Last time I came to Gibbys and ordered Beef Wellington, the waiter heard it as medium well and the meat was very hard and unpalatable. I&#39;m still eating Italian and French food tonight [sleeping]. The restaurant is called Modavie. I only ordered an appetizer and a main course, but half of it was left... Foie gras with pear chutney, garnished with hot and sour sauce. Herb-grilled lamb chops, served with roasted potatoes and vegetables. Comments: The lamb chops are really not as good as mine, but it was supposed to be four pieces, but the chef generously made five pieces for me [laughing and crying]. The vegetables are a bit salty... But it&#39;s worth praising that the waiter&#39;s attitude is super good!

这家西餐厅位于蒙特利尔的老城，也就是市中心，靠近市政府的地方，装修的古色古香，点了一些简单的小吃宽版的奶油面，味道很不错哦。

This western restaurant is located in the old city of Montreal, which is the city center, close to the city government. The decoration is antique, and some simple snacks are wide-range cream noodles. It tastes very good.

The service there was great and the food was great. If you are not a big stomach king; I would suggest everyone share a dish. My friends and I had steak but we didn&rsquo;t finish it, we should order one to share. If you are planning a trip to Montreal and want to go to Gibby&rsquo;s, I highly recommend booking at least a week (7 days) in advance; they are quickly booked out.

Service was amazing: servant, master, waiter - awesome, can&#39;t say it!! The attention to detail was impeccable and the food was very, very good. We had black pepper steak, lamb chops, salmon, and philippine rhino grass. Everything was done perfectly. We all had cocktails before the meal and our main course was served with a bottle of wine. The staff brought us a beautiful cake to celebrate our special moment (very delicious)...even the coffee afterwards was perfect. The main course has bread, pickles, salads and vegetables (unlike most steakhouses in the United States). Everyone thinks the price here is very, very reasonable. Incredible experience.
