The lady at the front desk was incredibly helpful. When she overheard me mentioning I didn't bring an umbrella as I was about to head out with my two kids, she immediately offered a foldable umbrella for us to use. She was so thoughtful and attentive, and always answered all our questions kindly and patiently. The housekeeping staff was also very polite when changing our towels. Three days and two nights just wasn't enough, and we even got a discount for extending our stay by an extra night. I'm so glad my first trip to Hualien with my kids was at such a wonderful hotel. Highly recommend!

It's about a 15-minute walk to the Good People Hostel, where you'll see many foreigners. There are also many convenient amenities nearby, making it easy to buy daily necessities or find meals. We welcome everyone to experience this unique accommodation. Thank you.

Easy to find the location. The owner were very understanding and kind since we arrived almost late from the check in time, they speak english. The view were so beautiful especially at night. There is an in-house police in the building as well as 711 convenience store. And outside there are lots of convenience store to be found. The train station is very near too. And also the elavator is very spacious.

The Japanese-speaking staff are very responsive to inquiries, kind, and provide helpful extra information. The hotel and rooms are spotlessly clean. On the first floor, there's a hot water dispenser with complimentary coffee, oolong tea, green tea, and jasmine tea. The location is excellent, with easy access to Taichung Second Market and Taichung Park. Miyahara, Chun Shui Tang (the original store), and Taichung Station are all within walking distance. The nearest convenience store is about 200m east across the street. The downsides are that the bath towels in the room show a lot of wear, and the bathroom shelf is a bit crooked. There are no amenities, so you need to bring your own. A morning stroll to Taichung Park is lovely and makes you feel like a local.

I found the service to be genuinely excellent. They even have a detective game on the first floor! Both the front desk staff at check-in and Yu, who helped me at check-out the next morning, provided fantastic service. The only downside was the environmental noise coming from the AC vent in the room. I tried changing to another room, but it had the same very loud mechanical hum. In the end, I just had to make do with the original room, which, of course, meant a bad night's sleep 🥲. I wouldn't recommend staying here if you're sensitive to noise.

The room is on the first floor, and you can park your motorcycle at the door, which is very convenient. You can check in by yourself with a password. You need to change the indoor mop at the door to enter. The bathroom is large and the air conditioning is cool.

A very comfortable environment, perfect for solo female travelers or friends traveling together in a triple room for women. I was lucky enough to meet friendly and chatty roommates, which made for a wonderful experience ❤️

So sorry, I forgot to take pictures of the room type, but it was a very comfortable stay. The bed wasn't too soft, and the duvet was silky and lovely. The room was also spacious enough and clean, and the price was reasonable. I'd definitely stay here again if I have the chance.

Excellent! Very convenient for travel, though first-timers might find it a bit tricky to locate. You can call or message the accommodation for directions. The staff provided exceptional service and were incredibly helpful. I couldn't check in by 10 PM, and they gave excellent advice on online check-in. The accommodation is located near Main Taipei Station, Exit Z4. After exiting, turn around, and you'll see McDonald's. The entrance is in the building next to PAYO on the 12th floor. The place is clean and safe, exclusively for women (though the elevator is shared with other hotels/businesses). You need to change shoes before entering the accommodation area. There's a vending machine for drinks and snacks at the front desk. They provide amenities, but the dressing room with a hairdryer and mirror is quite small, with only 4-5 spots, which might not be enough during peak hours. There aren't many restrooms, and the toilet and shower are combined, though the shower area is separated. Each bed has its own locker, which isn't very large – suitable for a backpack but not a suitcase. They provide a basket for carrying items to the shower. Luggage needs to be stored at the front desk. Overall, I really liked it. The bed was very comfortable!

My stay here is okay. It is a 3km walk from the hualien station but is doable. If you are planning any early check in, I suggest that you can leave your things first here as they would not allow early check in. Check out is seamless. just leave the key. Protip, scan the QR for instructions
