The lady at the front desk was incredibly helpful. When she overheard me mentioning I didn't bring an umbrella as I was about to head out with my two kids, she immediately offered a foldable umbrella for us to use. She was so thoughtful and attentive, and always answered all our questions kindly and patiently. The housekeeping staff was also very polite when changing our towels. Three days and two nights just wasn't enough, and we even got a discount for extending our stay by an extra night. I'm so glad my first trip to Hualien with my kids was at such a wonderful hotel. Highly recommend!

Approximately a 15-minute walk from Hualien Station and Bus Station, this spacious house boasts a mountain backdrop and ocean views. Conveniently located nearby amenities make it an excellent choice and experience for both short stays and long-term stays.

The room is clean and spacious, facilities are great, and the staff are super friendly. The hotel is a bit of a walk from the train station though. Since it’s converted from an old commercial building, you have to climb about 10 steps through the mall to get up to the hotel, not the most convenient if you’ve got big luggage. Also, at night some of the mall doors get locked, so you might need to ask security how to get in, which is a bit of a hassle. Overall, it’s more suitable for business travelers than leisure ones.

The Japanese-speaking staff are very responsive to inquiries, kind, and provide helpful extra information. The hotel and rooms are spotlessly clean. On the first floor, there's a hot water dispenser with complimentary coffee, oolong tea, green tea, and jasmine tea. The location is excellent, with easy access to Taichung Second Market and Taichung Park. Miyahara, Chun Shui Tang (the original store), and Taichung Station are all within walking distance. The nearest convenience store is about 200m east across the street. The downsides are that the bath towels in the room show a lot of wear, and the bathroom shelf is a bit crooked. There are no amenities, so you need to bring your own. A morning stroll to Taichung Park is lovely and makes you feel like a local.

Hotel location: Located on the most convenient Zhongshan Road, you can walk to all the dining, entertainment, and shopping options, and it's also very convenient to reach various attractions. Hotel service: From the moment we checked in until we checked out, every staff member was incredibly friendly. They explained everything thoroughly and patiently resolved any issues. Room: Clean and comfortable with good soundproofing, allowing us to get plenty of rest after a fun-filled day of activities. Value for money: Excellent. The price was great, and we even received a surprising free upgrade.

We stayed in a double room on the second floor. It was spacious, with a large, comfortable bed. The windows let in plenty of light, and there was a dressing table for putting on makeup. The bathroom was also very clean and spacious. Check-in was self-service, and we provided our own towels, toothbrushes, and tissues. The location was excellent, just a 10-minute walk from Hualien Train Station. Across the street from the hotel were PX Express, breakfast shops, and restaurants, making it very convenient.

The owner was very kind, and I really liked the room layout. I even forgot some items when checking out, and the owner helped me wash them and told me I could pick them up whenever I had time. I'd definitely want to stay here again next time I'm in Taitung.

So sorry, I forgot to take pictures of the room type, but it was a very comfortable stay. The bed wasn't too soft, and the duvet was silky and lovely. The room was also spacious enough and clean, and the price was reasonable. I'd definitely stay here again if I have the chance.

This time I stayed here for a concert. Before I checked in, the host proactively contacted me through the platform to confirm my arrival time. If you can't make it during check-in hours, you can also add them on LINE to arrange a self-check-in. The staff were all very friendly and kind, and the accommodation was super comfortable. I have absolutely no complaints! 👍🏻 The best part was the air conditioning was incredibly powerful – I dried off quickly after coming back all sweaty! 🤣 I really loved it, and I'll definitely stay here again next time.

My stay here is okay. It is a 3km walk from the hualien station but is doable. If you are planning any early check in, I suggest that you can leave your things first here as they would not allow early check in. Check out is seamless. just leave the key. Protip, scan the QR for instructions
