It's a two-story condo with complete amenities except for drinking water, but drinking water is available at the counter. Remember to have WeChat as the staff are only there during certain hours. Highly recommended.

This was a last-minute trip, so I booked the hotel in a hurry. It's about a 10-minute taxi ride from the train station, costing around 15 yuan. **Environment:** Absolutely fantastic! Getting a sea-view room for this price was amazing. It's conveniently located, not far from the main attractions, and getting a taxi or Didi is easy and inexpensive. **Service:** The service was exceptional. The owner herself came down to greet me and helped me store and carry my luggage. The service was incredibly attentive and thoughtful – I'm extremely satisfied. **Hygiene:** The room was spotless, every nook and cranny was clean, almost as if it had never been used.

Staying here for my trip to Shenyang was a great choice. The room was very spacious, and the sheets, duvet cover, and pillowcases were all immaculately clean and odorless. The shower water was nice and hot, very comfortable. The room also had a fantastic view, which was lovely to look out from! The price was also reasonable, and it's super convenient, located in downtown Shenyang, just a five-minute walk from the subway station. Getting to the Palace Museum and Middle Street was a breeze!

The location is fantastic, within walking distance of the Broken Bridge over the Yalu River. There are also two adorable cats, and the owner is very helpful in recommending good places to eat and have fun nearby. I'll definitely stay here again next time.

The room was incredibly clean, far exceeding my expectations. I originally only planned to stay one night and then move on because it was so late when I arrived, but after experiencing it for an entire night, I was deeply impressed. I was initially worried that an old building like this, with over a hundred years of history, might have an indescribable smell, but there wasn't even a hint of it. The view outside the window was also beautiful. The hotel's retro Republic of China style is exactly to my taste; every detail in its decoration is thoughtfully arranged. Both the front desk staff and the cleaning lady were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service. The small paper bag given at check-in thoughtfully contained some snacks, and the front desk also provided bottled water and popcorn 🍿, available anytime you needed them. I have to mention again that the hotel's decor, ambiance, and sense of tranquility alone make it worth the price. This kind of soft service definitely sets the benchmark for hotels in the same price range. I already had my ticket back to Beijing, otherwise, I would have loved to extend my stay. Oh, and it's also very important to mention that the hotel's location is super convenient! It's right in the city center, making it incredibly easy to get anywhere you want to go. It's a superb transportation hub. All in all, the next time I visit Dalian, this will be the first hotel I think of staying at.

A total of five of us, including two children, stayed together, and we were truly satisfied with the accommodation for our family trip. The space was spacious, and the location was excellent, with many restaurants and amenities nearby, making it easy to get around. It was not a burden at all to travel with the children. I liked it even more because it wasn't a restaurant geared towards tourists, but rather one that had an authentic local vibe. Also, the most memorable part of this trip was the traditional Chinese Tui Na massage I received thanks to the owner's recommendation. I went there trusting the owner's recommendation that it was run by a doctor friend, and it truly exceeded my expectations. It felt less like a simple massage and more like proper medical treatment. Honestly, I would want to come back to Dalian just to get this massage. There were a German and a Russian in the next bed, so we had some small talk; it seems like it is a well-known place. It was a time where I was satisfied with everything, from the family trip and comfortable accommodation to the special experiences.

Stayed for four nights in total, the first two days in a king-size room, and the next two days in a business king-size room. The room is spacious, the front desk service is good, no deposit is required, and check-in and check-out are fast. The room has no odor, plenty of hot water, and is very quiet. The hygiene needs to be improved. On the first day when I stayed in a business king-size room, I found that there was no paper towel in the bathroom when I had already started, which was a bit embarrassing. In short, the hotel at this price is good value for money.

I stayed overnight. The room was very small, but cozy. The toilet and bathroom were shared, but surprisingly clean. There was a slight cigarette smell. Check-out is self-service; simply drop your room card in a designated box. Getting to the hotel requires walking across the streets, but it's quite easy with a GPS. There's a nearby shopping mall, convenient for those with early or late flights. Overall, the hotel is quite good for the price. Everything is clean, and the amenities are in line with the price. If you're staying for a short time and on a budget, this is a great option.
