The friendly receptionist put me in a better room than I booked. There is a shower, towels, a kitchen. There was even a working air blower in the room. I stayed for one night, so the price/quality ratio was quite satisfactory. Only payment was in cash, it is not clear why Trip did not allow non-cash payment

If you may not like anything in Yerevan, it will certainly not be a Granda Hotel) The familiarity with the capital starts with the wonderful hospitality administrators of the Suzanne and Rosa Hotel. They will do everything possible to make you comfortable. The hotel is located in the depth of the central street, so you can sleep in silence. Location is very convenient, shops, banks, cafes, public transport stops and some sights in walking availability. The room is clean and everything is for comfortable accommodation. I'll definitely come back here again.

A very comfortable hotel, the room has all the utensils for cooking. The only way to get to the center is by taxi. It's a bit of a walk.

Я первый раз прилетела в Ереване . Долго искала бронь на Отель . Единственный отель который принимает российскую карту. Меня встретили очень радужно . Все было чисто, удобно и местоположение в центре Еревана. Желаю дальнейшего процветания🌺🌺🌺

Плюсы: хороший отель, чистый и просторный номер. Завтрак есть, но очень слабенький. Недалеко супермаркет, и автобусная остановка. Одноразовые шампуни и мыло. Тапочки ( правда маленькие)
Минусы: не работал кондиционер (стоял вентилятор), бассейн рано закрывается ( в 8,когда я приходил уже был закрыт, а днём было много людей). Хотелось бы холодильник и чайник в номере (внизу был кулер). Ночью в душе не было горячей воды. Слышимость средняя (рядом дорога и голоса людей в коридоре).

Отличное место, чтобы переночевать ночь и дождаться самолёта, рядом гипермаркет, но не принимают российские карты, есть обменный пункт, в номере и в отеле чисто, большая комната общая для женщин, кроме меня никого не было, впечатление испортила только погода было +50 на улице, не возможно было выйти погулять, но в номере отличный кондиционер, душевые просторные, и несколько санцузлов на этаж, рекомендую этот отель и для длительного проживания и на одну ночь, есть кухня и холодильник, можно приготовить себе еду

YYilafuI really found a treasure hostel in Yerevan, Armenia. I chose this hostel based on Ctrip reviews. The price was only a few dozen yuan, the bed looked very clean, and it also included a breakfast, which was simply a fairy welfare.
Facilities: I seemed to live in an eight-person room at the time. Each bed had a separate curtain and bath towels were provided (it seemed, but I can't guarantee that I remember it clearly). There were hooks on the wall at the entrance of the room, which was very comfortable in winter. Everyone's coat could be hung there directly. Each person had a large locker with a password, which was very convenient.
Hygiene: The hygiene was very clean, with white sheets and quilts, which were changed for each guest. The bathroom was also cleaned regularly by the cleaning staff, which was very good.
Environment: Yerevan is not big, and their home is near the Republic Square, which is a quiet location in the bustling city. The elevator downstairs requires a card, which is safe and guaranteed.
Service: I want to praise the service because I don't know how to use the cabinet, so I had to bother the front desk several times to open the cabinet for me. But the front desk was friendly and not impatient at all. They were very enthusiastic and greeted me with a smile.
Let me write a little more at the end. Their breakfast is self-service. The prices there are more expensive. If I go out for breakfast and a cup of coffee, it will cost 80 yuan, but everything here is free. Thumbs up. I usually eat two large plates for breakfast and drink 2 cups of coffee (ps: they don't provide coffee after breakfast time, so drink more, haha) Recommend it to more Chinese people, I hope you can see it and hope it can help you

GGuest UserI liked the hotel and the service staff ! Very pleasant girls and guy on the respiratory , help everything they can . The hotel is new (he is about 3 years old), so the repair is fresh, new . This hotel will not give 2 stars , it is necessary to give more . All the hotel needs is a fen, soap, shower gel, shampoo, toothbrushes, pastes, teapot in the room, tug (on request), wi-fi in room 6 - weak in the room where the bed is closer to the opposite wall - normal , but the best on the 1st floor I so I understand there is a beautiful wi-fi (there are rooms too). You can order coffee for 30 dramas , yes , 30, not 300))
Hotel definitely recommend 👍 I paid 2600 per night, lived 5 days. From the center on foot 40-50, by taxi 10 min. (Rubley 250-350 depending on the day time). Metro is 10 min walking, you can drive to the center (like 100 drams).
