She was incredibly resourceful, answering my countless questions months before my arrival with sincere and very prompt replies! But wait, there's more! She booked all our park tickets with discounts (72 Wonder Towers, Tianmen Mountain and 4 days Zhangjiajie National Park. She even offered to help plan our itinerary for the National Park based on the weather conditions after we moved to a different accommodation.  She checked on us constantly to make sure we were okay, treating us truly like family. Her service is next level—beyond 5 stars! Her warmth and consideration made our trip unforgettable. I will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it. We had an amazing stay at Xiyue Linjiang Inn in Furong. The hotel was absolutely incredible, with a breathtaking view that made our experience even more special. The room was very clean, comfortable, and perfect for relaxing after a day exploring the area. Everything was well maintained and welcoming. We would also like to thank the staff member who assisted us during our stay. He was extremely kind and helped us a lot with our luggage, making our arrival and departure much easier. His kindness and great service made us feel very welcome. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

This place is right next to Xue Bridge, just a few steps from the river. The room was huge and very clean, and I loved all the little thoughtful touches, like a full bottle of Walch hand soap and water dispensers on every floor. The fifth floor has flowers and a lovely spot to sit and enjoy the river view, and downstairs you can have tea or drinks and watch people go by. What really made it special was how incredibly nice the owner was! As soon as we arrived, she told us all the best ways to experience Fenghuang. Even after we'd checked out the next day, my clothes were still wet, and the owner was kind enough to let us borrow her hairdryer – a powerful one she uses for her dog, Million – not once, but twice that afternoon. I genuinely loved and appreciated my stay, and I wish the owner all the best with her business!

The price is reasonable for this kind of holiday. The facilities are old and parking is not convenient. There are stains on the quilt. The glass door handle must have been broken for a long time. The air conditioning button is actually useless but it has air conditioning function. There are signs of mold in the corners.

I really enjoyed my 2 days at this place, the staff were very kind and helpful, provided me many tips, helped me with my laundry, and were awesome during all my time at Wulingyuan. For the park booking, they managed to give two perfect itineraries that were very clear, easy to follow and with less touristic spots to enjoy the view at the fullest. They booked it with good prices, and could be contacted for any questions or tips through WeChat during my time there. Thanks for the hospitality!

It was raining, and the hotel staff kindly upgraded our room for free, which we really appreciated. The room was very comfortable, and I felt the soundproofing was excellent; even with many foreigners around, I didn't hear a thing. I slept really well. There are plenty of food options nearby, and it's close to the tunnel. The shoe covers we bought at the hotel for 20 yuan were totally worth it – a must-have for a full day in the rain on Tianmen Mountain. The raincoats were also good quality. Highly recommend!

The hotel's location is excellent, making it incredibly convenient for exploring local eateries and tourist attractions. The room was clean and tidy. The owner even reminded us to book our tickets for the attractions in advance, highly recommended!

This hotel really exceeded expectations and must come and give a good review! 📍 The location is excellent, just in the core area of the center of Nanyue District, it takes a few minutes to walk to the temple or the visitor center, it is super convenient to burn incense or climb the mountain. 👩💼 The service is nothing to say, the check-in is fast, the response is positive ✨ The room is clean and can't be faulted, the bedding is white as new, and the floor and desktop are spotless. What I am most satisfied with is that the sound insulation is good and there is no smell. The overall price is very high, I will choose this next time!

The river view room was amazing, with an unobstructed view. The service was excellent. I added the owner's WeChat upon check-in, and they were incredibly responsive to any questions, addressing them immediately. They even thoughtfully informed us about the light show, though unfortunately, we missed it due to our early starts and late returns. There's a washer and dryer downstairs. On our first night, we came back after 10 PM, and I took our clothes down around 11 PM. The front desk staff helped me with the laundry and even told me I didn't need to wait; I could just pick them up after I woke up the next day. Fantastic service!

The hotel is located within the scenic area and features a balcony with excellent views of the ancient town, allowing you to enjoy the scenery without even leaving your room. The room is clean, reasonably spacious, and equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. One thing to note is that there is no elevator in the hotel, so guests with heavy luggage may need to carry or drag their bags up the stairs. The owner is exceptionally friendly and hospitable. During my stay, she kindly picked me up and dropped me off at the taxi stand. She even helped carry part of my luggage up the stairs and along the walkway within the scenic area. Her kindness and hospitality were truly appreciated, and I would definitely stay at this hotel again when visiting Fenghuang Ancient Town in the future.
