I must commend this hotel. The service was incredibly warm and welcoming; the staff treated us like family. The hotel boasts a superb location with convenient transportation, making it easy to reach both downtown shopping and the Zunyi Conference Site. The elegant and tranquil environment created a truly comfortable atmosphere. The rooms were clean and tidy, fully equipped, and offered excellent value for money, making it a great choice for both travelers and business people. Furthermore, the hotel provides free parking, offering great convenience for guests with cars.

The riverfront view room of Zhenyuan Dream Pavilion inn gives an unobstructed view of the beautiful Wuyang River with the Black Dragon Cave (Qinglong Cave) in the background. We stayed here for 2 nights and are very happy with the location of the inn, the cleanliness of the room, and the basic amenities provided, such as free drinking water, electric kettle, bath towels, shampoo, and body bath. The inn does not have any lifts in the building. Nevertheless the owner of the inn has been very helpful to carry the luggage up to your room, if needed. Public taxis are easily available during the day. Staying in the inn has indeed been a very memorable experience for me.

The room was nice, the price was reasonable, and the location was easy to find, very close to the station. It was quiet at night; it seems to be located in a commercial area, with plenty of restaurants and shops downstairs.

The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, checking you in was very efficient, and they even proactively recommended nearby restaurants and tourist attractions. Any questions I had at the front desk were answered patiently and professionally, with a very quick response time.

Came here for the Mayday concert. The hotel is conveniently located very close to the stadium. Our spacious twin room had a balcony, which was perfect for drying clothes overnight. There were also plenty of dining options nearby. After the concert, we even found a great BBQ spot for a late-night snack right downstairs. Overall, our trip to Guiyang was very enjoyable!

The room was clean and the service was excellent, very warm and welcoming. They also offered free luggage storage, which was a plus. The location is great, very convenient for visiting Fanjing Mountain and other scenic spots, and also close to the high-speed rail station. My only minor complaints are that it's a bit noisy due to being near the road and the bathroom is quite small, though the hot water supply was plentiful. Overall, a good experience!

My best stay in China so far. Comfortable bed, all light and curtains can be controlled from a panel beside the bed, the room was 100% clean and both the toilet and bath were comfortable. The location is extremely convenient for reaching both stations in Kaili, no matter of you want to go to Xijiang or Zhenyuan, and plenty of excellent eating places in the vicinity. In short, i could stay here again just for the experience.

Spacious comfortable room. Excellent location，only meters from riverfront at a good price and central to shops，popular streets and sights yet quiet fora good sleep. Bathroom was a bit narrow but still worked for me. Squat-type toilet which is very common in Guizhou. Overall great value!

As a traveler who values high-quality accommodation, this hotel's attention to detail completely exceeded my expectations. Every aspect, especially the decor, bed type, and hygiene, perfectly matched my preferences. The room decor is simple yet grand, free from unnecessary clutter. It features clean lines and soft color palettes, paired with high-quality furniture, making the overall space feel open and comfortable. Light-colored walls, natural wood flooring, and a few tasteful soft furnishings create an elegant yet cozy atmosphere. It's incredibly photogenic, and a wonderful place to relax both body and mind. The 1.5-meter king-size bed was absolutely wonderful. The mattress was perfectly balanced, not too soft or too hard, and the bedding was spotlessly white and incredibly fluffy. Lying down, I instantly shed all my travel fatigue. There was plenty of space to stretch out before sleeping, which led to excellent sleep quality, and I woke up feeling refreshed. Hygiene was impeccable, truly a 'benchmark of cleanliness.' The floor was spotless, and when I touched the tables, windowsills, and nightstands, there wasn't a speck of dust. Even easily overlooked corners like the back of the wardrobe and sofa crevices were perfectly clean. The bathroom's dry/wet separation design was practical, with no water stains on the sink or shower, and the toilet was clean and odorless. High-touch items like the remote control and doorknobs clearly showed signs of disinfection, making my stay feel incredibly safe and reassuring. Staff service was warm and attentive, and check-in/check-out was quick and efficient. The surrounding area also offers convenient transportation and dining options. With its simple yet grand decor, comfortable 1.5-meter bed, and exceptionally clean environment, the value for money is outstanding. I'll definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Guiyang. I highly recommend it to everyone!

Overall, it was very good. The room was clean and tidy. The front desk lady was very considerate and offered to help with luggage both during check-in and check-out. The bathroom was equipped with disposable toilet seats. We stayed for four nights, and at the end of our stay, we needed to do laundry. The lady quickly delivered laundry detergent and powder. When we checked out, she even gave us two bottles of water for the ride. There was a driver's business card on the desk at the front desk, so we could share a ride to Huangguoshu Waterfall early in the morning.
