米其林的套路还是很震撼的。在网路上预定的午餐-没办法因为午餐便宜啊。需要用信用卡担保，但是不会扣钱。据说收到餐厅的确认信后要回复邮件，我没回复，差点被取消，幸好提前一天实地去问了餐厅，才失而复得。服务员都很热情，不过不会说中文，所以英文不好，这方面的体验就会打折扣，因为服务员都会上桌服务介绍没道菜的灵感，食材和烹饪方法。不过不要期待他们能说的天花乱坠，感觉就是事先背好的菜单，临场反应还是差了点。菜品不多说，其他食家比我在行。酒我只点了红酒，超级不错。

Michelin&#39;s routine is still very shocking.
I booked lunch online - there is no way because lunch is cheap. You need to use a credit card to guarantee it, but no money will be deducted. It is said that after receiving the confirmation letter from the restaurant, you need to reply to the email. I didn&#39;t reply and it was almost cancelled. Fortunately, I went to the restaurant to ask in person one day in advance, and then I got it back.
The waiters are very enthusiastic, but they don&#39;t speak Chinese, so their English is not good, which will reduce the experience, because the waiters will come to the table to introduce the inspiration, ingredients and cooking methods of each dish. But don&#39;t expect them to talk about it in a fancy way. It feels like they have memorized the menu in advance, and their on-the-spot reaction is still a bit lacking.
I won&#39;t say much about the dishes. Other foodies are better than me. I only ordered red wine for wine, which is super good.

I planned my trip to Oslo specifically because of this restaurant. I had a great experience in Maaemo. We booked a trip to Norway and didn&rsquo;t know much about the country. After buying the tickets, we found one. At Oslo 3 Michelin star restaurant - so we put our own waiting list and got reserved - what a luck it was to try something new! The meal was delicious and there were lots of special ingredients around Norway which was a welcome change as we had difficulty finding authentic Norwegian food in Oslo. There were 16 courses when we visited so I wouldn&rsquo;t elaborate. We also have wine pairings, not just wine, but beer and sake. The food is skillfully prepared and as expected. The staff is also very friendly and willing to talk about the dishes. They invited diners to the kitchen to see how they work and to ask any questions you might have, which was a good touch. If I had to complain about anything, then this place wasn&rsquo;t the biggest and the pace of this threesome entertainment was too fast at the beginning. Absolutely love it, but. Glad I got a table.
