The best hotel in Zhangjiajie ! The room and bathroom are perfectly clean, the room I stayed in was also beautiful. The location is super convenient, 5-min walk to Tianmen mountain depart station, 10-min walk from Zhangjiajie railway station and a direct bus from Zhangjiajie West Station. The receptionist answered all of my questions regarding the bus to come, the Zhangjiajie National Park, Tianmen Mountain. She was able to book all the tickets a a discounted price for me and gave me lots of information regarding the possible itineraries. When I left for Wulingyuan, she explained to me how to get there and where exactly was the bus stop. She always answered within the next 5 minutes. I had a really good time there and would definitely stay here again if I come back on Zhangjiajie.

Amazing stay! The view was beautiful and the room was very big and spacious! The pics are the views from the room. First hotel that has been very clean. The guy at reception was very kind and helpful as well. Just an fyi, you have to walk a lot of steps and the streets are made of cobblestone so it's difficult with suitcases or heavy luggage to get to any accommodation here! Try to pack light or leave your larger luggage at a storage locker at the train station

This place is right next to Xue Bridge, just a few steps from the river. The room was huge and very clean, and I loved all the little thoughtful touches, like a full bottle of Walch hand soap and water dispensers on every floor. The fifth floor has flowers and a lovely spot to sit and enjoy the river view, and downstairs you can have tea or drinks and watch people go by. What really made it special was how incredibly nice the owner was! As soon as we arrived, she told us all the best ways to experience Fenghuang. Even after we'd checked out the next day, my clothes were still wet, and the owner was kind enough to let us borrow her hairdryer – a powerful one she uses for her dog, Million – not once, but twice that afternoon. I genuinely loved and appreciated my stay, and I wish the owner all the best with her business!

The hotel location is close to Yueyang Tower! Eating and shopping nearby are convenient! There is free parking! The room is clean and the front desk is friendly. Recommended by a friend and very satisfied!

First and foremost, I have to say that the auntie and uncle who own this place are incredibly kind. As soon as we arrived, they each gave my friend and me a map of Zhangjiajie National Forest Park. They also helped us put our leftovers in the fridge and warmed them up for us in the microwave. When they saw we didn't have any staple food, they even gave us some rice. Although our trip was tiring, seeing Auntie's smile when we arrived at this guesthouse really made us feel warm inside. She was gentle and kind no matter what. Everyone should come to this guesthouse to experience the kindness and simplicity of the Hunan people.

Check in was smooth and efficient, with the front desk taking the time to explain amenities and even recommending local attractions tailored to my interests. What impressed me most was the attentiveness of the service team. Every request whether for extra towels, dining recommendations, or late night room service was handled promptly and with genuine care. The housekeeping staff ensured my room was spotless each day, leaving thoughtful touches like neatly folded clothes and a personalized note wishing me a pleasant stay. It felt less like staying at a hotel and more like being cared for by friends who truly valued my comfort. They also having device for translation to communicate with guest from various countries. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking not just accommodation, but a heartfelt hospitality experience.

I loved the location, close to the cable car. There is a supermarket and several places to eat near the hotel. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. I had food poisoning and they helped me a lot by bringing everything I needed. I highly recommend it and would definitely stay there again.

This trip to Nanyue, stay at Hiyou Hotel (Hengyang Nanyue Hengshan Scenic Area), experience full marks! ✨ The location is too good: just near the Nanyue Temple, a few minutes walk away, save running, it is very convenient to pray in the morning and evening. Blessing is super intimate: there is a service in the hotel, the category is complete, there is no need to find a store everywhere, directly in the hotel, too intimate. The room is clean and comfortable: as a brand of Huazhu, health is guaranteed. The room is spacious and bright, the bedding is soft, the bathroom is dry and wet, the hot water is sufficient, and the living is very safe. Warm and thoughtful service: the front desk lady is super good, check-in is fast, the hotel is quiet and safe overall, and the price is full. Come to Nanyue to play, choose this one is right, really recommend!

The owner, Ms. Liu, was naturally professional and incredibly welcoming to every guest. Even before I checked in, she called to offer me a room with a great view and provided excellent guidance throughout my stay, offering timely travel tips. The guesthouse's location is superb, less than 20 meters straight from Fengqiao Bridge. You can see Fengqiao Bridge from the room's balcony, and the night view really highlights the prime location. It's also just a few minutes' walk to Hongqiao Bridge. The combination of a wonderful host and great facilities/location made for an unforgettable night in Fenghuang Ancient Town.
