Overall, the room was clean and well-maintained. However, the staff were not particularly friendly, which affected our overall experience. One of the main issues was the lift lobby, which was often crowded with people. Unfortunately, smoking was allowed in the waiting area near the lifts, causing the entire lobby to smell strongly of cigarette smoke. This made the environment quite unpleasant, especially when waiting for the elevator. While the room itself was satisfactory, improvements in staff service and the management of the common areas would greatly enhance the guest experience.

We were passing by Kunming and only needed to stay one night. The check-in and check-out process was very smooth and the room was lovely and had everything we needed. Location was the best part, the hotel was in the livelypedestrian area but was also close to the streets so we didn't have to carry our luggage far to get a Didi.

The service was great! The front desk attendants went above and beyond to give me recommendations in the area for my specific wants/needs and also helped me with using the laundry services as it is not easy for people without a Chinese phone number to access. The food was decently priced and really quite good! The only thing I didn't love is that there weren't any outside areas that were non-smoking, even the outside dining area. I'm aware that it's very common in China to smoke in restaurants, so I can't be too upset about it. The hostel was really quite beautiful with the lovely plants and the bright paint colors.

Excellent value for money! The environment, cleanliness, and service were all impeccable. I truly experienced the slow pace and gentle charm of Lijiang here. Next time I'm in Lijiang, I'll definitely choose this place again. I wholeheartedly recommend it to friends visiting the old town!

As a solo traveller who likes to explore I was glad I chose this place The tour buses to most recommended attractions are just around the corner, town bus stops, restaurants and food stalls, Shwedagon Pagoda, Starlight Night Market and Mekong River Six States Floating Market are easy to walk to. The boss was also helpful. Checked that my WIFI worked and helped to book a taxi to the train station The standards overall are good.

All-day sea view tea break, enjoying Erhai Lake. Enjoy two cups of aromatic coffee daily – Americano or Latte. The hotel is located in the city center, making transportation convenient, with Erhai Lake right at the doorstep. There are many electric scooters for rent along the road, which makes getting around easy.

The hotel has a great location, right in Jianshui Ancient Town, with free parking right outside. The guesthouse is decorated in a very stylish way. The rooms are on the third floor, with a huge living room and a view of the lake near the Confucian Temple – a beautiful view indeed. The rooms are quite large, with a wooden interior design. It's not far from Lotus Island and Xianghui Bridge bus station.

Very satisfied stay! Whether it is the environment, health or service, it is impeccable. The room was clean and tidy, the facilities were complete and the bed was very comfortable. The staff is very good, next time I come here, I will choose this hotel and recommend it to friends. Worth praise!

This place is absolutely fantastic! The room was spotless and beautifully decorated, with amazing natural light ✨. It's super close to the ancient city; we just parked our car at the hotel and walked, which made exploring so easy and stress-free. The hotel even has its own dedicated parking area, and the owner was incredibly welcoming and even saved us a parking spot! Seriously, from the price, cleanliness, location, to the service, everything was top-notch. The value for money is off the charts – I highly recommend staying here!

I really love staying at here but i got rashes while staying here😆 overall the locatiom is very strategic because near with main road, bike rental shop, south gate ancient town & zhongyi market...i really recommend to stay near south gate instead of north especially for muslim because easy to find halal food near hotel and it is more quieter...overall is nice, the hotel owner is really helpful and caring❤️
