shoes in scenic areas such as Mingyue Mountain and Sanzhualun. Signal strength is weak in some mountainous areas, so it's advisable to bring some cash and a power bank. Prices for scenic area tickets, cable car tickets, and performance tickets are subject to change; please check official or reputable platforms for the most up-to-date information before your trip.

Rice noodles are 6–12 yuan, and stir-fried dishes are 30–40 per person. Transportation is just over 10 yuan a day. Overall, it's really suitable for budget travel. 🍜Food recommendations | Every city has its own unique flavor 🌶️Guixi Must-try Guixi beef bone noodles. The red broth is rich, and the beef chunks are huge. Locals love it for breakfast and late-night snacks. Shangqing tofu is smooth and tender, and it goes great with chili. Lamp cakes and hemp leaf cakes are 5–8 yuan each on the street, soft and savory. Be sure to try the fried skewers and jelly noodles on Cibinong Old Street. ♨️Yichun Have a bowl of stir-fried rice noodles for breakfast. It's full of "wok hei" (breath of the wok), and the pickled long beans are amazing. Cihua chicken is sour, spicy, and addictive. Wentang rice cakes are soft, sweet, and have a faint wine aroma. Wanzai minced meat is super appetizing. If you love spicy food, you must try it. 🍳Ji'an Ji'an stir-fried noodles are legendary! Jiangxi cuisine is generally spicy! If you can't handle spice, remember to say "mildly spicy, less chili" when ordering, or you'll be sweating from the heat. 2. There is a large temperature difference between day and night after the start of autumn. It's cooler in the mountains (Mount Mingyue, Mount Longhu), so bring a light jacket. 3. Many ancient villages and old streets are free, but some paid attractions are cheaper if you buy tickets online in advance. 4. Try to eat in the city center. Restaurant prices in scenic areas are higher. Duck into small shops in residential areas for authentic and cheaper food. 5. The four cities are quite far apart. You don't have to visit them all at once. You can pick 1–2 small cities to relax and take it slow without rushing your itinerary. No need to squeeze into popular tourist spots, no sky-high prices. Jiangxi in autumn is gentle. Find a small city to stay for two or three days, slurp a bowl of local rice noodles in the morning, stroll through old streets and enjoy the scenery in the afternoon, and eat Jiangxi cuisine while feeling the evening breeze. This kind of relaxation is truly rare. For those who want a low-cost, slow-paced trip, these small cities in Jiangxi are worth a visit🥰

Qingyun Plank Road: A 1,000-meter cliffside walkway built on a precipice. On sunny days, you can see rolling mountains; after rain, you might encounter a churning sea of clouds. The atmosphere is incredible. Those with a fear of heights should proceed slowly and with caution. 2. Yungu Waterfall: The highest waterfall in Jiangnan, with a drop of 119 meters. The water cascades down, surrounded by mist. If you're lucky, you might even see a rainbow. 3. Moon Lake: An alpine lake at the summit. Even if it's hot during the day on National Day, be sure to bring a light jacket🧥. · For those with average stamina, we recommend taking the cable car up and hiking down to see the waterfall. We recommend eating your main meals after you descend. 📍Wentang Town (Selenium-rich Hot Spring Town) 💰Street area is free, hot spring pools are charged separately; you can experience foot soaking at the ancient well for just a few yuan ⏰Duration: 2–3 hours A must-visit after descending from Mingyueshan! It features rare selenium-rich, low-sulfur hot springs from around the world. The water is drinkable and suitable for bathing—an experience you can't miss in Yichun. It's full of slow-paced, local life. ✅Must-experience 1. Foot soaking at Ancient Well Park: Public hot spring pools on the street, a daily spot for locals. Bring your own bucket to collect hot spring water for a foot soak. It only costs a few yuan, and after hiking the mountain, it's a great way to wash away your fatigue. 2. Gujingquan Street: A quaint, traditional street. When the lanterns light up in the evening, the atmosphere is perfect. There are snacks and small craft shops along the street—it's very comfortable for a night stroll. 3. Soak in selenium-rich hot springs: There are hot spring homestays and resorts in town. Some homestays have private hot springs in the rooms. Soaking after hiking is the perfect way to relax. 💡Avoid pitfalls · Don't soak in the hot springs on an empty stomach. Take it slow and don't soak for more than 15 minutes at a time to avoid dizziness. · Don't trust low-priced hot spring offers from people soliciting on the street; prioritize legitimate businesses. · Accommodation in town is limited during National Day, so be sure to book in advance. 📍Zhuojiang Cave 💰Ticket: About CNY 70–80 (includes boat ride), half price for students ⏰Duration: 2 hours An underrated underground secret. A natural karst cave with a constant temperature of 18℃ inside. While it's hot outside during National Day, the cave is cool and comfortable—a perfect place to escape the heat. ✅Highlights Walk into Bailong Cave and take a boat through the underground river. The stalactites, stalagmites, and stone pillars formed over millions of years come in all shapes and sizes. Under the lights, they look like "Giant Python Coming Down the Mountain" or "Three Gorges Scenery," as if you've stumbled into an underground dragon palace. The cave tour involves both boating and walking, so it's not tiring and is very family-friendly. It's great for taking photos with a fantasy vibe. 💡Tips · The lighting inside the cave is dim, and the ground is slippery, so watch your step. · The temperature inside is low, so bring a light jacket. · The scenic area is not far from the city, making it suitable for a half-day trip. 📍Wanzai Ancient City 💰Street area is free, some exhibition halls require a combined ticket ⏰Duration: 2–3 hours If you love cultural heritage and ancient architecture, you must come here! The summit of Mingyueshan is cooler, so bring a light jacket. It may rain occasionally, so carry an umbrella. 🚗Transportation guide · Arrive at Yichun Station by high-speed rail, then take the special tourist bus to Wentang Town and Mingyueshan. · Mingyueshan and Wentang Town are some distance from the city, so driving yourself is most convenient. Traffic around scenic areas during holidays can be heavy, so try to leave early. · Taxis and shared bikes are very convenient within the city. 🏨Accommodation advice ✅For convenient hot spring soaking: Stay in Wentang Town. There are many homestays and hotels, and it's very close to Mingyueshan, so you don't have to travel back and forth. ✅If you like exploring and eating in the city: Stay in Yichun city center, near Gulou Pedestrian Street, where late-night snacks and food are everywhere. ⚠️Accommodation is tight during National Day, so we recommend booking at least one week in advance. 🍜Must-eat local food ▪️Yichun Stir-fried Zhafen (Rice Noodles): A Jiangxi specialty, salty, fragrant, and chewy—a must-order for local late-night snacks. ▪️Cihua Chicken: Spicy free-range chicken, perfect with rice. ▪️Wentang Rice Cake: Steamed with spring water, soft, glutinous, and sweet. ▪️Wanzai Chopped Meat, Stir-fried Preserved Meat with Winter Bamboo Shoots: Wild mountain dishes with plenty of flavor. ⚠️Avoid pitfalls summary 1. For Mingyueshan and hot spring scenic areas, do not buy tickets from scalpers; purchase all tickets through official channels. 2. The Mingyueshan cable car stops running early in the afternoon, so be sure to manage your time and don't miss the last ride down. 3. Be cautious when choosing restaurants soliciting customers around the scenic area; prioritize old shops with many locals. Yichun is not overly commercialized; the mountains and water are healing, and the local life is gentle. Escape the crowds this National Day and come here to experience the unique romance of western Jiangxi🌙

Wanzai Ancient City

I went to Wanzai Ancient City for a trip, it was really interesting! As soon as I entered the ancient city, I felt like I had traveled back to ancient times. The bluestone roads, antique buildings, and those ancient ancestral halls, each of which exuded a strong sense of age. I walked all the way and saw many ancient ancestral halls. Some of them had stone lions at the door, which was particularly majestic. I heard that there are 28 ancient ancestral halls from the Ming and Qing Dynasties and the Republic of China. It is one of the best-preserved multi-surname ancient ancestral hall clusters in China. It is really eye-opening. What I find most interesting are the intangible cultural heritage performances. I watched the Wanzai Open-mouthed Nuo. The actors wore masks and danced a mysterious dance. It felt particularly ritualistic. There is also a victory drum. The drum sound is particularly rhythmic and exciting to listen to. I also wove a small piece of cloth in the summer cloth weaving experience area. Although it was not woven very well, I felt very accomplished. The night view of the ancient city at night is super beautiful! When the lights are on, the whole ancient city is illuminated, and the ancient buildings look particularly charming under the lights. What I look forward to most is the fireworks show every Saturday night. The colorful fireworks bloom over the ancient city. The romantic feeling is simply indescribable. Wanzai Ancient City not only has beautiful buildings, but also many delicious foods. I ate Wanzai big bowl tea and drank tea for three yuan a bowl, with sugar and oil cake. The taste is really amazing! There is also Wanzai minced meat powder, which is very fragrant. I want to eat a second bite after eating one. This time when I went to Wanzai Ancient City, I not only felt the charm of Ganxi culture, but also experienced many interesting intangible cultural heritage projects. I really gained a lot. Next time I will come again, maybe I will bring my friends with me, so that they can also feel the unique charm of this ancient city!

Orange Isle Scenic Area

Orange Island is a bit of a mixed experience, and I'm honestly not entirely sure whether I'd consider it a must-visit in Changsha. It's a large, green, and pleasant park, with beautiful riverside views and plenty of space for walking. If you enjoy places with historical significance or simply want to experience a different side of the city, it's definitely worth considering. Most visitors seem to take the sightseeing train to the southern end of the island, where the famous Mao Zedong statue is located. That's also where you'll find plenty of people taking photos, so don't expect a particularly quiet experience. The main downside is that visiting the island takes quite a bit of time, especially if you want to explore it properly. And while it's certainly a nice place, I'm not sure the experience justifies spending several hours here if you have a limited amount of time in Changsha and other places you'd like to see.On the other hand, if you're simply looking for a relaxing walk through a green park, with opportunities to stop by the river and enjoy the scenery, it's a lovely option.Overall, I'd say it's worth visiting if you have some extra time or are particularly interested in Chinese history. Otherwise, I wouldn't necessarily put it at the very top of your Changsha itinerary.

Yellow Crane Tower

My hometown's Yellow Crane Tower is known as the "Number One Tower Under Heaven." Its majestic eaves and rich cultural heritage offer panoramic views of the Yangtze River and the three towns of Wuhan. No matter how many times I've visited, each visit evokes a different feeling; it is truly a symbol of Wuhan.

Yichun Boonie Bears Land

Most attractions are suitable for children under ten years old, and the facilities are quite good. Prices are a bit higher than last year, and they are slightly inferior to those in Yingtan.

Lushan National Park

Everyone says Lushan is a natural air-conditioned room, and I personally experienced it. In the summer evenings, the cool mountain breeze instantly dispelled the heat of hiking. I was initially worried about the difficulty of the route, as my physical condition is average and I don't hike often. However, I was surprised to find myself successfully completing the entire trek across all five peaks. The transitions between peaks weren't continuous steep slopes; I could walk a bit, rest occasionally, enjoy the breeze, and gaze at the distant mountains – the views were expansive. The evening breeze was the biggest surprise of the trip; the fresh scent of grass and trees mingled with the cool air, without the stifling heat of midsummer.
