I enjoyed my stay and was very satisfied with the cleanliness, dorm, and room WiFi. However, the lobby WiFi signal was occasionally weak, and the power outlets were often frustrating to use as many of them were loose. i really had a great time in this hotel. Staff name Mr Wang really helpful and very kindhearted to us. He welcomed and treated us with kindness and respect. help us a lot as we cant find halal food so he provide me some snack that we can eat for. All staff here also very friendly. you can also go to cable car just few minutes away by walking. the ambience and environment are very great and amazing. you will not regret for sure. 🫶🏻

There are many good points for this hostel. First is the location. It is right next to the subway, which is very convenient to go around anywhere. There are many food stalls and minimart nearby as well. Second is the room. The bed is very cozy. The bathroom is good. The cleanliness in the hotel is also splendid. And third, the people who share the room with me respect other people's privacy. So, you can sleep well at night. Overall, I find this hostel worth staying. 这家青年旅舍有很多好处。第一是位置。它离地铁很近，走没几步就到了。另外，你想到哪儿逛都很方便。好多小吃摆摊和便利店也在附近。第二是房间的条件。床垫很舒服，卫生间也干净。第三，舍友都尊重别人的隐私，所以你能睡的很深。我觉得这家旅舍很划算的。

Staffs there were so nice, its suitable for 1-2days stay only, will not recommend if u r staying for more days. Room heater is not warm enough which resulted us from waking up in the middle of the night as its too cold. On our last day theres only cold water only not sure why, didnt bother to ask the staffs as theres no phone in the room to contact the counter. They provided counter number for us to use our phone to dial but we are foreigners so unable to do so.

The location is quite good as it is two stops away from the chengdu east railway station. Good to stay here if you have plans to travel to outskirt of Chengdu. Daily replenish of fresh bottled water and towels. The down side is the heater is not really well. When we stay for a few days we could feel the heater blowing hot air but only if you are standing near the air con, it does not warm the room. We told the housekeeper about it and she taught us how should we set the aircon heater but it is of no use. As the room still feels cold. The host did not even mention to us that the microwave was not available at all when we stayed until we had to question the host. The water is also leaking from the pipe from the water heater. There was sewage smell from the toilet and had to report to the host but it takes a few days to fix. They do provide additional hanger upon our requests. A suggestion for the host is to provide the address in more detials as such if it is apartment to provide the correct building no and whether it is A or B block. As we reached to the hotel i think and had to contact the host to bring us to the correct place. It is still overall not a bad place to stay as there were a lot of eateries and convenience stores.

The place is decent for the price however it is FAR from everything besides the airpor, next time I would rather pay more for a closer hotel. I spent ¥800 on transportation for 2 days! It is 50KM from Panda and 50KM from civilization. Make sure you tell them to pick you up because taxi drivers will refuse to take you as it is closer and cheaper to the airport, ¥15. The pick up service is free. I used it to leave in the morning.

Great hotel, super clean. The room like brand new, very spacious, no cigarette smell, tilt windows, very nice amenities. Floor heating. You can use European plugs, and USB C ports to fast charge. Right next to the hotel is a direct bus stop to the Sanxingdui museum and small grocery stores. Very friendly service. I would like to thank the lady at the reception for booking us tickets to the Chengdu Museum. Great location. The only minus - construction work in the immediate vicinity and no one informed us about it before or during check-in. A big plus for the free self-service laundry. One washing machine and a dryer, detergent also for free. The hotel is impossible to find if someone does not know where it is. The entrance is on the photo, take one of the elevators to the 13th floor.

Get off the bus at the parking lot from Chengdu, walk out onto the street and walk to the left, walk up a bit, about 70 meters, you will see a bridge, turn left, walk across the bridge, and walk for 200 meters, you will see the hotel on the right, a yellow building. The hotel has an awning in front. There is breakfast, the room is clean, the bed is soft, sleep very comfortably, the room is just not soundproof. Everything else is good. I highly recommend this hotel if anyone comes to sleep at Bipengou. In the morning, you can check out and leave your bags at the hotel. Then go to Bipengou conveniently. After sightseeing, come back to get your bags and take the bus back to Chengdu.

It was an amazing stay here in this hotel, a bit tricky to find for the first time, but it is worth it so much. First, it is really near from a lot of atractions and the metro is really close, just a three minute walk from the hotel. In terms of cleanliness it can be better, but in general it is really clean and safe to stay there. A cleaning person helps with the room everyday and that was very appreciated. Good view, i was at the 24th floor, it was really nice, quick elevators too. As a girl solo traveller, i can say this place is good and safe for foreigners, the receptionists don't speak english, but with a translator everything is solved😌. Also there's a 7/11 just next to the building, very convenient.

Just stay there for a night because of the late flight, the hotel has pick up service but I took a taxi from the airport-it’s around 10 mins and costed me 15 RMB. The next day the hotel drove me to the subway station-very convenient. The stuff is friendly, the room is clean, not big but enough. What was missing: no elevator so I carried my bag to the third floor. Since it an airport hotel people who are staying are coming and leaving all night long so I could hear all the noises.

This hostel is a world class youth hostel in Chengdu city. The location is very good and nearby Chunxi road where the shopping malls and eateries shops are located. There are plentiful street food hawkers around this area. The lobby area is very big like the 5-star hotel. The room and bed are clean and comfortable. They have seat toilets, disposable bath towel and bathroom I love to use.

Very close to the subway station and 5 stops away from chengdu east station. Convenient place with eateries around. Generally clean but some portion of the apartment needed more maintenance. The projector image was frozen. Can request for daily clean though this is an apartment

The hotel has an awning in front. There is breakfast, the room is clean, the bed is soft, sleep very comfortably, the room is just not soundproof. Everything else is good. I highly recommend this hotel if anyone comes to sleep at Bipengou. In the morning, you can check out and leave your bags at the hotel. Then go to Bipengou conveniently. After sightseeing, come back to get your bags and take the bus back to Chengdu.

The location was nice, it was easy to find and there were many restaurants nearby. We booked for 3 rooms with twin bed, once arrived the hotel, the receptionist greeted us with Thai word “Sawasdee krab” that was so kind and touched our mind. He provided us more information with Thai translation and made us more understanding. The room was clean, big size high ceiling and well prepared. There was electricity blankets provided so we all slept well and charged the energy for the next day. It was nice to have a chance to stay in this lovely hotel!!!

Location is good and value for the price. There is a smell of cigarette smoke everywhere. There is a no smoking sign in front of the elevator but people can be found smoking in the lobby in front of the elevator. The reception staff did not prohibit it. The window can only be opened halfway. It can be closed but cannot be locked. The room looks like it's undergoing renovations, there are stains, and there is hole at ceiling in the bathroom. The bathroom occupies approximately 40% of the room area. There is no separation of wet and dry areas in the bathroom.

Great location, near to everything. Nice hotel, nice room. We booked for 2 days, the first day was fine but in the second day, the hear floor system turned off. The weather is very cold, even with the AC and the electric mattress, our sleep is not very comfortable

The design and decoration of the B&B is good, which shows that the owner has good taste. The large French windows offer views of the local village outside. The room is very large but the layout is average. There is a large, impractical bathtub in the large bedroom (no disposable bath bags), and a water bar with a chair, which takes up half of the room. The bathroom layout is even worse, with an extra-wide double sink, but the toilet is small (90*120 by visual measurement, the toilet is obviously installed incorrectly, and the 90cm parallel installation means that you have to hold the door with your legs and head to close it when you use the toilet...) The cloakroom also has a double door, which makes it impossible to walk in once it is opened. ; The front desk service of the B&B is very average. We arrived at the hotel at around 9 o'clock. As soon as we checked in, they said it was too late and there was no food. We ordered takeout but the store didn't provide chopsticks. We called the front desk to ask for them, and they replied ”but we are off work”, which means that the guests should figure it out by themselves. Later, they asked us to go to the kitchen to get chopsticks... When we checked out, there was no one at the front desk. They called and asked us to leave the food on the table and leave (originally wanted to ask the front desk to book tickets for us). There was no good night milk and no souvenirs before leaving. Breakfast was porridge + butter tea + cucumber + egg + spicy radish. The parking lot is very cramped and you can't park in it if you are not skilled...

The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from Jiuzhaigou and it's about an 8-minute taxi ride to the venue for Zhang Yimou's musical show. - If you arrive by bus from Huanglongjiuhai Station, you can ask the bus to stop at Chengfeng Bus Stop. Cross the road and walk 200 meters to the right. Enter the gate, and the hotel is in the third building on the left. - I would like to give 5 stars for the service and information guidance: the staff were always helpful, quick, and provided complete information. The prices were always cheaper than if I had bought them myself.

Eventuality got the door open to find that the inner part of the door handle/lock was loose, the room smell, plaster was flaky and coming off at the bottom of walls, and there was a big big gap between the door frame that and the wall. Went down to the reception again to complain and the receptionist wasn’t very happy. She said all those things should not affect our sleep in the room. She very reluctantly changed the room after I insisted on it. The replacement room wasn’t much better. It was bigger as it was a family room, but there was still plaster coming off at the bottom of walls. There was no gap between the door frame and the wall, but the window wouldn’t close so the room was freezing cold. It was a very bad experience!

Where do I even start. The only great thing about this hotel is the location. Its fantastic. Right in the middle of the scenic tourist area and less than 15 minutes walk away from Jiuzhai National Park. Dozens of shops and food options within 5 minutes walk away. Now the bad points. The wooden floor panels near the toilet were starting to peel off, probably due to exposure with water. The whole toilet layout was also weird and cramped. The windows look like it hasn't been cleaned for months. While the room and bed appear clean during check-in, the room service staff didn't bother to clean the bed and floor during our 2 night stay. There were still stains on them. She only topped up the amenities. The towels provided were of the disposable kind, and even then, they were small for adults. What kind of 3-star hotel use disposable towels. The kettle was rusty and the inside was stained. Absolutely disgusting. The walkway near the elevator leading to the rooms was dark. There was no lighting at all. So was the stairwell. The carpet along the corridor also looked filthy and look like it hasn't been cleaned for several months. I really do not get how this hotel can be regarded as a 3 star hotel. Its unfit. Definitely avoid booking a room here.

The location is good. By the river, 5 minutes to the bus station and only 20 minutes walking from the park entrance and the staff is helpful, even though they can't speak English. My only complaint is about cleanliness. The bathrooms are the last thing to be cleaned, so you don't have a clean bathroom until late morning and they get pretty dirty during the day. I suggest to change the order and clean the bathroom before cleaning the rooms.

This hotel owner came back home for the ***** New Year Holiday and hadn't come back when I came. He asked the opposite hotel to take me in so this feedback is actually for that hotel 😂 the hotel was warm. The room is spacious and clean. The hotel owner lady welcomed me with a warm room. She turned on the air conditioner and bed heater before I arrived. She even let me check out late until 2pm for free. Everything was perfect. The hotel is also very near Jiuzhaigou valley park. Just 15 minute walk. There's a lot of places to eat and shop around. I had a nice time here. Thank you!

Service: The lady at the reception was very warm and attentive. She helped me add a quilt. The hot pot restaurant she recommended was also delicious! Environment: The courtyard is clean, refreshing, and quite quiet. The mountain view from the rooftop terrace is beautiful, and the room is spacious. Facilities: The public area is very good, with small tables and swings. The layout is warm and the interior is relatively simple. Hygiene: clean and tidy. I didn’t take any other photos. Let’s take a look at the mountain view in front of the door. Hahaha, it’s really artistic.
