蟹肉鱼子酱盒，由经典款蟹肉鱼子酱塔龙虾冻配椰菜泥演化而来，一勺下去，帝王蟹肉与鱼子酱完美融合。海胆慕斯配茴香奶沫，轻盈纯真，亲启味蕾。烟熏马鲛鱼佐甘蓝意饺，鱼子酱和马鲛鱼才是真CP，什么鱼子酱配臭豆腐，鱼子酱配油条都是扯蛋，咬上一口，咸鲜的穿透力在口腔中回荡。传统牛肉薄片，点缀奇香肆意的阿尔巴白松露，混合了麝香、泥土、森林的原始清香。意面的爽利，融合大闸蟹蟹膏的凝脂如玉，点缀白松露如梦如幻的奇异芬芳，这是一道我做梦都会流口水的珍馐。JR的招牌小牛肉里脊混搭阿尔巴尼亚白松露，肉菜的浓烈，与白松露的浓香强强联手，脆脆的土豆丝是可爱的点睛之笔。造型优雅知性的糖渍板栗搭配香草冰淇淋，蛋白酥及白松露，第一份我光盘的甜品非它莫属。
