This is a 100% Japanese restaurant. The sushi chef is from Japan. Both sushi and sashimi are worth tasting. The ingredients are fresh and the appearance is beautiful. The dining environment is also very good. The price is a bit expensive
The fish was fresh and delicious. It's a small place with nice, simple decor, I was told it was designed very much like a Japanese restaurant. We ordered a full dinner for everyone and the chef decided what to serve. I thought I was going to spend a lot of money as I was very hungry. I was full by the second course and had several dishes left (more than two). The desserts were also very good. The Panna Cotta was amazing. You must spend a few hours here, you will not be disappointed.
It's a high-end sushi restaurant. The chef is Japanese and he makes authentic sushi. You can watch him make it and he will deliver it directly to you. The miso soup also comes with a large prawn. Although it's not the expensive kind, it's very fresh.
Business is very good and needs to be booked a few days in advance. But I feel that the taste is flat, it may be my expectations are too high.
If you want to please a sushi fan, find an authentic place, or just want the best sushi, you’ll find this restaurant is what you want. We got a $120 fixed-price menu and we were shocked. Each dish explains how to eat best (clear, dip, or mustard). The waiter helped us pour the sake. Because I'm a casual sushi diner, not a master, I've found new favorite foods (fish egg tart sauce and shrimp-headed slugs) and challenging ones (like you pull out a four-inch snail and have to eat it in one go). But I cherish the whole dining experience.
