Although TRIP gives Kastel Jamp just 2 stars, it's actually a 3.5 or 4 star boutique hotel. The staff is exceptional; friendly, helpful and always cheerful. The room was spacious with a large Smart TV. The hotel offers chairs for the beach plus towels at no charge, plus bicycles to use. Breakfast was good. Located nearby is a new shopping mall.

Guest UserEl servicio fue excelente, el personal de recepción fue super agradable!!! La piscina era increíble así como el gimnasio. Lo único que no me gustó fue la cama, muy pequeña y muy ruidosa, parecía de cartón, no tenía sábanas, solamente la bajera. El baño tampoco me gustó, era raro. Para uno o dos días está bien, para más uno siente falta de limpieza de habitación y otros servicios.
